Additionally, they did not reattach the undercarriage shield correctly, causing a loud vibration when I reached 55 mph. I had to take my car to another mechanic to identify the issue, and they found that Mr. Tire had not secured the undercarriage shield properly, leaving it misaligned and missing bolts. After contacting Mr. Tire, they agreed to issue me a refund but never followed through. I followed up multiple times, and each time they claimed it would show up in 5-7 days, but it never did. This was not the first issue I've had with Mr. Tire, but it will definitely be the last. Absolutely horrible service and company.
