DO NOT buy your vehicle from this place. My wife bought a 2105 Equinox!!They will not honor the warranty if something goes wrong with the vehicle. Engine went bad, theyTried to tell us we were past due on oil change, proved them wrong with a receipt from National Tire and Battery, said they would call us. No phone call, wife calls, they say we're voiding your warranty cause there was no oil in the engine. OK 1st we didn't get it changed in time, now proved you wrong So you go to no oil in engine. Should have led with that one. We have filed a complaint as of March 16th 2026 with BBB and the Ohio Attorney General! The car is in chapter 13 bankruptcy so we dont pay directly to Auto express anymore, thats why they won't fix it. So we also have a zoom call with are attorney tomorrow, who has said he has went through fraudsters like this many times!! Do not waste your money here!! read more

I can not stress how much you should NOT go to this place. they make it easy for you to get a car because they are RAGEDY and will not run long. Mine needed an engine 2 months after I bought it and I would continue to call and they would NOT call me back. The brakes grind so bad I couldn't even drive the car. It's only been two weeks and the tire is flat. Need new tires and an oil change before I drove it off the lot. Tires dry rotted. No way should I have to make repairs before I even make a payment. Bought 2 vehicles recently from Auto Express of Hamilton. One vehicle drove great until I drove it home. The next day service engine soon light came on, and 4 wheel drive switch messed up. The shop was supposed to fix this vehicle, the service engine soon light came back on right after they said they it. The other vehicle I purchased, had turned out to be one of the worst purchases I have ever made. Jessica in account management, has been harassing my references my family when I wasn't able to pay recent payment. Don't purchase a vehicle from Auto Express, unless you want all your family harassed after being late on a payment. Worst company in the world to purchase a vehicle. They demand your payment on same day, or they will blow your phone up while you are at work. Not very professional. read more

I have gotten 4 or 5 vehicles from this location. I have never had a problem with the staff. As long as you work with them on payments they will work with you. They have a pretty good selection of vehicles to choose from, they also have a list of businesses for repairs that give discounts for dealing with auto express. read more

They want you to use their mechanic which is understandable but their mechanic is terrible just as they are. My fault for trusting to get a car with functioning abs/brakes. Recently visited this establishment to find my daughter a vehicle. filled out the application. went on a test drive. expressed my interest. 99 dollars down in the window. Told me they wanted 2500. down because I was buying the car for my daughter. What does that have to do with it. I'm paying the bill. My daughter and I left after a brief conversation. went down the road to Rightway. My daughter has a 2017 Malibu. I am so glad they denied me. Don't go here. Ok, don't go here. I walked in to a dude slumped over his desk eating food and he told me to fill out an app and left.. I wait on him to come back out and told him what car I was interested in and he sent me out alone to look at it. I walked back in and he refuses my down payment.. Which was over double what was listed on the car.. And gave me an insane quote for payments on an old used vehicle. He was so unbothered that I was there to leave with a vehicle, and didn't care to work out a deal because apparently he didn't feel like doing his job. So unprofessional.
