I brought my Lexus LS here to get my starter replaced. The price was half of what the dealer wanted and it was so convenient to just drop of my car and pick it back up in the afternoon. It wasn't until a week later that I discovered they even corrected the installation of the battery another shop had put in. The extra pieces removed were neatly stored in the trunk. Awesome experience with this mechanic. He has an extensive background working at Toyota, LEXUS, and overseas. The prices are waaayyy cheaper than at the dealership where I have been taking my LEXUS SUV for years. He was able to fit my car in for a timing belt and water pump replacement before our road trip. All of the parts are also the same parts the dealerships would use. I would def recommend this for people in Katy and Fulshear area. Keith is very nice, down to earth and knowledgeable. read more

Definitely deserves the highest rating possible. Have been going to another shop in Katy for many years and had a problem with my A/C in my Lexus. Took it to my shop and spent several hundred dollars replacing some valves which didn't end up fixing the problem. When I brought it in a second time, they wanted $2000+ to replace the evaporator assembly. I did some checking on the repair, and although it was a labor intensive repair, price seemed excessive. I called Keith and he listened patiently, asked some specific questions, and gave me a quote over the phone for several hundred dollars less! I might have still given my old shop the job, but they wouldn't credit what I had previously spent towards the second repair. I won't be going back there with my Lexus. Keith has earned my business from now on. He was upfront, explained everything he would do, and completed the work quickly - in less than a day! He also showed me the parts he replaced and explained exactly where the leaks were. So glad I gave this place a try. I would definitely recommend this shop. Thanks Keith! read more

My boyfriends Tacoma was having a problem with unwanted noise. He went over to Keith's shop expecting what any other mechanic shop would tell him. AAA The owner, Keith, belongs to a rare breed indeed....an honest mechanic is truly hard to find these days....my car had a problem that Keith was able to fix without the dashboard being dismantled. My very first experience with Katy L & T was very positive. Keith, the owner was honest and seems to be a straight shooter. I had an oil change (synthetic) and spark plugs replaced on my 2005 RX330. He also changed out my cabin and air filter which were filthy. He did not charge me for the labor just the cost of the filters. I will return for future maintenance and work. Sound advice, as usual! I was frustrated when I stopped by to talk to Keith about the problems I was experiencing with my newly purchased Lexus. As I was explaining how I had taken it in to the dealer and was told "I would need to teach the car my driving habits", Keith was able to find a bulletin explaining there was actually a fix for the very problems I was experiencing.
