Okay, where should I start. Setting up an appointment to test drive was not an issue. They were fairly quick (they all seem distracted, and kind of shifty, but what else can be expected of a used car salesman). I test drove a few cars, and wasn't thrilled with the quality, which is not entirely their fault. I finally found one I actually really liked, it was in great condition, and in my price range. So, we decided to go for it. Full disclosure: we already got pre-approved by our own credit union for a handsome loan to get this car. We are aware that only "approved" creditors and banks worked with Auto Boutique, but that is often marketed to avoid customers working with their own trusted banks (which means the dealership doesn't make as much profit!!). Well, despite being HEAVILY denied to use our credit union, we decided to hear them out and see what their credit unions/banks could do for us. Our financial advisor found one that had an interest rate that wasn't obscene, so we discussed payments. I will say, eventually, we went through with it because it seemed pretty similar to what we would have gotten with our own credit union. Of course, me being the young, naive gal I am, and this only even being my second car since getting my license not that many years ago, I go ahead and accept the "$2,700" insurance that will cover any issues with my car with the maker. It seemed like a great deal to me, but I am VERY suspicious that it is a scam.. I guess we shall find out. I should also mention I was doing a trade-in. They offered me just enough to pay off my car, which was a pleasant surprise. I was happy about that one, but they know exactly what they're doing. I sign the papers, they say they'll send me the title, and everything I need, and take the keys. Okay. Stick with me here... Fast forward to the end of the signing of papers. I get my new keys, a few copies of papers (not everything, though...), and I am ready to take my new baby home. Well, it wasn't until a day or two later that I realized they forgot to give me my old plates!! They didn't say anything, and they certainly never asked me. I called them back about a week later because I ALSO had absolutely no information in any of my papers they sent me with about the bank I decided to work with, or account details to add to track payments. I called them THREE TIMES and was told my plates were thrown away (which is a HUGE liability because they are registered to MY NAME), and they told me my financial advisor would email me my forms. Never got the emails. I want to just show up, but working full-time, and dealing with so many other things, it would be REALLY nice to have them be just a LITTLE more accommodating. I am still waiting to receive everything I need so I can flip these people the bird for GOOD. I can say this wholeheartedly: do not trust these people. Do not fall victim to their predatory tactics. Bad experience, but you can tell what this place is about just by doing some research. Looking at the lot, vehicles, reviews, and pricing you (or anyone else) will probably get a gut feeling about this place. Things just don't seem on the level. BUT they had a few luxury cars I was interested in so It was at least worth a look. Its a very large ( ever expanding) dealership. It's already flooded over into the gas station next door. The first thing that you will notice is the condition of the cars. Every car I looked at was noticeably dirty and not well presented. It is very clear that this is a lot that buys from auction, then turns and burns. T There is no mechanic on site, no area to maintain the car, nothing of the sorts. They buy the cars at auction, knowing very little about it, mark it up, then sell it. So to take a risk on a higher end luxury car is a HUGE gamble. You have to remember that the newer (3 years'ish) luxury cars they buy are sold at auction. These are lease returns that the manufactorer ( Mercedes, Audi, BMW, ect) cant certify. if they could they would. SO thats a big tell for condition. Anyway's back to my experience. I drove 2 hours to look at a few cars. They were backed up so far I had to park in a neighborhood a few blocks over. Test driving a car was not a realistic option as I didn't have 2 hours to wait. So I flagged down a sales person (going with nameless) to talk about some things. I informed him I wanted to run my credit to get their best rates on a particular car. I then filled out the forms and began to wait. I waited for about a half hour ( which I didn't understand because this process takes about 5 mins). Finally I get called into the finance guys office. He has the entire contract printed, temp tag and everything laid out to buy. I explained I hadn't even been inside the car, have not drove it, not even sure if it functioned. (also covered in dirt and bird poop) and that i was trying to get an idea of their finance options. The finance manager says " Oh well you will have to explain that to your sales person, he thought you were ready to buy." I simply responded that "I have not drove the car, how could I buy it?" He then proceeds to call in the salesman to somehow pressure me into buying the car. I obviously did not but I was shocked at the tactic. I shopped for my very first car purchase for literally months. I'm incredibly picky and nowhere I went felt like I was getting the best car for the best price. I found auto boutique online and went in to test drive a toyota. The parking at their current lot is pretty nonexistent so i'd recommend parking at the dairy queen across the street. Immediately upon walking up we were greeted and given the keys