What a well run organization, I must admit. Having owned an independent shop like this many years ago I pay attention to things done right, and this ranks up there. The facility is well laid out and inviting. Check. Staff knowledgeable. Check. Loaner cars available when booked in advance. Check. Like every repair shop you'll ever work with you drop off for something specific and their job is to find work; more work means revenue. We all get that, but a difference here. They'll tell you what they found/saw and suggest that at some point in the not-too-distant future you'll want to remind them to look again. A soft-sell that works!! Kudos. I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment regarding the ongoing issues with my vehicle and the way my case has been handled by both your service department and the insurance claim process. I initially brought my vehicle to your service center due to a "Restricted Performance" warning light and noticeable shaking while driving. Despite having the car for over a week, the only test driving conducted was reportedly "around the block," and I was told the issue could not be replicated. Nevertheless, I was presented with a list of $6,600 in unrelated repairs, for which I paid $2,400 out of pocket after my insurance covered a portion. Shortly after retrieving the car, the same warning light came back on immediately, and the shaking persisted -- clearly indicating that the original issue had not been addressed at all. When I returned the vehicle, I was told the matter would be resolved, but instead, a second insurance claim was filed, and I was forced to pay an additional $200 deductible, even though the issue was the exact same one that prompted the original service visit. This appears to be a clear mishandling of the diagnostic process and possibly an abuse of the insurance claim system. This situation is unacceptable. At minimum, I am requesting the following: 1. A refund of the $200 deductible paid for the second claim, as the issue was never resolved from the first. 2. A thorough explanation of why the original problem was not properly addressed or diagnosed, despite the time the vehicle was in your possession. 3. Assurance that the vehicle will be repaired correctly without any further out-of-pocket expense on my part. 4. If not resolved satisfactorily, I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (which handles auto repair disputes) and the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation for a possible insurance claim abuse investigation. I expect a timely and professional resolution. Please respond within 10 business days to avoid further escalation. This situation raises a few red flags: * Poor diagnostic procedure -- A quick drive around the block isn't enough for intermittent or performance-related issues, especially with modern vehicles. * Potential insurance mishandling -- Filing a second claim and requiring another deductible for the same issue sounds questionable, especially if it's a continuation of the first claim. * Lack of accountability -- They didn't take responsibility for failing to address the core issue in the first place. read more

Service advisor is very arrogant(this I can skip) but the fact that they ripped me off, it didn't fix my car's problem, and actually now my car has another problem it never had before. I had a brake issue on my ML350. Auto Europa was slammed. They took my car anyway and fixed it quickly as I was shipping it from Naples to Atlanta the next day Fuel guage didn't work. Auto Europa has worked several cars for us over the course of nearly 10 years. BMW 335i, Audi Q5, Toyota Sienna minivan, and even performed routine maintenance on our Chrysler Pacifica hybrid PHEV. Always pleased with the quality of the repairs and workmanship. Prices are reasonable and fair. They have a great software system that provides notices during the day as they work on the car. Robert usually calls with the final summary, and is great handling customer questions. Of note, our Toyota had a CarMax (MaxCare) warranty and needed major work on the entertainment system and rear AC unit. Auto Europa handled it really well, even though parts were very hard to obtain. Also, when CarMax incorrectly repair had said that the warranty didn't cover a difficult repair on the Audi Q5, Auto Europa confirmed the coverage and took the time to do this very difficult job correctly. Recommend. I recently purchased an older Porsche air cooled model. Hesitant in where to take the car to have it looked at where the abuse potential could be mitigated Auto Europa fit the bill. Being in the area for 8+ years I had business associates recommend them countless times. Well, now it was my turn. I called to make an appointment easily. Showed up at the scheduled time and Robert wrote me up. Little did I know I would be receiving a foto review of the inspection. Nice touch! I was there to have oil and transmission fluid changed and asked them to look at my a/c. The abuse window that's practiced by other service centers was there and to my pleasure Auto Europa doesn't play that game. They charged my A/C without creating a non existent issue to create a bill to make money. As I said earlier Auto Europa was recommended countless times through the years and I'm glad to say Auto Europa lived up to their recommendations and now they have one more fan. ME! I've been in the market for a new car for the past few months and consistently found many finely-curated vehicles listed on AE Naples website. I usually hate picking my car up but I was really pleasantly surprised here. You check out in a bright well lit room where they explain the work done, the bill line by line, the guarantee & 1 year complimentary roadside assistance u get as a thank u for using them. In looking at the few negative reviews about Auto Europa I cannot believe they are talking about this business. I've been trusting my cars to their expert services for about 10 years. My 2001 Porsche Boxter looks and runs like a new car. They've serviced our BMW and even my husband's Maserati. There has NEVER been a problem - not even a little glitch in all these years. Robert, their service manager listens and gets the job done. Beautiful new location, state-of-the-art diagnostics and communications while your car is there make everything efficient. A nice loaner car is always offered if you need one, they let you know as soon as the car is ready, wash your car, etc. etc. Friendlier and better service than any dealership I've ever done business with. read more

