You pay after the fact, which can be a bit confusing for first-timers. Meaning you need to get out of the car after the tunnel and bring a slip to the attendant inside while they wipe down your car. Not a dealbreaker, just an annoyance. What IS frustrating though is their lack of professionalism. I understand there can be a language barrier, but the staff kept trying to tell me to put my car in neutral. I kept telling them it was, but we went back and forth for a bit. Then, when I went inside to pay during my last visit, the attendant flagged me down when my car was dry and he started to walk the opposite direction. Despite him going the other way, I tried to thank him, to which he responded loudly and angrily "What? No tip?" as he continued walking away from me, not even giving me a chance. Mind you, the wash, as far as I'm aware, does not offer tip by credit card, and I don't carry cash on me. Also, this was entirely the express option, not the hand wash, no detailing added. It just felt kind of shady overall. So, will I be back? Maybe for an express wash here and there. But these guys could use some training in customer service.

The hood didn't look like they put any elbow grease into the hand wax - still quite dull and lacked shine. The floor boards weren't completely clean. The interior of the back door was actually pretty flthy upon inspection when I got home. When I'm spending $100 and I tipped each of the two guys who did my car for me $30 each, I expect a little pride in the work. It just wasn't up to par. So while they get points for speed, they could really use a bit more pride in their work. And to top it off, when I showed up, the guy was a little unfriendly -- seemed like the owner or manager. No "hello" or "how are you" - just "what would you like?" And I repeated twice - "Hello, how are you today?" just to get the guy to look me in the eye and be human. I prefer friendly service (call me old fashioned) and a complete, great job - even if it's not as fast as this was. So, yeah, much improvement needed. I'll go elsewhere next time.

The express wash is good if you just want a quick exterior wash and nothing else, though it even falls short in that sense as the machine wash definitely doesn't pick up everything and the "dry" often is not complete since it's a mix of air drying and some manually wiping. This is good when you just want to get off the visible dirt for $10. You could do a better job at the self service washes for less if you wanted to put in the effort. With the express wash, you do have access to self service vacuums before going thru the wash. The standard wash is $25-30 and full service. The car goes thru the machine wash and gets a hand dry, which in my experience, takes a bit longer than other car washes as they do take their time, though still miss some interior spots. I'd still stop by here when in the area, though usually only for the express wash when I just want a clean car. They also offer monthly wash packages, though I have not tried those personally.

His employee made him call me back and he talked to me like he did me a favor by cleaning the mat?!!! For a drive through car wash, they do an excellent job. I especially love that the drying portion has air dryers AND a big rolling cloth dryer, so my car actually gets reasonably dry. As with most self-serve car washes, they have free vacuums to use afterwards. I always see the staff keeping the area clean and readily available to help out. On multiple occasions, my tire has hit the guide rail harder than it should, which is frustrating and concerning. On the other hand, Daniel does an outstanding job. He's attentive, gives clear directions, and consistently guides vehicles smoothly into the wash. The difference between the two employees is night and day. Victor could definitely learn from Daniel's approach. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.
