I pulled into the driveway to get my car serviced and it was packed. I almost left because I figured it may be awhile, but the tech assured me that it was only going to take about 30 minutes or so and with, all my traveling, I can tell you my car Is probably running on mud right now instead of oil... yikes. So, 30 minutes wasn't too horrible. I went inside and most of the chairs were full in the waiting room, but they had a tv playing horrible soap operas and a full pot of fresh coffee. I stood around for a few, and realized they had a stack of magazines that had some unusual titles. I'm an artsy type and they had, sitting on the top of the stack, "International Artist." I was pleased and parked my butt in an empty seat. The guy at the front desk was very nice and took my info. My car has lots o miles, so I told him I wanted the oil that would make it purr like a kitten again instead of an asmatic old lion. I presented a coupon to him and he nodded in acknowledgement. I sat back down and watched him greet several of the regulars by name, and that's always a good thing in my book. After awhile they came in and showed me how dirty my air filter was and I cringed... I knew this visit would entail more than an oil change because it had been a pretty long time since I'd brought my car in for service. After about 10 more minutes he came in and said my serpentine belt was bad, and I had a feeling it was so that was no shocker. Well, my 30 minutes turned to about an hour. Not a huge deal, but I think they had to order my serpentine belt from another shop. What I am bummed about is that they didn't tell me, and my boyfriend overheard them ordering it from another shop. Had they set that expectation of my wait, I would have been fine. When I was all done and ready to pay, the guy told me that my coupon wasn't valid because I used a more expensive oil. I probably looked like someone kicked my puppy because the original guy never told me that. For a high mileage oil change, fluid top off, air filter, and serpentine belt I was looking at $160. After he realized the first guy had been told about my coupon, he gave me a $10 discount. I was happy again! He also gave me a loyalty card that gives me my 6th oil change free. Bonus!! The thing I liked the most about them, is that they could tell my car had some issues while starting, and they offered some ideas and mentioned that the auto shop up the street was theirs too. I can say that I will definitely be back here, and I may even try out their auto shop. The service was great, and my car's asthma is silenced for a bit. :P

They gave me a breakdown of everything that they did on my car. One of their mechanics went to look at the car with me to make sure that I understood everything and felt comfortable before I left. They vacuumed and cleaned my car that had not been touched since the accident. Before dropping my car off, I was too anxious to even get in my car. I was so appreciative of them taking that step to make sure that it looked great when I drove it for the first time in two months. However, my experience with this shop was so disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others. In April 2026, my daughter's vehicle was diagnosed by this shop as needing a transmission rebuild. We were quoted up to approximately $3,000 and told the vehicle would be completed by April 24. We approved the repair because my daughter is a single mother who depends on her vehicle for work. When the shop finally contacted us, we were instructed to pay over the phone and pick up the vehicle from the parking lot after hours. We paid $3,195 including tax. Immediately upon starting the vehicle, there was a loud exhaust leak that was not present when the vehicle was brought in. The receipt left on the vehicle noted a "clunking sound" and that the flex pipe needed replacement. We also discovered missing clips and bolts under the hood. We paid out of pocket to replace the missing hardware and had to take it to another shop to repair the exhaust issue. The clunking noise continued to worsen. When we attempted to contact the shop, the voicemail box frequently stated that it was not accepting messages. Eventually, the motor mount failed while the vehicle was being driven, causing additional damage including the drive belt and crank pulley. The vehicle was towed back to the shop. It sat for approximately a week before being inspected. During the following weeks, we received conflicting information from different employees regarding parts availability, labor hours, repair costs, and timelines. At one point, I was told a part could only be found on eBay for $500. My husband was given a different explanation the same day. After he located multiple replacement options himself, the shop suddenly found a used part for significantly less. Most concerning was that we were never contacted with an estimate or asked to authorize additional repairs. Instead, we received a call stating the work had already been completed and that we owed $1,463. After disputing the charge, the amount was reduced to $1,171.50. The shop also informed us that the mechanic who had originally worked on the vehicle had been terminated. My biggest concerns are: * Poor communication throughout the process * Conflicting information from staff members * Repairs completed without prior authorization or approval of costs * Additional vehicle issues immediately following major transmission work * Lack of accountability when concerns were raised I understand older vehicles can have problems. My dissatisfaction is not because the vehicle was old. It is because of the way this situation was handled from start to finish. After spending more than $4,300 between the original transmission repair, follow-up repairs, towing, and related expenses, we were left feeling misled, frustrated, and taken advantage of. I would not return to this shop and cannot recommend them based on our experience.