to test drive the car(on our own... I hate when someone rides with you and they didn't require that which I appreciated). No lengthy paperwork, just a copy of my ID and we were good to go. We didn't love the toyota but we came back and wanted to drive a Volkswagen they had on the lot. It only had 17,000 miles and was priced incredibly. I decided this was the car I wanted so we were quickly set up with a salesman to start the credit process. They told us they don't negotiate at all on prices, but the car was priced great already so there was no need. I had seen another review on here saying they were given a fake carfax by auto boutique, so we paid the $40 to purchase it directly from carfax and it was exactly the same as the one they showed us. After about an hour of communication with Kemba, I was approved for a loan(with a co-signer.. i have a short credit history). We had to drive to Kemba(10 minutes away) to sign paperwork, and then we came back to the dealership and got to drive off with the car. The entire process from test drive to leaving lot was only about 2 1/2 hours. I have waited that long before just to get the keys for a test drive! I wanted to wait to write a review until I got a diagnostic on my car to make sure it was okay, and the mechanic said it's in great condition. I am incredibly pleased with the ease of the purchase, price, and my car!! Everyone was amazed at the condition of my car( INCREDIBLY low mileage, leather seats, bluetooth, satellite radio, brand new never opened all weather mats..) for the price. My only complaint is that I was told my car still had a month left on the factory warranty, and when I called VW I found out it had actually expired a few days before my purchase. Not a big deal considering there was nothing that needed done under the warranty, but maybe something to check out if that's important to you. I made it very clear I was already approved by my personal bank, before driving the vehicle. Once I drove it Lewis let me know they only do in house financing. Do not ever buy a car from this company we bought one car and they brought the car out and it was covered in bird crap the entire car was covered and they came out and took it back and washed it within a month the drivetrain went out on the car luckily my son had added the outrageously price $2,700 insurance and it got fixed. We did not get that car and then another person was looking at it as they pulled it up and they put a air freshener hanging up from the rear view mirror to avoid the pot residue smell. So we looked at a Mustang that had some minor problems on the interior but we went ahead and took a chance on it and unfortunately less than a month later my son got into an accident somebody ran him off the road and put them in the ditch and as the repair shop put it up on the rack they notice six of the Cradle bolts for the engine we're halfway to three quarter of the way out. They called me immediately and said they would not do anything until we had eyes on it. So we went and took pictures and I called the dealership and try to make an offer to settle and they explained to me that well that engine cradle really doesn't do anything I talk to my shop manager and I I looked it up online because the shop told me that the whole engine and transmission could have fell out but they didn't really care and they said well sorry will tighten the bolts but that's all we'll do for you. BUYER BEWARE!! Untrustworthy, HORRIBLE customer service. From the very beginning of my experience the staff was unprofessional and extremely disorganized. I had made an appointment to come look at a specific car, and when I arrived a waited more than 20 minutes for my salesperson to come out and get me, and then once he finally came and went to go get the car, he informed me that the car didn't have gas and that Id need to wait even longer for them to fill it up. I really needed a car and decided to just buy the same car that day. I waited so long for anyone to come out and talk to me that I got up and left. As I was driving away they called to let me know my financing options were ready. I was only quoted a price with a $2500 warranty, when I realized what I'd signed and asked to cancel the warranty, I was informed that it wouldn't lower my payments if I cancelled. I would have needed to opt out at the time of purchase. After I'd signed my paperwork, the woman that signed me up, Mikayla, would not answer my emails in a timely manner whatsoever. Any time I email her with simple questions, I'd get a response at a minimum of four business days later. All of the staff I have interacted with are shockingly unprofessional and disorganized. It's been almost three weeks and I have NOT RECEIVED THE TITLE of the vehicle I've purchased. I called about it and was informed that the title department accidentally sent the title to the WRONG ADRESS!!! Lastly, when I looked in my trunk, I saw that there were plastic covers missing over the trunk lights and that there were exposed wires in the cavities where the trunk lights were supposed to be. When I called about this, they checked and saw that these parts were indeed missing and there response was: "well it's not like we hid this from you, you could have looked in the trunk." Please don't be fooled by the low prices that they have. These cars are sold as is and after their ridiculous "dealership fees" you will end up paying more than Kelly Blue Book value for a car that may or may not have all of its parts. It was nice, needed to get used to it, but I really like the car, Went inside (place was jumping full of customers), and