The work included a full wash, clay bar treatment, decontamination, a meticulous two-step paint correction, and the installation of a ceramic coating. His attention to detail and commitment to perfection were second to none. Ian was an absolute pleasure to work with. He maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process, kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and delivered exactly what he promised. On top of that, his pricing was very fair for the level of craftsmanship and care he provides. The results are simply breathtaking. The paint now has an incredible depth and gloss, and when the Shelby sits in the sunshine, it absolutely comes alive. I honestly don't think this car has ever looked this good. The finish is mirror-like, the color has tremendous richness, and the ceramic coating gives me confidence that it will stay protected for years to come. Ian makes it so easy - they will come to your home if you have shade and a hose, or you can go to their place. I went to theirs because I live in a condo with an underground garage. Their place is near the Ventura Blvd/Cahuenga entrance to Universal Studios (not the address on Mary Ellen that's currently on this Yelp page). I dropped my car off at 12:30pm, Carlos gave me a lift home, and Ian texted that they were done about 5:15pm. I love that they take their time; they are so thorough and will take extra time on places you want, like I said my interior door leather needed some TLC. It now looks amazing. You honestly will love the service and results. Ian also provides different treatments, like if you have a lot of dog hair or a funky smell you want gone. There are levels of the detail services, and I got the most expensive (it's been a while) and it was less than almost every other place I looked at. I declined and asked him to do the service I booked. I think he ended up spending maybe 15 or 20 minutes washing the exterior, then charged me $125, which is apparently the price for a truck (I just have a small SUV). I don't really understand the retention economics (or lack thereof) here? Why make $125 once when you could make that amount every month, or multiple times per month, from repeat customers by literally doing what you advertise? FWIW, the exterior wash was good, and it was a same day booking (and they were very responsive, arrived on time, etc).

It's entirely hand wash meaning less chance of damage compared to other drive-thru washes, and it's a steal at $9.99. However, their operations aren't great. You pay after the fact, which can be a bit confusing for first-timers. Meaning you need to get out of the car after the tunnel and bring a slip to the attendant inside while they wipe down your car. Not a dealbreaker, just an annoyance. What IS frustrating though is their lack of professionalism. I understand there can be a language barrier, but the staff kept trying to tell me to put my car in neutral. I kept telling them it was, but we went back and forth for a bit. Then, when I went inside to pay during my last visit, the attendant flagged me down when my car was dry and he started to walk the opposite direction. Despite him going the other way, I tried to thank him, to which he responded loudly and angrily "What? No tip?" as he continued walking away from me, not even giving me a chance. Mind you, the wash, as far as I'm aware, does not offer tip by credit card, and I don't carry cash on me. Also, this was entirely the express option, not the hand wash, no detailing added. It just felt kind of shady overall. So, will I be back? Maybe for an express wash here and there. But these guys could use some training in customer service.

My car was pretty dirty so I stopped by for a wash, interior/exterior Armor All and a hand wax. The…read morebill was $100. They were FAST. Really fast. But the job they did was... just OK. They missed a lot of spots. There was some sticky, goopy stuff on the interior of my driver side window. The hood didn't look like they put any elbow grease into the hand wax - still quite dull and lacked shine. The floor boards weren't completely clean. The interior of the back door was actually pretty flthy upon inspection when I got home. When I'm spending $100 and I tipped each of the two guys who did my car for me $30 each, I expect a little pride in the work. It just wasn't up to par. So while they get points for speed, they could really use a bit more pride in their work. And to top it off, when I showed up, the guy was a little unfriendly -- seemed like the owner or manager. No "hello" or "how are you" - just "what would you like?" And I repeated twice - "Hello, how are you today?" just to get the guy to look me in the eye and be human. I prefer friendly service (call me old fashioned) and a complete, great job - even if it's not as fast as this was. So, yeah, much improvement needed. I'll go elsewhere next time.
