Went there for the first time. Took a chance and went right before noon. I was surprised there was just one other car there. Three bays and three people working so they put me in right away. I Have been using this auto chek for my smog checks for years, always convenient and fast. Sandra who checked my car in and out was very pleasant and nice. The receptionist was nice and courteous. My husband's Nissan Xterra passed the test. The front driver side doors window is currently broken and does not roll down or back up very easily without assistance. When I got back in the car the front driver side window would not go back up and was stuck. It would have been nice for him to tell me as he gave me back the paperwork. read more

This is THE BEST place...so refreshing to get really great customer service. I have recently had to jump through hoops with my car registration which was delayed due to a recall on my jetta...went to auto check very frustrated because it was the second time I had to have it re-checked because of a mix up on my car dealer's part. The technician named "Ho" helped me out and informed me of exactly what I needed to tell the dealer to fix on my car, and also went out of his way to print me out a receipt from the government proving that I, indeed, did not need to pay $250 for the part/labor to fix my car. I normally dread anything that has to do with servicing my car. But for perhaps the first time ever, I had a completely pleasant experience while doing so! This place is great. I was in and out in 10 minutes WITH my registration sticker on my plate! The service is friendly and knowledgable. A hard combo these days. They also had complimentary sodas which is a very nice touch. A clean waiting area and bathroom too. It's Saturday at 1:15 pm. I literally pulled right up to the test station and not even 5 min later, my truck was ready for test. I was expecting and dreading a long wait for a Saturday afternoon. This place is awesome. Even at regular price for a test, it's still cheaper than most other places in this area, but bring a competitors coupon and bam!
