Excellent place for a quick smog check. Staff is friendly. Once your car is in it only takes about 20 minutes. If you have an older model car it will take longer because they can't just check the OBD 2 information from the ECU. I have an 82 corvette which required a different process to pass smog. A pain but this place still does it. Most places will not smog an older car. They do it on Tuesdays and Fridays. read more

I've been going for the last 5 years. Place is pretty small with long line but he is pretty quick in running the test.

Told me my car didn't pass smog because of a missing label in my engine bay. Had to wait to schedule an appointment with the state ref...after all that state said he should have passed me. The state smog ref I spoke to said this owner needs to be retrained. read more

With the coupon and after paying for the process, taxes and the certificate fees your all-in total in 2025 is a little over $50, or about $53 to be more precise. The service is friendly. I randomly found this place on yeIp. I came here to get my Honda accord checked last Saturday. When we go there at 9 am, there were already 2 customers ahead of me. The wait wasn't too bad, approximately 30mins. Once it was our turn, the smog check was about 20 mins or less and went pretty smoothly. The hours posted everywhere says 5:30 close time. Im here at 4:55pm and was told that they actually stop taking customers at 5pm. Its not 5pm yet, but they have 2 cars to do so they dont have time today. The shop should be clear about their hours. In the automotive space misleading customers is unprofessional. I wont be back. I took my Honda Civic recently to get a smog. It is a 2012 my car pass smog in all categories except for the visual. They told me that my air intake boot had a small hole and it was allowing cold air into the throttlebody and that I needed a new boot they just happened to have that part they showed me the boot and I could see nothing wrong with it young kid which was the tech said oh there's a small cut in it and if you want to replace it yourself, you can but it will cost you 80 bucks to get the boot and then if you bring it back here to have it smog, you will have to pay for another smog. They charged me $150 to change the boot. They timed that just perfect money wise because if I take it home and buy a boot for it, replace it myself, which is not a hard job maybe 15 minutes I will have to pay for the boot which is 80 bucks and another smog which is 60 bucks which coincidentally makes it just a little more expensive than it would be just to pay them the extra money to repair it I will not take my vehicle to A1 smog and if anybody asked me how the service was, I will tell them it was terrible not only that I had to wait in a waiting room that was air conditioned, but they had some stupid TV playing some stupid thing about food not to mention that it smelt like someone had ran salmon in the microwave and stunk the whole place up. It was awful. I asked for my old boot back and they threw it away or they said they had thrown it away. Do not do business with these people. They are not above board. If you have a Honda Civic before you take it there make sure you check your air box boot, cause they will lie to you and catch you in that trap. Like I said it passed smog everywhere. There was no reason for him to start moving around parts and looking at stuff like that because it passed small and that Aaron takes look perfect. It's supposed to be a visual not a visual touch their crooked. I will never ever go there again. I give them a terrible rating zero no stars. read more

Came here in the mid afternoon after going to the smog center that I usually go to , which I found out ended up closing. The smog center had a ton of positive reviews so I decided to give it a try. after arriving, there was one car pulling out, so it was perfect as I pulled in. A young man happened to be working on a Monday, and I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He said the car will be done in around 12 minutes. I got on a work call and before I knew it, my car was ready . He then informed me that I can either complete the registration online which the tags would take about 2 to 3 weeks or I could go straight to AAA or directly to the DMV and I could get my tags right then and there. I hadn't even considered going to AAA, but I've had a membership long time so I think this young man for suggesting AAA because I was able to get my tags the same day . Complete convenience, professionalism and suggestions here . Very happy with the service and value of this smog check center! read more
