Unfortunately in the past we have been burned by other used shady dealerships much like this one, so we got an inspection before deciding to purchase. Upon inspection, they found that there was a steering gearbox leak. Once we gave this information back to the dealership, they said that this should have been caught by the dealership shop before putting the truck for sale. We were then were told that they would take $1,000 off of the price of the truck sold as is (why would anyone want to buy a truck that they would have to fix?). Absolutely not. Then, we were told that they would talk to the repairs department and see if they could get the truck fixed and we agreed that if that was the case we would happily purchase the truck. Unfortunately, 1 day later the truck was marked down by $2000 and the sales associate reached out and said "there was no leak" when you can clearly see that it is still leaking in the background of the photos sent. Obviously, the truck has not been repaired and they are just hoping to get it out the door by any means necessary. Coincidentally, the estimated cost and labor of fixing the issue was around $2000. All in all, integrity and transparency is everything to us and had they been willing to fix the problem, we would have happily did business with them. Save yourself the money and headache and shop somewhere that is not selling cars that they know need repaired.

They Generally Speaking Are VERY BLESSED I LIVE IN FLORIDA, And I Have Money, Otherwise I'd Just Have TIME To FLY UP and Pay Them a Visit. But Jesus Says I Can't, But I Do Hope They Straighten Up, and Would Not Recommend Even Stopping To Take A Piss Here. Luckily Whoever Had My Truck Before, This Person Was A Tremendous Help. Unlike the dealership who literally would not call my Wife Back still a year later......experience is negative stars please someone fix the damn ratings so I can leave negative stars lol or half a star like on longest yard. Please and Thanks for your attention to these matters. lol save yourself some aggravation and go to CarMax lol my other truck came from there much smoother experience

When we bought the cars, the salesman said that Zurich Shield would repair or replace any tears of the vinyl. The two policies cost us $900 together. Got a call from Zurich Shield, and they said the only tears that are covered are from UV damage. And since the glass blocks UV, basically the policies are worthless. We were definitely mis-informed when we were sold these policies!

I was in the market to buy a new car and I like to do all of my communications via email. I reached out via their website and Steven got back to me quickly with a solid OTD number for a new vehicle. Actually, three years ago when I was searching for another car I talked to Steven too! Back then, I did not make the deal with Steven but I am glad I did this time around. We went back and forth several times on pricing and in the end Steven had the best pricing amongst the other dealers that I was working with in the area. The price was very competitive. Steven was very very very responsive and on top of things. Every email he wrote was personable and kind, which is exactly how he was in person too. I'm sure he treats every customer this way but we felt like valued buyers instead of a number to him. Heck, we'd hang out with him as friends if he lived in Charlotte! He's that cool! I never once felt pressured or rushed to buy a car and my process took about 2-3 weeks of communication. I'm a pretty thorough buyer with a lot of questions but also wanting to get the best deal I can as it is a huge investment and purchase. With that.. i may be a little more to handle than typical customers.. haha! But Steven handled it all with grace and poise and I cannot wait to work with him again in the future when I search for another new vehicle. Oh.. and yes we DID buy a new car from Steven!!!! Woo hoo! Thanks Steven + team!!!

I've had good ones, bad ones, up to ones that were total nightmares, like showing up and having the dealership tell me, after a 30-minute delay, that the vehicle we had agreed that I was to test drive had been destroyed in a fire. Certainly a creative twist on the bait and switch sales tactic. That being said,. Let's talk about Spartanburg Honda. I don't think I've ever had a delightful car buying experience in my life (and I was born in the 1960s). That's exactly the kind of experience I had at Spartanburg Honda. A delightful one! I arrived at the appointed time and the vehicle that I wanted to test drive was ready to go. Tommy McGaha was my sales consultant. Things went smoothly from test drive, to negotiating, to writing up the contract. There were no high pressure sales tactics or tricks or traps In the process. They disclosed everything about the vehicle and gave me a copy of the Carfax report. They even let me take the (used) vehicle offsite to get a third-party inspection. (The Carfax report showed that the vehicle had been in a rear-end accident requiring it to be towed which is why I wanted the third-party inspection. The car checked out fine and the third-party inspection gave me peace of mind I needed to close the deal.) Thomas Hawkins then wrote up the loan and finalized the deal. He offered me optional protection packages that provided real value. Again, no BS, no phony dealer installed options or made up fees. Tommy and Thomas were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and kind. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I would add that I got a fair price on a good vehicle, and they worked with me on my trade.

Other than its most recent oil change, in my driveway with no jacks or lifting equipment needed, this van has been serviced only by this dealership. I converted it to a camper, so it is parked 99% of the time and has low miles (15,700 at the time of this review). In the past year and a half, the van has hardly been used at all due to moving to a new home, my own cancer treatment, Hurricane Helene (we experienced significant damage to our property), and my wife's cancer treatment. It is normally parked in a position where the damage is not noticeable. Discussion: I took-in the van today for an oil change, and pointed out the damage I had noticed, which is obviously the result of incorrect lifting/jacking. They stated that too much time had passed since they last serviced the vehicle for them to do anything about it. They did not accept responsibility nor did they refute it. Truly, their answer is a ridiculous deflection. The amount of time that passed since the vehicle was last in their shop has absolutely nothing to do with their responsibility for the damage. If they ever make it right, I will edit this review. In the meantime, if you use this shop, beware.
