Yup, this is the 2011 H. Sonata SE.
    Brian L.

As unpleasant as the experience of buying a car may be, James Kim (the individual who assisted me in buying the 2011 Hyundai Sonata SE), presented the car in a modest and collected fashion, made the financial transaction very smooth, went out of his way to give the purchased car a full tank of gas and offered a free car detail, which includes de-greasing the engine bay, steaming the seats, exterior wash, etc. Unlike the other car dealerships that I have done business with, Win Motos Inc. do not try to swindle or cheat you by selectively choosing to not mention any of the (arguably) negative features of the car. They have all of the proper documents and are more than willing to clarify any questions that you may have about the vehicle in question. Lastly, as briefly aforementioned, the people of Win Motors seem to genuinely care about creating a relationship rather than just "doing business". In fact, they went out of their way to call insurance brokers for me. If the sandwiches and the assorted Korean breads didn't win me over, it was the reasonably priced vehicles which was the reason why I came here in the first place. I bought the vehicle (mentioned above) for far less than what the Kelly Blue Book advertised it for, considering this model's particular trim and mileage. Although there are many types of vehicles that are sold on this lot (ranging from Toyotas, Audi's, to Mini Coopers), the cars are appropriately and reasonably priced. This makes Win Motors a perfect place to find affordable, yet tasteful rides for high-school or college students. I recommend this place with confidence. Thank you, Win Motors.

I was for sure lied to when I purchased this vehicle. I am in now in the process of suing this car dealership for selling me a car with Frame damaged that's was listed in Good Condition. Stay away from this haggle

I(age 58) planning vacation for 4 months US roadtrip. We(2paxs) are looking SUV used car, Year 2015/2016,Miles:below 20,000, Transmission: Automatic.Budget US$20K. We are foreigner with 10 years visa. Should I buy or rent/ leasing?

Try to rent a car with unlimited mileage offer. You buy your own insurance that can cover a rental car accident that will be cheaper. Or buy a second hand car that need time to resale it , if you are not in a hurry to go back home.

The financing process took a little longer than I expected, but everything was explained clearly in the end. Overall, I'm happy with the vehicle and would shop here again.

I wanted to leave a fair and honest review of my experience because there were definitely things I…read morereally appreciated, but unfortunately there were also several things that left me disappointed after receiving the vehicle. First, I do want to acknowledge my sales representative. He was very nice, kind, generous, honest, and provided me with great customer service throughout the purchasing process. I genuinely appreciated how I was treated by him, and I don't want the concerns I have with the vehicle or my overall experience to take away from the positive experience I had with him personally. One thing I was a little disappointed about was not receiving physical printed copies of all of my purchase documents. I was told that everything was provided to me electronically, which I understand, but I personally would have preferred to have physical copies as well. With a previous vehicle purchase, I was given a complete printed packet of everything I signed, so I assumed I would receive something similar this time. It's not necessarily a major issue, but it was something I would have appreciated having when leaving the dealership. I was also told that the vehicle was going to be detailed before it was delivered to me. Once I received it and was able to look at it more closely, it honestly did not seem like it had been properly detailed. There was residue left on the windows from whatever product had been used to wipe them down, the interior was noticeably dusty, and there were food crumbs left on the seats. Considering I was specifically told it would be detailed, I expected it to be delivered much cleaner than it was. Another thing that disappointed me is that the vehicle remained with the dealership after I purchased it because it needed to be taken to an Acura dealership for a recall. I completely understand that it was being taken there specifically for the recall and that the recall service itself had nothing to do with the other issues I've noticed. However, the dealership had possession of the vehicle the day I purchased it and into the following day before it was delivered to me. Because they had the vehicle during that time, I feel there was enough opportunity to give it a final inspection and make sure it was clean and in good condition before delivering it to me. After finally receiving the vehicle and having it for only a couple of days, I started noticing additional issues. The wireless charging pad powers on but does not actually charge a phone, even after testing it with more than one compatible iPhone. The steering wheel is significantly faded/worn, tire valve-stem caps were missing, the two front tires appear significantly worn, and I also noticed concerning wear on the rear brakes/rotors. I completely understand that I purchased a used vehicle and that it was sold as-is. I never expected a used vehicle to be perfect or in brand-new condition. At the same time, when purchasing and financing a vehicle through a dealership, I still expected the vehicle to be reasonably inspected and for noticeable issues--especially potential safety-related concerns involving the tires and brakes--to either be addressed or communicated to me. I also expected it to be properly cleaned and detailed since I was specifically told that would be done. At this point, I honestly don't have the desire to go back and forth with the dealership over every individual issue. I would rather share my experience so future buyers know to thoroughly inspect the vehicle themselves, test all of its features, and look closely at the tires and brakes before completing their purchase and driving off the lot. With all of that being said, I do want to make it clear that this is simply my personal experience. I do think the dealership has a nice selection of vehicles, and despite the issues I experienced, I would still recommend giving them a chance. My experience with my sales representative was genuinely positive, and I appreciated the customer service I received from him. I just strongly recommend that anyone purchasing a vehicle take the time to inspect everything thoroughly before finalizing the purchase. Overall, I am happy with the vehicle itself and hope to enjoy it for a long time. I just wish some of these things had been caught, addressed, or communicated to me before the vehicle was delivered.

I contacted them in advance to explain my situation, and they were incredibly kind and welcoming from the start. After my visit, they worked so hard to find the exact vehicle I was looking for under the best possible terms. They even offered a much better trade-in value for my old car than CarMax. They promised to keep me updated, and in less than half a day, they locked in a great deal on a vehicle. Thanks to that, I was able to take delivery of my new car just two days later. I highly recommend this place to the Korean community living in LA. The owners are both wonderful and kind, and Esther, who helped find my car and walked me through the contract, was also extremely helpful and sweet. Before writing my own review, I noticed a few negative Korean reviews, which is why I decided to write this to help guide other fellow Koreans. It seems some people might mistake the second-generation staff's slight awkwardness with the Korean language for being rude, but that is not the case at all. I highly encourage you to drop by for a consultation without any hesitation. When I went in on Saturday to pick up my car, the office was packed with clients. I think that shows just how reliable and trustworthy this place is. If you are uncomfortable with English like me, want to sell your car for a great price, or are stressed out from being ripped off by dealership pricing games, this is definitely the place to go.
