We took our Ford to The Master Mechanics after having issues getting it to start. They claimed it…read morewas a battery issue which seemed odd given that we had replaced the battery less than a year ago. Nonetheless we paid the 500 and thought all was well. Within 24 hours the car stalled out and we struggled to get it started yet again. Upon calling the garage they said "bring it back right away and we'll take care of it". We brought it back for them to charge us an additional 100 dollars to tell us "sorry it's the transmission and we can't do anything about it". It was never the battery to begin with, but they didn't have an issue taking our money (over 600) for fixing something that was never the issue. Be cautious. We would not recommend.

The day after we dropped the car off we got a phone call stating that some parts were broken during the removal and our new total would be an additional $800. The person that did the estimate said he would still honor the estimate since these parts were never discussed that they needed to be remove. I called the shop to make sure that we would not be charged the extra amount and spoke with Tracy who told me that we will have to pay for the parts or they will not do the work on our car. So now they are holding our car hostage until we agree to pay for the parts. Take my advise and NEVER use this company they are very unprofessional and do not stand by their estimate!