started the application process. My sister bought a car last weekend, a 2017 Alfa Romeo with 37000 miles. They convinced her to buy an extended warranty. Within 48 hours of the purchase she had 3 warning lights on. Hooking it up to diagnostic computers shows it is drivetrain and electrical issues. She called the dealership and they said they would help her to make it right. After that they have not returned her calls or answered her emails. The service manager told her they would tow the car back to Columbus (she lives 90 miles away) then did nothing and, again, isn't responding to her attempts at communication. So now she is stuck with a piece of crap car, a $15000 loan she will have to pay off, and will have to pay all her repairs herself. Because, naturally, the service contract they sold her is full of exclusions and conditions, and may not pay anything for the first 30 days at all. What started off as an incredible experience (only reason for 2 stars) trading in my 2014 CLA Mercedes-Benz for a 2012 Ford Edge. I was looking for something more reliable and affordable for my family with a child on the way. Had the car for about four weeks with no issues. I was super excited to have a nice reliable practical car. Then all of a sudden I break down at a red light because the transmission is ruined in a car that I bought four weeks ago.( still have my temporary tag license) After taking the car to an auto shop it's going to cost me $4000 - $5000 for a different transmission and labor. Also I'm out of a car for two weeks. After numerous calls and emails I have still not received anything back from them. They are dodging me trying to pass the 30 day mark. I call and explain the situation and get transferred and what do you know the person they transferred me to has a voicemail that doesn't work!!! Very scummy I don't have a car so I can't go in person. Save yourself the trouble they are not here to help you just another dealership. DONT BUY HERE! Everything from inexperienced employees to cars with underlying problems that will breakdown. I don't even know where to begin with this place! First appearance. WOW!!! Nice, new cars with such cheap price tags! .... always remember, if it seems too good to be true, well that's because it is and what's what Auto Boutique is. Smoke and mirrors. So we check in, staff at front is clearly unorganized and it's like a herd of cattle coming through the door. No one knows who's been help, where to go etc... just a party of people trying to buy cars. It took us forever! Finally my son and I go look at some cars. We find one right off the bat he likes. We text drive it. After the test drive we do a walk around and I notice a HUGE chunk of the tire gouged out. Close to 1/4", which is incredible it didn't burst while we test drive it. Regardless, my son liked the car so we kept in mind they need to take care of that. We go back inside to the cattle line again. After another 45 min wait here, we get a sales person. I told him about the tire and he wasn't concerned at all!!! Even suggested it was SAFE to drive home that day on and they'd replace it the following day! I didn't feel comfortable with all of this and the herding techniques they do with their costumers. We left. Unfortunately we fell for the trap yet again when my son found another car from them. I tried to talk him out if it, but thought maybe this was just a bad experience, it can't ALWAYS be this way, right? WRONG!! So we go back and basically got a dump truck of red flags dumped on us. My son test drive 2 other cars, both filthy on the inside, cigarette burns, holes, no tire tread etc! And again a staff that doesn't know what their jobs are and you're left to wait hours and hours going back and forth through the same cattle lines. I noticed the delivery truck pulling in while we were there. EVERY SINGLE CAR on thar truck had front end damage! These are the cars they put make up on and sell them to you!!!! God knows what kind of damage they actually have. I have a friend that owns a mechanic shop and I told him about this "new" auto shop! He said absolutely never buy from them. I was skeptical at first because of some negative reviews I had read online, but after hours of internet research and visiting four other dealers in Columbus and Grove City, Auto Botique had the best car at the best price. I'm hoping my 2016 Corolla holds up well, and will increase my review to 5 stars if it does. One word of advice though would be to actually look under the hood and know what you're buying. I think some of the other reviewers that had negative things to say maybe didn't thoroughly inspect their vehicle before buying it (I'm thinking of one on google who said her oil looked like sludge; maybe you should pull the dipstick at the very least before buying?) Anyhow, if you're not a car person, bring someone who is, because they're sold "as is," but you can buy a warranty from them if you'd like. Have never met more incompetent sales people in my life. Found a car online and called the dealer. I spoke with a guy who tells me car is available, and ask how we would be purchasingthe vehicle. I told him that we would finance the car. So he gives me a link to apply for the loan. I apply for the loan and get approved, call the guy and tell him that. He says "okay I'll call you tomorrow". He never calls, I call back the next day and ask for the same guy, they say he's busy so I leave a message. Never calls back, I call the following day and spoke with a female, she takes my info and still nothing. Call back the fifth day and tell some other guy who answers the phone "does anyone there want to make a commission, because I'm already approved and ready to go". He ask for all my information and says the sales manager will call me tonight, if not tonight tomorrow for sure. Never happened, also from the pictures the car was really dirty inside, asked if they clean the cars, and the first guy I talked to said "no we are so busy and the cars sell so fast that we don't have time too". Read reviews many others have complained about this. Well with today's world the way it is I am so glad to see that you guys really care about cleanliness. STAY AWAY...WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Purchased a car from them a month ago. Up until you sign papers they will try and satisfy you. Once you put pen to paper they could care less about you. And before they try to rebute...I have called and gotten the run around and someone will call you back. I even waited on hold for some time before they came back on and said "can you call back later" without resolving anything. I tried the General Mgr and the Owner and not a peep back. When I purchased they provided a "we owe" with an oil change , cleaning and a repair to a wheel hub. I have no idea what was done as they will not provide service records. I know they didn't do oil change, as it was still showing 45%, black as could be AND oil level below the minimum on dipstick! There was still a diagnostic code on the computer that I know they would have seen as they had to clear the code from the work they were to do before delivery. Then the delivery...They knew I was coming, yet after checking in, I waited an hour before having to go back up and checking with receptionist. Another 20 mins later and some guy came out asking everyone in lobby if they were there for my car. He proceeded to give me ONE beat up key fob and said here you go. It was a new purchase delivery!!! I had to ask about the other key and after checking he gave it to me and still said "here you go, it is parked right out there." I explained it was a new purchase delivery and asked about any paperwork or walk around for delivery and he said no and just handed me a key and walked away. It was not washed or detailed, oil had not been changed and had less than half a tank of gas. I have never purchased a vehicle at any dealer that they didn't deliver the vehicle with a full tank of gas! I still don't have a clue what if anything they did for 2 weeks in service. After many calls on it, nothing has been done and I have heard nothing back from "someone will get back with you" or my attempted written contact to GM or Owner. Steer clear! Buyer beware! They tack on an extra $1500 for a protection plan. They claim it is legit and fully disclosed, but they stick it down in the tax and title fee section. Read the reviews. This "legit" charge was $200, then $500, and now $1500. What does it protect you ask? Your paint and interior fabrics. Unlike legit dealerships where the extended warranty is optional and covers mechanicals, this is mandatory. Look, if the car is $11.5k, just put that on the website instead of $10k with a hidden fee of $1500. It's a dirty tactic to bury your profit in some supposed mandatory protection plan. They claim in response to other reviews calling out this unscrupulous tactic that their fee is clearly disclosed. I went back and looked at the listing and the disclosure is there, but it is buried. You have to scroll half way down the listing, click see more details, scroll down several more screens of print and buried at the bottom with the standard sales tax, license, and registration it is there. My mechanic and I drove 150 miles to see (and more than likely, buy) a car that had some damage that had been fixed. When we arrive the car wasn't there so we had to wait an hour, and when it finally showed up someone had hit it and created MORE DAMAGE! I bought a car from them a few months ago. All the cars that I took on a test drive they were not clean inside or they did not have enough gas in them where you could really take them on a test drive. We were scared that we were going to run out of gas so we only drove them about a mile down the road. Since they buy their cars at auctions they only have one key. You definitely don't get any extras here. I did end up buying a nice car from here but 3 months after I purchased it the engine blew up. I read several reviews about Auto Boutique, some great and some not so great. Initially my experience was really good, sales men were pleasant and informative and worked hard even when they were swamped. Place was very busy and had already been there 3 hours but needed to go back to work, but was very interested in a car. This was a Tuesday but prior to leaving I had completed financials and was told I'd get a phone call that afternoon to discuss financials and was told I didn't need to do anything else to "reserve" the vehicle. That afternoon my credit was pulled as I got an alert but no call. However I did choose to leave, they were busy and sell a lot of cars, I understand that but I had obligations to return to work. So credit was pulled but never received a call from Auto Boutique to discuss my finances. Wednesday came around and I called them only to be told they'd take my name and my finance guy would get back to me. Didn't happen. So I decided to call Friday afternoon to find out what is going on since again my credit was pulled. Finally spoke with my finance guy and after some back and forth and an understanding of the exact car I was talking about, we settled on a deal and price and down payment. Mind you on Tuesday I filled out one if