Extremely disappointing experience. I came in with a flat tire that needed to be plugged. Instead of helping with the repair, he immediately tried to sell me a new tire. When I declined, my tire was put back on and he moved on to the next customer without offering any other solution or assistance. The interaction was rude, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service. I was left without having the issue resolved and had my child with me during the entire experience, which made it even more frustrating. The following day, I went to Tires 4 Less, where they were able to help me without any issues. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business. read more

Shitty customer service all around the owner or "manager" has the shittiest attitude especially when you bring your own tires. Every time "it's were too busy" "its lunch time" I ordered my own tires because I wanted a specific tire that they wouldn't order because it was too expensive. I was told. I took my car to Olive Tire Fallbrook have new tires installed and asked about installation and balancing, $ 100.00 in cash, the person who installed them said he balanced them but just simulated it, I am a mechanic and by chance I changed the serpentine belt for which you have to remove the tire, I saw that I had the old weight and I thought that maybe a million it was the same but when I checked the other three tires I saw that they had the old weight's, I called them to correct the "error" but it was a holiday and they took the day off which was also free for me, I took the car to have an alignment done at another workshop or tire shop and indeed the tires were not balanced, I called them this morning and Rodrigo answers, I explain or ask why they say they do a service or work but he better hangs up on me, and now he doesn't answer me, I do not recommend them MAL SERVICIO COBRAN POR EL SERVICIO PERO SOLO SIMULAN HACERLO read more

Got a flat tire and all the tire shops in the area were unhelpful, except Olive tire shop!! the guy not only help me change the tire but inspect all fours and found a lot of cracks on the other three tires. he helped me changed all of them and charged me a reasonable price and dod not take advantage of my situation!! great guy and services. read more

Took my car in for a nail in one of my tires. He said $25 cash only. I said no worries. When he inspected the tire, he said there were two nails. But didn't mention there would be an additional charge for the second one. After the job is done he said $40. Felt scammed and taken advantage of. Called my friend who is a mechanic (I would have gone to his if his wasn't closed) said every reputable auto shop would only charge me one patch job if it was done at the same time. He told me to get it done but don't go back there. I will never go there. Recycled tires from actual tire shops apparently. They've screwed me over now multiple times after buying 6+ tires, whenever I show up they are "on lunch" regardless of 10 am or noon or 1pm they always need 30-45 mins of waiting around time. Don't go cheap. Go to a real shop, you'll save money or end up typing this out like me. Seriously. read more

I had two tires replaced. The manager of the shop mentioned a price on the phone ($100) per tire. When I go and have the tires replaced, he ends up charging ($150), so I say I will not be taking them after all. He goes and says that i will be charged $50 for labor if I don't take the tires at $150 dollars each. This is forced buying at a higher price. This is a scammy business, stay away. read more

Had 2 tires mounted on in the front. The two guys that work there aren't very good at customer service or proficiency. The guy that takes your money acts like he knows it all and the guy that mounts the tires doesn't know what he is doing. He aired all the tires to 45 psi. which led me to have a blowout on the freeway. Luckily I didn't panic or I would've crashed into the center divider. Really incompetent people working here. And they only take cash. It makes sense now why they don't take debit or credit cards. Don't go here for horrible service. read more
