Took my van to these people because they were able to get me in right away. they claimed it needed a ball joint and brake lines from the master cylinder to the proportioning valve. Absolutely nothing wrong with my ball joints, Pictures prove it. They're not an honest company people and there's a reason they had no inspections scheduled and could take me right in when all the other shops were an average of 5 days out its because nobody goes there because of these bad practices.

I called and talked to Ogenchi (the shop owner) she is amazing by the way. I told her the previous shop said I needed a new engine, she said have it towed here and we will look over the vehicle and provide you a diagnostics. Just know Prince (the mechanic) is so knowledgeable and hands down the best at his craft. Him and Ogenchi called and talked me through the problems/issues and provided their recommendations. I concurred with their recommendations and just know a few days later I was picking up my truck that was previously struggling when it was towed there from the beginning. Throughout the entire process I became overwhelmed and frustrated because the previous auto shop also messed up a few things on my truck, but Prince and Ogenchi reassured me I was in good hands like Allstate and guess what they stood on all ten feet when it came to fixing my issues. They definitely don't okay about the business they run. They made me so comfortable and removed all my worries and frustration. They even prayed with me that all my issues would be resolved and that I would be happy once they completed the repairs. They are now my new auto mechanic family. No other shop is ever touching my truck again. After all who wouldn't want an honest, trust worthy, reliable company taking care of their pride and joy. I would book here time and time again! They had my car for 12 weeks giving me no updates. The work itself was poor quality and didn't solve the issues I brought my car in for. The first time I went to pick up my car, I pointed out multiple issues where the work was incomplete, pieces were falling off my car and not secured well, or not fixed at all. The doors they replaced were not even painted completely and they left the inside of my car a disaster. They have since been completely unresponsive when I tried to follow up. I have had to go through my insurance company to hear any news. I selected them doing searches on Yelp and Google and realized when I went to pay for the work, they off discounts if you leave a 5 star review... so that is why it looks like a good option. I recommend going anywhere else in the area. They apparently require that you pay in cash, which they never told me until I was there picking up the car, and then I did not have that amount of cash in hand, told me they could only use a card with a surcharge. Absolutely would never recommend any work from them.

I was given a 3-day window for completion and got a call back by the end of the 2nd day to come get my car. Checking out was easy and before I knew it, I was out in the lot looking at my car. Not only were the repairs flawless, I believe my car has been washed...at least rinsed off. The overall repair, while not cheap, is immaculate. I hope to be more careful in the future and have no more fender benders, but if I do, I'm coming back to Bumper Globe!