there car cards with the VIN number and model and make and I was under the impression my finance guy had that card as he was using that to work the deal with the bank and such. So Friday at 5:48, they close at 7, I get a call confirming everything and the car that I was purchasing. So obviously the paperwork was in process with the car, make, model and VIN number. So we discuss me coming in first thing Saturday morning to purchase the car. Saturday i take an Uber to AB since I'm driving a car home. When I arrived and after some discussion I find out the car I was purchasing had already been purchased. So the paperwork completed could now be used to start a fire! So I was asked to take a look at different cars and on the spot and spending upwards of 9 to 10 thousands dollars on a used car, doesn't sit well with me. So I test drive a car that has the fuel light on and very low tire pressure, but I still take it for a spin, not very far as the driver door seemed bit crooked and struggled to open smoothly. I return it and inform the sales rep of these and that I was not interested in this car and his response was "well not all cars are perfect." I'm aware of that, but at least make sure they are safe to drive or put air in the tires at least. So now I have take an Uber car ride home costing me; no car, waste of a Saturday morning, and out 60 bucks in Uber rides. And the best I get is, I'm sorry! Didn't try to make it work and make it right, just an I'm sorry. But this is a no nonsense, wholesale dealership and you pay the price on the sticker and get the car as is. It's just tough to go from a car I liked a lot with new tires and an oil change and a great running car to a car that had low tire tread, rough handling and didn't run as good as the other one. It's two stars instead of one because the folks their were very nice and cordial and they don't push you into cars such as other used car dealerships. But just overall the experience I had was a bit disturbing to me as the organizational skills certainly cost them a car, my business, and my referrals to them and whomever decides to read this review and think twice about dealing with them. But best of luck as I was one of those people reading the reviews thinking, "that will never happen to me" and it did. Worst experience at a dealership in my life I will.never come here again and will tell all my friends and family to RUN from this place. First they sent us on a test drive with virtually NO gas. We thought it would be fine as the car still had around 39 miles left on the tank. On the way, about a half mile to mile out the gas just bottomed and went completely empty We had to put gas in THEIR car just so we could make it back. Frustrated my husband stopped at a gas station to put a few gallons in and when he stepped out realized they did not put a dealer tag on the car. Being my husband has a CDL class A he refused to budge further with out a tag because he didn't want to get pulled over. So one of the guys had to come out to the gas station and put a tag on the car. When my husband complained the guy said "We don't have enough dealer tags so just send them on test drives with out them." Very, very irritated at this point my husband storms off mad. We get to the other side of town when we realize he doesn't have his license. After xeroxing it they forgot to give it back to him BEFORE the test drive. My husband and I call and they confirm someone had it. We rush back and are met with a thousand people waiting for a car. My husband is so upset at this point I go in myself to get his license. When I go in they take FOREVER to talk to me and after being blown off by 3 prople and left waiting 20 minutes my husband comes in irrate and tells them he wants his license back now. They tell him to calm down and he has to leave their building so he steps outside. Another 5 minutes goes by at this point my husband has his first ever, full blown, panick attack. I basically said "This is insane and I want you to return my husbands license to him RIGHT NOW or I am calling the cops. They then suddenly conviently "find" where they misplaced it (in someones pocket) and the manager says "If he didn't leave so fast after getting upset over gas, we could have alleviated this whole license problem." I fire back " HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN IT BACK BEFORE THE F@#$%@# TEST DRIVE NOT AFTER!!!" So basically they see it okay to take a car for a test drive without any gas, no tags on the car and the driver without a license. It was like they were TRYING to get my husband in trouble. His CDL is his livelihood and they screwed with him and caused him to risk losing it. If he were pulled over for no tags it could have been catastrophic! These guys don't deserve to be managing a car lot if they are this ass backwards. RUN. STAY AWAY!! Oh, also every vehicle we looked at had some kind of issue. Don't do it. The OWNER of this business printed a FAKE carfax to sell me a vehicle with structural damage as a clean, problem-free vehicle at full price. I bought it, and only found out when I went to sell the car 6 months later that it, in fact, had structural damage. I immediately contacted carfax assuming this was a simple mistake and they told me that this dealership KNEW the car was damaged...here is their exact response: "The structural information was disclosed by the seller, who has first-hand knowledge as to the condition of the vehicle. As previously explained, CARFAX could not include the record until it was reported to us, which was only 5 days after the vehicle was sold by the auction. Whoever purchased the vehicle from the auction would have done so with the knowledge of the structural disclosure, and would have received it for a lesser price as a result. I do not know why this was not shared with you when you purchased the vehicle. CARFAX can only relay what is reported to us, the moment it is provided." Alex Levitsky at Auto Boutique risked my life and the life of my loved ones for a few thousand dollars of profit. I am currently speaking to lawyers. This is a fraudulent, dangerous, unscrupulous business that will be dealt with shortly. Stay away. Stay away for real. You'll get ripped off like I did. read more

