Just had some auto repairs done on my 2021 Jeep Wrangler at Jerry's. I got in a fender bender and needed my front bumper replaced. I dealt with Scott. I recently had my Toyota repaired at Jerrys , I was recommended by Elgin Toyota. Upon my arrival at the shop I was greeted by a man named Scott. I informed him of my concerns, then another man in the office happened upon conversation. I later found out his name was Tim, between these 2 gentleman they guided me through a very difficult process. They got my insurance company involved. With the help of Scott and Tim my vehicle was returned to its original condition maybe even better. Using what they called OEM parts, I later learned that those are parts from the manufacture not after market. I would recommend this shop to anyone who as myself found there self in a very difficult possession after a accident. Also on a side note upon picking my vehicle up at the shop my car was as clean as when I 1st purchased it. I stated that I needed an estimate and would like to get My vehicle repaired. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. Timothy looked over the damage and wrote up the estimate. I would definitely recommend Jerry's Collision. They do an outstanding job. They are very knowledgeable and have people who have been working on cars more than two decades. They do a thorough job and do excellent quality of work. They are friendly and they followed-up with me every step of the way with my repairs. My car was hit by another car. I hate to write a negative review, but after my experience, I cannot recommend anyone get their car repaired at Jerry's. In January of 2006, my Jetta was in a serious accident requiring almost $13,000 in front end repairs. During the repair process, Jerry's managers repeatedly failed to call me at promised times for updates. I would contact them over and over trying to get an update on my car. When I finally reached someone they would respond they needed to call me back in a week with an update. Even when I started scheduling "phone appointments" (getting a commitment that I would hear from them on X date by X time in the afternoon) they literally never once followed through. This left me to once again hunt them down. Jerry's was unable & unwilling to commit to even a rough date when my car would be repaired. Part of why I was calling was to find out when it would be done. Two of the dates I did finally drag out of them were off (as in it took longer) by 3 and 2 weeks respectively. Managers at Jerry's did not respond to my messages. I only got a call back once during the over three month repair period. I utilized Jerry's on the recommendation of my insurance company. Their work is supposedly covered by a 100% guarantee warranty. Despite this, Jerry's has been unwilling to correct two relatively minor problems with the repairs, saying they are not responsible for them. Somehow during the repair process my stereo volume knob was exposed to a chemical that has make it gooey with small pieces globing off when touched. When I brought this concern up to Jerry's staff, they completely dismissed me, ignoring my comments and refusing to even look at it. Additionally, since the accident, one of the windows is not tracking correctly. They swear this is not their responsibility despite this problem clearly being related to the accident. (It didn't exist before.) During my last conversation with them, a Jerry's manager informed me I would have to pay them myself if they try to fix it. For the many thousands of dollars they made on the repair of my car. I am disgusted they refuse to address two inexpensive & minor repairs. The only reason Jerry's gets two stars instead of one is they did manage to correctly repair the mechanical components of my car and it runs fine. For the hassle I had with them, save your money, sanity & time. Go somewhere else. read more

Without out a doubt the best customer service I have ever encountered. The people at Jerry's took care of everything for me. I drove my car there. They had a rental waiting for me. They worked with my insurance company to get the best deal and repair for my car. Substantially more than what the insurance company originally quoted. They called me on a regular basis to let me know how things were going. When it was done I drove there and left the rental car with them. My car was in beautiful shape. It looked brand new again. All I had to do was write them a check for my $100 deductible. They took care of everything else. I highly recommend them. I came outside to find my 2016 Mazda CX-5 with a huge dent in the driver's side fender and door. It was so bad someone had to use a crowbar to unbend part of the door panel to open the door. Anyway, I was very annoyed to say the least. I called Jerry's Collision Center and talked with Tim Kopczyk. Tim assured me things would be fine and they could fix my car. I called my insurance and gave them Tim's information and from there like magic things happened. The very next day I had a porter come to my house with a rental from the rental car company. Tim negotiated with the insurance company to be sure the car was fixed perfectly. My insurance company was giving the shop a hard time about the cost of the repair. Time pressed on and came through like my knight in shinning armor and prevailed! He got the parts needed, got the insurance company to pay the extra days I had a rental car because of the insurance companies lag time on responding to the body shop, and fixed my car like brand new! 3 weeks later the porter came to retrieve my rental ( I was so happy to be rid of) and brought me my beautiful CX-5 that I missed so very much! This place was phenomenal! The service I received was above and beyond what I expected! My brand new car was in an accident and Jerrys fought my insurance company to get all new parts for my car instead of refurbished parts. Dave, at Jerrys, was in constant communication with me prior to my car being fixed and during the repair. They arranged my rental for me and had the rental car delivered there for me; they even ensured the rental car had similar safety features as my car (4wd). I have to say that i would not recommend this place to anybody! I had the absolute worst experience with this shop. I have an acura rsx and i needed about $6,000 in repairs basically a new hood,fenders, front bumper, and headlights. First of all the manager David Arvidson had horrible customer service and is very rude. My car was in the shop for more than two months and David only called me once and never bothered to call again making me reaching out to call him just to find out the progress of my car. My car was in there for about two months and i did not hear from them for a whole month straight. Finally when i got my car back i was happy with the work but was not satisfied with dave at all. I left and drove my vehicle to work and as soon as i get there i notice one of my wheels has a lot of curb damage! My wheels were aftermarket and expensive! They brand new and were not damaged at all before i dropped it off with them so that damage happened while it was at jerrys. There is no doubt in my mind that this happened here because i certainly did not do that. I immediately called David and he told me to bring it by the next morning. When i arrived and showed him he told me that there was no way it happened there and that i was a liar trying to scam him to get money out of him. He offended me. I am an honest customer that gave them a $6000 and after he has his money he calls me a liar and cannot fix the damage they did. I sat there and argued with him and i couldn't believe the way he talked to one of his customers. Til this day he has not fixed my wheel and nothing was resolved he didn't care and walked away from me. I tried to contact the owner and he refused to give me his information or allow me to contact him. I really wish the owner knew what kind of person he has running his business. I am in the automotive industry and i will make sure to not recommend this place to anybody. They couldn't even put in all the bulbs on my new headlights! They only put in my low/high beams and the turn signals leaving 4 bulbs out even after paying them $6,000. Point is stay away! I had a small repair needed on my car, and I was recommended to Jerry's by my car dealer. I was very impressed with the friendly people at the collision center and their willingness to ensure that my car was fixed properly. I as able to get my car repaired immediately (timing is everything) which is unusual, but I was very happy since I had time that day to get the fix done. I agree with Nicole! Jerry's has earned another customer for life! I was rear ended in my BMW. I am VERY particular about my "baby" and was stressing about who would fix her right. Jerrys was recommended by my co-workers as being the ONLY place to trust. I am glad I took their advice. After meeting Tim and walking through their shop (that you could eat off the floor in) I was confident my car was in good hands. They kept me informed on the ETA of parts and the estimated time of completion after the parts arrived. If you want something done right you have to have patience and not rush the job.
