This is now Sebastian German garage and he is excellent. I cannot stress enough if you have a german car old or new take it HERE!!! He knows these types of cars in and out never once has he messed up or caused any sort of problems. I have a 2008 BMW X5 and A 2013 C63 AMG he has done plenty of maintenance on both cars for a very very reasonable price. One thing I love about Sebastian is you can get in the garage with him and look under your car for your self and that is one of the biggest reasons I go there. I found Frank because he was the closest I could get my car towed to at the time. Since then I have had Frank do other work for my other cars. I usually go to dealers to get oil change, etc. The dealers are easy for me because I make an appt, go there and just sit there to do my work while the car is being worked on. I can't do that at Frank. Frank's place doesn't really have a nice and large waiting area. However, if I need major work, I go to Frank. It is not easy to find an honest mechanic. But Frank is honest. He just tells you what you need done not OTHER unnecessary things. He does all the work himself. HIs prices are not cheap but above average. But for the quality of work, it is well worth it. I have had brakes done at chain shops before and you can tell with Frank, the brakes feel like a brand new car after using them. But it is easy to call him and get in and he can usually finish the work fast. But you really have to drop off your car and come back. read more

This was my first time here and I am very satisfied. Frank did the alignment on my wife's 4Runner and was very honest. He did the alignment as best as possible but I did take in consideration that I have aftermarket Rancho quick lifts strut assembly/shock and meatier tires on the 4Runner. (Not a good Mechanic). I have been going to Frank's for 14 years now. I am saddened to say that his service has really went down hill. Frank worked on my power steering for my truck, and I had to go back 2 times to have it fixed. The steering wheel still does turn as smooth as it should after Frank's 2 attempts. This week I had Frank fix the oil gauge in my truck, and after I got it back it still did not work right. I had to go back the next day, and he told me it was a faulty gauge, and he replaced. Seems to be working ok after his 2nd attempt to fix. Just picked the truck up so will see. When I picked the truck up, I was accelerating on the gas when it was in park to test the oil gauge to make sure it was moving properly like it should. Frank comes out, and yells : You mess up the engine here, and it's not my problem. I revved the truck up the same way he did in the morning when I dropped it off. Frank revved the gas, and said yes it's not working, let me look at it in the morning. Now when I do it to test the gauge, it's a problem? His customer service is no longer there. He was so rude to me, when he is the one who continues to not fix the truck in the correct way. He has taken multiple attempts to fix the problems. I should not have to keep bringing my vehicle back for him to fix the same problem. I am sad to say, I will not be using his service no more. I have recommended this place to friends and family for years, but as of today, and because of the last 2 experiences with him, please do not use his service. He has no customer service, & his work is not good. He is not fixing the problems correctly. read more
