This has to be the BEST car buying experience I've ever had! I am utterly in shock, especially since this is a USED car dealership!! I've had a better experience with this used car dealership than other big new car dealerships whom I've had to fight with before because they tried to screw me over, scam me, or play games to try to mess up the car buying process! So naturally, having to buy a car is a process I started to dread. Auto Auction Group, however, completely shocked me with how they handle things. When I first went to Auto Auction Group in March of this year, I found the exact electric car I want and for a great price -- a 2011 Nissan Leaf electric. Sandra, Chris, Ruben, and Marcel were all super nice to me. They are all upfront, direct, honest, and don't pressure you to buy a car. Their motto is that there's no point in trying to force someone to buy something they don't want. If they like it, they like it. If they don't, they don't. So I appreciate that they don't pressure customers at all or do that typical car salesman talk. They really just let me look at the car. I'm shocked they didn't try to pressure me. Best of all, they made the process so easy -- in 3 hours, I traded in my old car, got approved for an auto loan with them, and drove out with my new car! How the frick did that happen so fast? I've never had anything happen that quickly and easily at ANY car dealerships, new and used! I saw that they treat their employees well there (they get free IN-N-Out Burgers for lunch), so I can see why the employees seem to enjoy working there. Unfortunately, within a day, I discovered there was an issue with the battery. I called them and they immediately had me take the car back to them. The owner, Onnik, talked to me. He said they do things professionally and would take the car straight to Nissan to get the battery fixed. They gave me a loaner car in the meantime so that I would still have transportation. 5 star service! It took some time, and I later found out Nissan wouldn't fix the battery since the warranty expired, and Auto Auction Group did their best arguing with Nissan to get them to but Nissan still refused. I started to get worried. Other dealerships I've dealt with would've told the customer, "Sorry, you bought it, there's nothing else we can do". Not these guys. I was shocked and relieved when they offered to gave me my money back or switch out the car for another one in their lot. At the time, there wasn't another electric car, but they let me keep the loaner while I thought about the decision. And then, one day, the manager William called me -- another electric car JUST arrived at their other lot, and it's a newer model -- a 2013. I immediately went to take a look at it and OMG, it was in even BETTER condition! It looked completely new, even the inside!! How is this possible?! And it's in the same color I love - RED!!! And so, I returned the loaner and drove out with a better car than I first got from them, and months later, the car still runs beautifully! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY CAR! OMG it was totally worth the wait! I have to thank everyone there for making sure I was taken care of. William the manager did a great job keeping communications open. I really appreciated that he would text me and answer questions I had. He even made sure that switching out the car for the new one is easy -- he had Ruben have the new contract all ready when I arrived so that I can quickly sign and leave with my new car. Some rude jerk with Johnny Bravo hair works here and gave me a rather poor experience, prompting this review. I spoke with a different employee, asking about a trade in deal for a hybrid car. The hybrids seemed reasonably priced, so I proceeded with the appraiser. While waiting in my car, I saw the appraiser come out and left to greet him. Before I could say anything, he said to me, "it's not worth much". I said, "That's not a fair way to start a conversation, let me hear a number or range for a trade-in deal". He said "Well how much you want for it?". I said, "I want what's fair" and told him that it's not exactly great procedure to try his low-ball style, he said that I would be lucky for him yo give me 2k if it were in good cosmetic condition. Mind you, this is a 120k miles 2013 Ford with bonuses, some scrapes against the panels, but no mechanical issues, you be the judge. Kbb says a range of 5-9k, so there's that. So I said I was gonna leave, and he said "Get the fuck off my lot", prompting me to call him a few things before leaving. Horrible horrible experience. Sold me a white 2009 BMW 528i. Within the first week of having the car, the car started making a noise so horrible that it sounded like somebody was shaking nails under the car. They said it was the o2 sensor. They "fixed" it and the car was running fine, but then BOOM next week back at the dealer again. This time it was the bank #2 sensor. They "fixed" it again and then you guessed it, BACK THERE AGAIN! The check engine light turned on out of the blue. That showed me they didn't do CRAP but fuck around with the car parts and wipe out the system. After the THIRD time they supposedly fixed it, it was running ok. Then just two days ago it turned on AGAIN. Like bruh WHAT??? I took it back and they kept trying to have me keep the BMW saying that "there's nothing wrong with it it's an easy fix". Clearly it isn't an "easy" fix if I have to bring the car in multiple times BEFORE 1 month. Also, RUDE ASS EMPLOYEES! William does not know how to communicate with a customer for SHIT. The day the car also went into transmission failure, I was clearly pissed off and had the nerve to say "don't give me attitude". Maybe if you didn't sell me a shit car i wouldn't be mad. Only one who treated me with respect and honesty was Rod. Anybody else, nope. Also, they're still Cars 911 under this new name. Don't believe them. NOT COME HERE. I bought my first car here and