They seemed to beat everyone else's prices pretty significantly, like $1-3k cheaper! My sales guy was nice and all that was fine. The annoying part was the purchase/financing at the end. I have excellent credit and went in with a pre-approved loan from my preferred bank for 3%, but Auto Boutique said they couldn't accept that. I could only work with banks on their list. Then, the banks on their list all gave terrible rates like 4.85 (best one I could get) and 5.25 and even higher! Oh well, I might refinance at my own bank at some point. read more

Don't!!!!! Unless you like to waste your time, like dealing with people that don't know how to do their job, like being lied to repeatedly and having your credit pulled for no reason. My daughter fell in love with what was going to be her 1st car. After looking at the car in person and making sure her wheelchair fit, I immediately asked the sales person about the warranty. They we would get the remainder of the manufacturer's warranty. A credit pull and a bunch of wasted time later getting ready to sign the papers, the finance lady informed me the warranty doesn't transfer. Sales manager was called over who insisted that there was a portion that would transfer of the bumper to bumper and remaining powertrain. He called the manufacturer to confirm the amount, luckily he was honest when he came back to tell us it didn't after all. I would have left immediately had the sales person know the correct answer instead or just saying what sounded good. Now I have a bummed kid, lower credit score an another reason to never buy a used car. read more

Employees are nice but no negotiating, it's pretty much like a carmax. I wouldn't even call the employees sales associates. If you want to pay sticker price this is the place to go. Purchased a 2016 Camaro with under 50k miles and no disclosed issues outside of the tire pressure sensors that never work, only to find the day after purchase that it had either a faulty thermostat or coolant temperature sensor. After four attempts to call and get the issue repaired by the dealer I finally received the answer a week later (conveniently right after the complimentary 7 day no fault vehicle return policy expired) that they'd be happy to fix it... provided I drive the possibly overheating vehicle 2 hours back to them or get it towed to them at my expense of course. Purchase experience was great and I imagine nearly all their late model inventory is of relatively high quality, however my service experience has been what I consider unacceptable. Daughter bought a car requested for new tires they only provide 2, indicating good tread on the other 2. There were 4 mismatched tires on the car. Also the car had not been detailed even though they said it had been. The car had a horrible smell in there later to find out there was water standing in the trunk. Presentation is everything and they gave a very poor presentation in their cars. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I normally don't write reviews, but my experiences here have been just awful. I bought a 2013 Chevy Impala here back in June. Since I bought it I have put a total of 3000 miles on it. When I bought the car it had a swooshing sound coming from the front right wheel that I told them needed repaired. They agreed and said they would replace the front rotors and pads, which they did. During the drive home, the swooshing sound was still present but I figured I would just have it fixed myself. A few days later i was driving on the highway and the front right wheel completely locked up at 50 mph. I had it towed in and was told whoever changed the brakes and rotors did not tighten the bolts on the callipers and a bolt came loose causing the wheel to lock up. This left the rim tore up. I was just going to have it fixed and forget about it but more and more things keep happening, all related to the front right wheel. Since this incident I have replaced the wheel bearing/hub and the CV joint. After all this I still have the swooshing sound in the front right wheel. Took it to a GM mechanic who told me the problem is actually with the transmission. he said the transmission is bad and the sound is radiating through the right front wheel. He said there is no way to fix this without replacing the transmission. It seems like the cars they sell are not serviced or looked at by a good mechanic before selling them. I will definitely not be doing any business here again. read more

Test drove a car, spoke to my credit union and was approved through my credit union, was then told by the finance people at auto boutique that they only accept "their" lenders! My credit union had me approved for no money down and a low interest rate this auto boutique wanted $3500 down and the a high interest rate. They clearly are predatory lenders and get a kick back otherwise why was my banks money not good enough? Don't go here if you have good credit, try will just try to run your credit score down! read more
