Horrible experience attempting to purchase a SUV from Autohighway. I inquired about the vehicle, while providing them with all of my information and allowing them to pull my credit as I was serious about purchasing the vehicle. 1. No one ever followed up with me. 2. They pulled my credit, but sold the vehicle to someone else after the salesman told me if they pulled my credit, then they couldn't sell it to anyone else. I felt like I was being given the run around, even after someone notified me they pulled my credit and I was approved. Finally after 3 weeks of the vehicle being painted and me being given the run around, this sales guy tells me that there were more paint issues and they was more paint issues than they realized but added that they sold the vehicle to another buyer. smh read more

We chopped it up over all the different cars that we liked, I could tell that he was a true enthusiast. Jerry, the salesman, was very professional. They offered me the best value for my car out of all the car dealerships that I searched. Even before coming in the dealership, I took some pictures of my Audi and they gave me an offered even before bringing the car in. They upheld the offer and there was no switch and bait. Saturday April 10th 2021 I came in and saw a nice car I liked and began the process of working a deal with "Jerry". I told him clearly I wanted the car. He said they were resolving an issue with the CarFax report and it should be corrected within a few days. I texted him every day about it, asking what the status was. He said it was still being processed and I said I'd like to get the ball rolling so asked him for the credit application which I filled out and send over Friday afternoon. I saw on my credit reports that they did a hard credit inquiry (I have good credit) and so I figured all was well. I wake up today (Saturday) to a email from cars.com saying the car had been sold! I assumed they processed my app and took it down from the available inventory but no.... THEY SOLD IT OUT FROM UNDER ME. Jerry blamed his "co-worker" saying that he had left early last night and his co-worker sold the car to a walk in. He said that to secure the car I should have put down a deposit. (HE NEVER EVEN SUGGESTED IT yet somehow I was supposed to have known to do it) I said to him... this is YOUR fault. Don't pass this on to your "co- worker" 1. You didn't tell me to secure the car with a deposit. 2. A small operation, people can easily communicate the deals they are working on. Over a week period, don't you TALK amongst yourselves? Have meetings to discuss ongoing deals being negotiated?? THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS INCOMPETENCE. Now, I have a hard inquiry hit on my credit for NOTHING which costs me money in a higher interest rate from a lowered score on my next application. Nice work Auto Highway. read more

I had high hopes with this dealership after reading the reviews that seemed mostly good, but should have listened to my gut. I've been in the automotive business 16 years & my husband has also for 30 years so we know how this all works. Sean reached out with a quote for buying back my car. We responded with all the details & double checked that the quote was accurate, he confirmed. We even called a couple days later going over the details again to re-confirm, again Sean confirmed their original offer. So we drove an hour & a half to sell them the car just to receive a different, low ball offer. This is why we literally triple checked before driving there because we had a feeling they were going to pull this. The car is in perfect condition, low miles, brand new battery, brand new tires, upgraded grill, etc. so the price they offered was already below what it was worth but we felt more comfortable selling it to a dealership than a private party. We probably would have taken the offer if they would have just been honest in the first place. It's the lying & the bait & switch that lost our business. Just be honest!
