Beware of this body shop! Nadar is a liar and is stealing from the insurance companies. His mechanics are doing Mickey Mouse work on your car. I had an accident in Nov 2023, I took my car to his shop and the driver door is in wrong, the hood is on wrong and his mechanics painted over the original paint job. It stated peeling in 2024. When I contacted Nadar he told me that his mechanics would fix everything. I took my car to his location 3 times and he told me that they did have time, to bring it earlier in the morning. I told him that I work and cannot bring it early. I have been dealing with this nonsense since 2024, and he refuses to fix my car. The insurance company paid him $8500 for my car and this is the result. I will see you in court bastard! What kind of body shop is this that can't put on a door and hood currently? Then you get paid all this money to do a paint job and it on top of the damage paint. DO NOT GO TO THIS BODY SHOP! Nadar is a theft and is stealing from the insurance companies. read more

Her attitude really welcomes you in. Once you are in Mr. NADER starts telling you the process and reassures you the car will be like nothing happened. I was skeptical. He will contact you through every step of how much longer, what parts have been ordered and when they are to receive it. ​ My Lexus ES350 was like brand new. A couple days later however there was an issue with my tires not showing the psi. I contacted Mr Nader and he squeezed me in first thing in the morning. Waited 15 min and it was taken care of. It is unfortunate the experience I had with Auto Mart Collision Center when most of these reviews are great. The paint job is the only good work but everything else was done horribly so I will never come back here, and my advice is taking your car elsewhere. At first Nader (owner) was responsive but as days, weeks and then MONTHS went by he became less transparent with me and wouldn't be clear about the process. I began calling often after they had my car for 2 months just to hear Nader's excuses like "this is why I don't work on old junk cars" (why accept the job to begin with?) "your car is ready BUT I'm still waiting for other parts" - literally means NOT ready. He'd tell me my car would be ready 'next week' every week. I'm an understanding person and if he would've just told me what has been done to the car and what is in process this whole ordeal would have gone smoother. There was a lot of work to be done so when I got the car back, I was concerned with some issues that were overlooked and ignored, 7 issues to be exact. I wouldn't have rated this place so low if the car was given back to me without these critical issues which they were paid to repair/remove/replace. They returned my Tacoma with a damaged tinted window, missing emblems, broken fender mudguard (which was reportedly replaced), damaged fender wheel flare (another part that was supposed to be replaced), incorrectly installed steering rod/incorrect bolts which made a clanking sound when going over bumps and turning, tailgate was placed incorrectly causing damage to the body and my right mirror was sticking out (they claimed not to have touched this part, liars). I can't ignore these mistakes; these people have no pride and should be ashamed of themselves! They had my Tacoma for more than 8 weeks (enough time to do a decent job), yet I had to return the vehicle days later because of the inadequate work. I've attached images to show you all how bad the work originally was. The mechanical work is inconsistent therefor they should only paint cars. One of the mechanics literally told my brother that Nader is a cheapskate and only buys used parts and claims they're "new". Beware, you've been warned. read more

They stole my AAA battery and my side view mirrors don't work anymore. When all that need to be fixed was the dent in the door and the front end driver side number and head light. Please do not take your car to this place. I had an accident on May 2018. Called Mercedes Benz and they recommended this place. It took him 10 months to repair my car. Charged. His estimate was $14,000 to start and by the time it finished totaled up to $36,850. My car was not worth that amount. 7 months ago I picked up my car. Now my car broke again. I called him to tow my car. He told me to lie to insurance company that I had a new accident so he can get more money. I told him I did not have an accident. He is upset. Insurance told him this is related to the old accident. He got very nasty and told me he is not going to fix my car and sent me nasty text message. I kept all his texts. I can provide to anyone asking for it. Because my car was repaired at his shop originally , it is hard for me to find a mechanic shop to work on my car now. The car was very dangerous to drive and he did not tell me that. I have been driving a dangerous car with cracked suspension for 6 month which he failed to diagnose originally when he had my car for 10 months. He told me to rent a car so he will pay for it. Owner convinced me to repair my car with them and it took 4 months before I was able to get my car back from them. And throughout the time it was there, they never returned my calls, told me every week it would be completed the following week for MONTHS. I'm thinking about taking legal action because I incurred an insane amount of cost on rentals while my car sat in their shop collecting dust. They charge your insurance every night your car is there.
