Came here on July 2 /2026 the guy working on my car cross threaded the flange bolt and putting it…read moreto close to the cat burnt my cat armor from bank one and o2 sensor bank one downstream . only had a code p0430 because bank 2 flange bolts was broken off I brought my own donut gaskets for bank 2 just to replace it but looks like they didn't change it just put the gray RTV all around it to seem like they replaced it . It was a short guy next to the door of the waiting room. They just cut the flange bolts and call it a day and said the o2 sensor are not damaged even tho there a burnt mark next to the wires

Although we passed several other…read moretires shops., I wanted to go to Suburban Tire because I have used their Glendale heights location for years and always received excellent service from them. I figured there would be a good chance that I would get good service from this location also and I did! They took the car right in. After about 20 minutes they said it was done. The tire was actually fine however the valve was bent. They replaced the valve -- no charge! Way to build customer loyalty. I recommend this Suburban Tire location.

Michael was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was also upfront about all of his prices. There ended up being a leak in the exhaust, which I went somewhere else to fix. The baseline diagnostic was $160. I found out later that there are places that don't charge for a diagnostic, so maybe look into those and don't make my mistake, haha! But Michael was extremely knowledgeable and took so much time explaining the problem with the car, even drawing diagrams and sending photos of the part of the car that was damaged when they were inspecting in. So I was really grateful for the knowledge shared, though I do feel like the diagnostic price was very steep.

Tony is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly has been doing this a long time. Tony went over all my options, explained the benefits of anything that was additional costs but did not push me to go for anything just because. He was able to find the exact Trailblazer I wanted, with the upgrades *I* chose myself based on his expertise. This was my first time buying a new car, and I could not have had a better experience! Terrence showed me all the ins and outs of the tech in the car, and helped me get all my apps and apple car play set and ready to use once I drove off the lot.
