I usually don't clean our new cars, but I did clean the old one haha. The manager even gave me a free car wash. I had thought the wax was something else, but now I know it was a zap, and the scratches might have been from small rocks when we came back from places. Afterward, I was just shocked by what had happened, so I'm glad I asked the manager. They were very responsible and calm. Remember, if there's an issue, stay calm, think, and talk it out.

I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I'm also super disappointed that the gift my husband was so excited for won't happen until I can find someone else to detailed his truck - hopefully someone more reliable.

I brought in my well-kept sedan for an exterior detail quote and received a reasonable price for what will be outstanding work. Also simultaneously my friend dropped off her 34-year-old sports car convertible Collectible for a presale beautification inside and out. I wasn't able to get him photos ahead of time, but he understood the urgency and he offered to send his team to take a look in person, all within 24 hours. When I asked for a ballpark estimate, he didn't just throw out a number, he gave a super detailed breakdown of options from basic detailing all the way up to a full mold remediation overhaul. What really stood out to me was the transparency: after inspecting the car, he told me the issue wasn't as severe as I feared and recommended a less invasive service at lower cost that made sense for our situation. No upselling, zero pressure: just a realistic assessment of what the car actually needed. From the assessment to completion, the entire process truly felt like white-glove service. During the cleaning, they checked in periodically and gave updates. They were thoughtful about setting expectations around stains that might not come out completely, and they clearly took a lot of pride in their work. Our car is older (2008) and mostly used for outdoor activities, so I was surprised they even bothered to eradicate some stains--and the effort absolutely showed. I…read moreselected the full interior and exterior detail package for over $550, and when I arrived to pick up my car, it didn't look any better than if it had just been washed and vacuumed at a regular car wash. I felt bad asking the gal at the front desk if she wouldn't mind having the detailers go over a few more areas so it would look a little better, and she was kind enough to do so -- but it was still subpar. I didn't want to make too big of a deal about the situation, so I left. However, when I pulled over into a parking lot to look over the "details" on my car, I noticed many more things that weren't clean. Several areas hadn't been vacuumed, the tops and edges of the windows were still dirty, the wheel wells and side rails hadn't been touched, and the cover for my cup holder had some kind of dirt or dried cleaner all over the wood (which wasn't there before I dropped it off). The paint still had a rough finish -- they were supposed to clay bar it, but I don't think that happened, because whenever I clay bar my car it's perfectly smooth afterward. Even worse, they had sprayed so much water into my center console that there were puddles throughout the entire compartment, including on the battery at the bottom. Whatever solution they used on my interior dash caused a permanent defect on the plastic surrounding my gear shift. I did not receive a full detail by any stretch -- and in some cases, my car was worse than when I dropped it off. I rarely leave reviews, let alone negative ones, but I tried contacting David via phone and email 5-6 times and never heard back from him. He had one of his employees call me to leave a message, but even after I specifically asked several times for him to contact me personally, he never did. In my messages, I asked for a partial refund (as that seemed fair given the situation), but he never responded to that request either. His employee eventually left a message saying I could bring my car back and they would detail it again, but after this experience, I'm not comfortable leaving my car there. I wish David had cared enough to contact me directly -- ignoring my voicemails and emails is just bad business, in my opinion.

Only the front seat and not really good on the dash just l9ked dirty...then the back seat nothing touched but he wiped the seats down but not all the way....mates were clean but not the drivers side. Still muddy.... The back he didn't wipe the headrest and there was dog hair still on the top of the car he didn't vacuum at all.... He didn't get in the crevices like spoken about on his website..... Didn't bother wiping the headrest or the trunk of the car was dirty.... Needlessly to say it was a lousy job.... I left my car there for 8.5 hours... His excuse was he was by himself but I did make an appointment.. They wanted to correct their mistakes by giving me a wash and wax.... They corrected the interior detailing but the wax and wash again was not up to par. The son Kevin said he could get that done in 30 minutes after he already had my car for 5.hours trying to correct the interior detailing.... I paid $550 dollars with a certificate I could give someone or use it myself.... I don't know anyone besides my son and he doesn't want it .. I don't want to go back to this lousy company and will let everyone know it's terrible. Terrible service and a waste of time

I opted for a Sprite Zero and went to the front counter to pay. My cash payment was accepted and I even received a neat $1 Thomas Jefferson coin as my coinage change.
