From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Ian, the owner, has over 20 years of detailing experience, and that expertise was evident in every step of the process. The work included a full wash, clay bar treatment, decontamination, a meticulous two-step paint correction, and the installation of a ceramic coating. His attention to detail and commitment to perfection were second to none. Ian was an absolute pleasure to work with. He maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process, kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and delivered exactly what he promised. On top of that, his pricing was very fair for the level of craftsmanship and care he provides. The results are simply breathtaking. The paint now has an incredible depth and gloss, and when the Shelby sits in the sunshine, it absolutely comes alive. I honestly don't think this car has ever looked this good. The finish is mirror-like, the color has tremendous richness, and the ceramic coating gives me confidence that it will stay protected for years to come. The cost for services rendered was competitive and when the warranty duration for it was explained, it became a no-brainer. He made it easy to schedule my vehicle's visit to the facility. I needed to shine rubber shoes with a high shine. I looked everywhere an could not find anything to give me a high gloss for my boots. In desperation I went to the store and Caleb helped me out. When I told him my issue, he gave me options. Caleb recommended the Hyper coat dressing. Look at the photos. Yes, high shine which is was they are looking for my upcoming job. They always have a large collection of customers, the flow of traffic through the car wash is very efficient and once you're out, your wash includes vacuuming as well.

Unfortunately, every time he's guided me into the wash, it's been a poor experience. He often isn't paying full attention while directing vehicles. I've noticed him many times looking away while signaling me to move forward. As someone who's very comfortable lining my own car up, I can tell the guidance has been off. On multiple occasions, my tire has hit the guide rail harder than it should, which is frustrating and concerning. On the other hand, Daniel does an outstanding job. He's attentive, gives clear directions, and consistently guides vehicles smoothly into the wash. The difference between the two employees is night and day. Victor could definitely learn from Daniel's approach. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.
