Kiké told me he could not do it that day, but specifically told me to come back Saturday at 10 AM and that he would take care of it. I showed up today at the time I was told, only to be greeted by a young kid who asked if I had an appointment. I explained that Kiké told me to come in at 10 AM. Instead of honoring what I was told, they acted like they had no idea what was going on and said other people with appointments were already ahead of me. I would not have wasted my time driving there if I had not been told directly to come in. What made it worse was that they kept me standing around with no clear answer, no real confirmation, and no respect for my time. It felt like they were prioritizing other people who showed up after or people they personally knew, while I was left waiting with no explanation. After waiting long enough, I finally asked directly if they were going to take my car in or not. Instead of giving me a straight answer, they just asked for my phone number and said they would call me. At that point, I left. This was a complete waste of my time and a very poor way to treat a customer. If you tell someone to come in at a specific time, then honor it. If you cannot take the car, be honest upfront instead of leaving the customer standing there. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic respect for a customer's time was unacceptable. they might give you a cheaper price here, but it's not worth the headache. Brought my new truck to get my windows tinted. They went over all the imperfections prior to…read moregetting the service done and I acknowledged every single one. However, once the service was done I noticed this crack in my windshield. When I asked the lady that worked there what happened she said it was already there. NEGATIVE! I told them when we went over the imperfections there was no crack or else it would've been stated. The crack is extremely noticeable and wasn't there prior. They "checked the cameras" and couldn't prove it was there before. I spoke to the owner who said he would get back to me as soon as possible to resolve this issue, it's been 2 weeks and no response still. I get accidents happen but unfortunately, the owner never followed up with me. I expected better communication and accountability, especially after damage was caused to my vehicle while it was in their care. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a business handles them afterward. In this situation, I felt completely ignored and left to deal with the damage on my own. I would strongly recommend considering other options if you're looking for a shop that stands behind its work and takes responsibility when something goes wrong UPDATE: it looks like the windshield was previously cracked & we did not know. However, when operating a business I feel communication is key and reaching out should not take 2 and a half weeks. Once my review was posted then a response was sent.