Long story short: THEY ARE ASSHATS AND SUCK AT THEIR JOBS I used to go here to get my Mercedes fixed... i having a serious problem with my vehicle and they refuse to fix it because they did a diagnostic on my car and were unable to find an issue... they told me I needed my brakes flushed (which I already knew) and I needed a few other things, one which was a brake light switch and he told me NOT to worry about fixing any of it.... My car was drivable but there was clearly something wrong with the engine.. the problem was on and off.... one day I was stranded at work because the brake light switch got bad, I couldn't shift out of park and my brakes didn't feel like they were working...so I got a lift to auto zone and I INSTALLED IT MYSELF. After I fixed that the car was driving fine, and I ended up having to go out of town... when I was out of town I've noticed my brAkes were getting pretty bad so I got them flushed and I got new tires... I ask Auto Europa to take a look at my transmission because it's acting up again and they refuse too because I "took my car to someone else" First of all, I had too. Plus, it was cheaper. 80$ for a brake flush where I went and auto Europa wanted to charge me 200$ even for being a long time customer. He disrespected me on the phone while I was asking him to take a look at my vehicle. They can't even find a transmission issue, I had to go to Euro motors whom found the issue immediately. read more

Positive experience at Auto Europa. Robert is a true professional. This is no slack garage. They know cars, repairs, costs, and service. Exceptional features were digital programming, loaner vehicles, a spotless front office, and an excellent complimentary car wash! I dropped a star only for their appointment website. After several attempts to schedule service, I gave up and called. Not a big deal, but seeing they have the site, why not make sure it's properly working. ( I had tried another time, and also had no luck), so don't think it was me. Upon leaving, I had a report that covered the issues with my car, and the items that required immediate attention. I was very disappointed with the sales and consignment department. I had agreed to let the dealership sell my car on consignment as I believe most of their cars on their lot have such an arrangement. We agreed to a 10% commission and no additional repair work as the car has had many up-grades. After leaving the car with them, they changed the agreed to terms. They wanted a minimum of $1000 commission and recommended repair work - just the opposite of what we had agreed to! It may be an old adage but a man's word should be the basis on any good business transaction. This obvious lack of integrity is why I would not recommend doing business with them. read more

Unfortunately my experience with the was not pleasant. when i arrived to view the vehicle i was interested in that i drove 1hr 14min to come see. i arrived close to closing. they had gotten ready a lot of the financing over the phone. the option they had was questionable for me and i had to discuss it with my wife. as i was Ed Biocic was very quick to rush me, point at his watch and say "i need an answer soon, i have to go" which i found to be very disrespectful and unprofessional. we returned about 3 days later or so with our own financing for the car. purchased it. throughout a week and a half of having the car I'm noticing a noise coming from the front of the car and took it back to them. they diagnosed it as a "tire issue" and told me it wasn't covered. when i asked why they said cars are sold AS IS, nobody there ever explained verbally all cars are sold as is, very shady if you ask me. quick to take your money and not explain everything. they did not want to help me or compensate for a lag of communication, their service is horrible. and i would not recommend them to anyone. if they would have just took care of the "tire issue" for me since it was not told to me the terms of the purchase i would have been a satisfied customer. Once i told them i did not intend on doing business with them any further, their service department had the nerve to call and try and get me to bring the loaner back same day to give it to someone else. read more