they made it so easy and explained everything really well I 100% recommend anyone to come and purchase a car here they will do everything to try and get you the deal YOU want. Tony was the first dealer I sat with, super sweet man explained everything to me, and I walked away from a good deal to go with a bigger dealership thinking Id get lower numbers, heellllll nooooo they saw I was young and didn't care or try and work numbers out with me at all! I called up Auto Auction back and asked if they'd be willing to sit down again and they welcomed me back with the same respect and warmness as when I first came which made me feel ten times better! After coming back Chris was my new dealer and this man went above and beyond in so many ways to help me, he would give me a deal while on the phone making an even better deal for me this man knew what he was doing and he was good at it ended up getting a 2019 car for the price that the big dealership was going to give me for a 2018! and at the same time Tony was by my side in case I wasn't sure about something that was truly the best part about this whole experience I felt taken care of and not scammed. After having several back-to-back issues with my current car (from leaking heater hoses to flat tires, etc.), it was time for me to get a new, but used car as quickly as possible. After several sleepless nights of worrying about finding a decent used car at a reasonable price, I did an very early morning search and stumbled upon Auto Auction Group. I made my online request to visit their space to not only see but also test drive a 2016 Nissan that was listed. Later that morning, I received a call from Marcel, who asked me when I would like to come in to see the car. I had to make some calls and move some appointments around, but was able to do the test drive the following afternoon. The owner was exceedingly charming and extremely helpful making a deal with me for a trade-in on my car and their finance guy completed all the necessary paperwork; and the car was mine. Due to my work schedule, though, I had to wait a couple days before I could take possession of the car. The guys at Auto Auction Group were very helpful - even helping me get my belongings out of my old car and into the new car - and made the whole experience great. I can't thank everyone there enough for making my car buying so pleasant. Now, I have a new (but used) car for which I don't have to worry about. No more sleepless nights and a sweet ride to boot. I have read the google reviews for this independent car dealership and there's only 3 so far and none for yelp. Tony was the guy who helped me through the process of getting a 2006 BMW M6 with about 74k miles. As soon as I came in the office and asked about the car, he attended to me right away. These guys are quick, as soon as I sat on his desk, the finance manager just handed Tony the carfax and I haven't even asked for it yet. I took my time looking through the car and was informed that the car is in the process of getting checked and cleaned and went through some minor details about the car that was not finished. This was another good thing, they quickly disclosed the details about the car. I've been burned by independent car dealerships in the past so I asked questions meticulously. When I was ready, I was offered an option for financing, I have a close to excellent credit history so I was not worried about getting financed but for some reason, I did not get the APR that was worthy of my credit history due to the car being 14 years old. I don't like getting my credit checked more than once so I asked if they would want to work with my credit union and they agreed. Take into consideration that all dealerships regardless of independent or not that they want to make a quick sale so I anticipated this but the difference is that they did not pressure me (the fact that due to the covid-19 situation means that dealerships are suffering from slow sales). The process was completed within 4 days. As of this writing, I am waiting for the transfer of lien holder over to my credit union so the deal can be finalized. The finance manager also took his time to have the car detailed and finished the stuff they disclosed to me. If you ever happen to buy a car here, just ask what you need but it greatly helps to do your research 1st. Car dealerships are difficult to rate a 5 out of 5 due to a lot of factors but as long as you do your homework and be objective on both sides, you will have a smooth transaction if not perfect. I give this dealership a 5 out of 5 because they met all my expectations. I will update this review when the deal is finalized. read more

I went and bought a 2013 Nissan Maxima and luckily I paid the extra money 2 be able to return it because they told me that there was nothing wrong with the car that they had no leaks it was perfect and part started flying off of it as I'm driving it home I got it home and I called them to tell them what had happened they said they were going to fix it and I noticed that there was a leak and when I checked the leak I noticed that the car has been in an accident because it was just a little off one of the doors kind of drops a little bit when you open it and the next day when I brought them the car back the owner was just rude and pushy it was absolutely the worst buying experience I've ever had. those pictures are from after I almost caused an accident on the freeway because that will will flew off as I'm driving it home once they have your money in their pocket they are rude and very unprofessional!! read more

This place was a great place to buy a use car. Was looking to buy a second vehicle, as a back up and weekend car. The salesman had a wonderful and cheerful attitude, no pressure whatsoever. I felt very comfortable and no pressure to buy. The process was simple and was done with the hour. The general manager and the finance person were nice and to the point.
