Wow! So happy I read the reviews here before going for my 3,000 mile oil change…read more I have a Subaru Forester and called them to make a reservation. No reservations needed just come on in. They close at 6 and I asked them if I could come by 4:45? Sure! Their waiting room is nice and clean with a coffee machine and water cooler. So they started working on the car immediately and told me that my car recommendations are synthetic oil, more expensive than regular. I asked them how much? They said $92 and I could change the oil every 5,000 miles instead of 3,000 if I bought the regular. They also said they can use regular oil which would not really make a difference, that's all they had to do was change the viscosity and that would be $52. I decided to go with my car recommendation and chose the $92. After a half hour it was done. Total price $92. That included oil change oil filter change to off all fluids and put air in all 4 tires because the low tire light was on. They said I didn't need to change my air filter because it was fine. Honesty is very important to me and I was impressed they didn't change the air filter when it didn't need to be changed. I think most other places would have. I will be in 5000 miles for sure!! The initial dropoff was a bit confusing as there is limited parking space however we found an unmarked area in the middle of the street for dropoffs. Once we got inside the shop, the rest was easy. The shop had a lowkey vibe and theres a separate waiting room. We were surprised when we received an email confirmation that they were done as we had just sat down for lunch nearby.
