I just moved to the area and needed a new car shop. This is one of the few places that is open on Saturday. I called and they answered the phone right away, able to make an appointment for that week! I have a Toyota Rav 4. I just needed a basic servicing, and they gave made me feel very comfortable and gave me a great price. They have a place you can sit inside with some TVs and water if you are waiting for your car. Women who are looking for a good car shop, trust me that they are honest and will not take advantage. The communication while they had my car was great, kept me updated. My overall servicing was around $120, and that included the price of a new oil cap. There is a reason they have great reviews! A few weeks ago I drove to Denver to visit my daughter and son-in-law. On my drive I could hear this noise that at first sounded like worn tires. So I went to Auto & Tire Works to have new Michelin tires put on my Explorer Sport. Well the noise was still there, so I was wrong it wasn't the tires but a wheel bearing. Last week I went back and asked to have one of their mechanics go for a ride with me to see if the noise was a wheel bearing. I though it was coming from the front left, the mechanic Rich said "no, its left rear." This morning I arrived at 8am and these guys went to wok on my Explorer right away, pinpointing the problem as being a bad left rear wheel bearing. After a few hours I'm back on the road with no noise, a new wheel bearing, and new tires. Best of all Ayhan and his team charged me a very fair price for the work done and a very fair price for the Michelin tires. Great shop that I will go back to next time I'm in Colorado. read more

When I brought my car to have it's transmission replaced, I brought my own transmission. They warned me that if the part was faulty, that was on me. I agreed. When the transmission was done, the ride was rough and a warning light came on. They couldn't figure out what they had done wrong. I took it to another place and they reset the adaptive learning on the transmission in 1/2 hour. It was fine after that. I called them to tell them what had happened and they said they didn't know that about my car and usually when they get their own parts they get that information from the part dealer. So they're trying to blame me for not doing their own research? Shady business. That's it??? Excuses. I paid $234 at the other place to find out these guys don't know what they're doing in business. He noted my alignment was off and had worn down the left side of my front tire. Ayham (the owner) took the time to help pick a good all year tire at a decent cost and the importance of an alignment by showing me the how to look for signs on my tires. I now go to him only with all my car needs and I have 3. Just switched over to winter tires. While I waited for the completion of my tires a customer entered to retrieve his vehicle and complimented the owner on his integrity and service. I have worked with both Co-Owners, Yavuz and Ayhan, and they are both super professional, super kind, and extraordinary honest. They inspected my car and recommended work as if they owned the car and told me what could be held off and what I should prioritize. They were not pushy and if anything, closer to the opposite. I had a car inspection done and found out a week later that they missed a potential issue when my oil guy saw something. I took it back in and they reconfirmed they missed it, showed me the issue, apologized, and gave me a great deal on getting it fixed. Auto & Tire Works wants you to feel comfortable and be happy. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I was introduced to them by having tires shipped to them and then having them put them on my vehicle for a very reasonable price. I also had them re-align my car after I got my car back from the auto body shop, and found out they are the ones that do the alignment for the auto body shop, and were quick to do the re-alignment when I felt was dragging. On this third visit, they told me that the repair would be expensive (for the part) and got the best price for me. They did a faster repair than expected so I could get back on the road, and let me know that they are readily available if anything else happens in terms of my check engine light or diagnostic codes. They gave me an estimate ($800+) that I simply could not afford for a job I could do myself ($320 in parts my cost), but I'm 40 yrs old and it is late November- I didn't want to do it. My wife had work done on her car here and she was extremely satisfied-so I brought my truck in for brakes. The owner asked what was the other shop going to do for $800+.
