As a woman, I've never trusted a mechanic. I always feel I'm getting ripped off, so instead I've been going to the dealerships where everyone gets ripped off equally . Well, I had a bad experience on Friday at the dealership. Called my husband and he said ONLY go to Pro Tire!! He had an amazing experience there a few months ago getting repairs and tires for his work truck and I feel like he's really picky, so I took a chance. First off, we are talking about the NICEST, friendliest dudes ever. I mean, I was shocked. Totally patient, kind, and no upsell or drama. My car was done in a couple hours and the repairs I had done (replace all three windshield wipers, leaking washer fluid, and flat tire) COST ME LESS THAN THE OIL CHANGE I JUST PAID FOR AT THE DEALERSHIP. This place is amazing! Gary and Joey have been very helping and welcoming since the first day I stepped in. The first time I was short $60 and Gary said it was no problem, bring in the rest in a couple days! I came back that same night with the $60 but It was a very nice feeling knowing I was being trusted by the store owner! The Second time I stopped by for a new tire Joey let me know I was in need of a full set of lug nuts. I let Joey know I didn't have enough this time around for both the tire and lug nuts, he said ok no worries. Once I got the car back, Gary let me know he installed the lug nuts FREE of charge! I was very surprised! I really appreciate him taking into consideration my safety over making a couple dollars! Thank you Tire Pro! What a great shop. I had a nail in my tire so I went to Pro Tire and Auto. I had an opportunity to talk to the owner of the shop while I waited. The repair took about 1/2 hr done efficiently and cleanly. When I went to pay for the repair the owner shook my hand and just said welcome to Fallbrook. My wife and I went in this shop today. My wife's car had a slow leak in a tire . The owner Gary greeted us we told him about our problem. Mind you the shop was busy he said we may have to wait a hour we were perfectly fine with that. There was a nice checkerboard available to pass the time. We engaged in a conversation with Gary a very nice down to earth person. Well within 15 minutes they had our tire fixed. We discovered that his shop does auto repairs as well. So thankful for this amazing business and the customer service was top notch. We blew a travel trailer tire on our way from Arizona and apparently not every tire shop sells trailer tires. Terrible customer service. I was there with an emergency and not 1 person would even talk to me. They guy at the counter was a raciest and let me stand there in need for over 20 minutes. An older white lady came in and he jumped up and help her as if I wasn't even there. I have to drive to another tire shop on my rim towing a trailer. Good luck with their service.
