I originally tried to go through one of State Farm's approved body shops, but they were super dismissive and told me they probably couldn't get the parts for a month a least and they (other body shop) wanted a deposit from me! They also said my car was drivable - bumper was smashed into the muffler and touching it. I showed them this and then they offered to take the bumper off and I could drive around - unreal and illegal. Anyway, I went to PUR and they advocated for me with the insurance company. Said my car could not be driven due to fire hazard with the bumper and muffler (totally correct). I got a rental and was comfortable thanks to them while they perfectly repaired the car. They even made the State Farm appraiser come to them so they could have them see all the damage and fix it properly. They fixed it fast and I am so happy with their work. I highly recommend this body shop and if I need a body shop again, I will be going to them 100%. Thanks guys. You are the best and extremely honest!

I was not able to go that week, however the following week I was nearby so figured I would just stop by and see if he could service my vehicle, but let him know I needed my car back by a certain time. He called about an hour before I needed it saying they were wrapping up and shared the final price which ended up being a few dollars less than the original estimate. Car felt great and we will be returning for any future maintenance needs. Great service, fair pricing and great, clear communication.
