Manny and the guys came and took care of me after a pretty horrible morning. I came out to my car in the morning and found that it had been in a hit and run. While there were some dents, the thing that was the most noticeable was the paint transfer from the other vehicle along the side of my car. Before I could figure out how bad the repairs were (it was boarder line not horrible - ie. body shop overkill, and 'should I fix this and have my insurance go up?' - the worst place to be). Anyways Manny worked with me on price and was actually not just trying to sell me detail packages. He does do detailing and car washes but my main focus was just to clean up my damage to see how bad the dings and dents were. Manny came through and he didn't try to make it seem that I needed a whole car detail when 1/2 of my car was jacked up. Anyways, pictures speak for themselves. Now I'll either live with the damage or bring it to a mobile dent repair person. I'll definitely use Manny in the future for my car wash and detailing needs. read more

My car is so clean and fresh! Manny was super helpful on the phone and Nefy and Noel did a stellar job doing a full exterior and interior detail on my car! I hadn't had my car detailed before, and she was looking rough. Took her across the country and there were stains, lots of dirt, and so much dust caked on the outside. On top of that, I had an old car magnets I couldn't scrub all the way off. I was nervous because I made the call and appointment in the same day, and had work later. I told the team I had to leave at 3:45pm, and they got here at 2pm. They had my entire car done by 3:30pm! She looked practically brand new! We've used a car cleaning service for years but they have been slacking lately. So we gave Ortega's a try after several referrals. My car has never been so clean! They were very detail oriented and professional. In the midst of a pandemic I was very worried about having any unnecessary contact, but everyone respected medical guidelines. Everyone had a mask, gloves, even my keys left my own hands right into a ziplock bag so no one touched my keys. They thought everything out. It's been a week and my car still looks like it was freshly cleaned. They did such an amazing job, my whole family got their car washed and waxed with them. I just did my first car wash with Ortega's mobile car wash for both of my cars. I am soooooo impressed and will definitely be using them again. For my car, I had them do a full detail and full shampoo of mats/carpet and external car wash. There had been coffee stains in the carpet and now you would never know. I'm VERY particular about my car. I recently moved to LA from Sacramento and since I bought my car 3 years ago I have only used ONE mobile car wash company - the same 2 guys came every time. I've never taken my car through a drive-thru wash, stopped at a random car wash place, or washed my car any other way (except maybe 4-5 times I've done it myself), so I have been putting off getting a wash bc now I had to find someone else I could trust. I did my research back then just like I did to find Ortega's and I am SO happy I have a new mobile car wash company I can depend on and trust in my new city! I called on a Tuesday and was able to get an appointment for the next day. They showed up in uniform, wore masks and gloves, and had me place my key inside a new ziplock baggy which they returned to me without touching the key themselves. I live in an apartment so we parked the cars along the street, they even had some coins to feed the meter which was very nice bc it was not reading my card. I saw scratch removal as one of the services they provided, so I pointed out the back wheel area where someone had side swiped me just 2 weeks ago (major sad face) and asked if we could schedule a time to buff it out once we assessed how it looked after the wash. I came out and THE DAMAGE WAS GONE - it looked like it never happened! I was shocked and totally over joyed. He said he was able to use a little product and get it out without buffing (it was a surface area scrape). The car looked great all around and them getting out the scrape was just the cherry on top. I did a basic wash no detail, it only took about 45 mins (how long it usually takes), their prices are very fair, and you can pay contactless via Venmo/Cashapp. Overall it was a great experience and I am very happy with their work. Ortega's Mobile Detailing is a godsend! I work out of 401 Wilshire Blvd in Santa Monica and Ortega's comes every Monday and Thursday to do car washes on the 4th floor. I decided to try them out when I was fed up with my car being so dirty and I'm glad I did! The price was moderate, especially for a wax job. Ortega's Car Wash comes to our building on Tuesday and Fridays. These fellows do a great no-nonsense basic wash - windows, vacuum and getting the road grime off. Not looking for bells and whistles, these guys do an excellent basic job on my older Mini Cooper. Next comes a possible headlight polish - gonna get a quote later today. Two thumbs up! Price went up a few dollars , but still totally worth the convenience and the results. Can't speak to their detailing, as I haven't used them yet, but I can't imagine their detailing is any less stellar than their washes!
