Well, what can I say, I waited a while to post this, but I was only looking at vehicles for my wife . So my brother-in-law said I know this place his brother went which was close by. I'm from PA, just visiting for the weekend with my wife. We looked at a few cars and I saw one which was what she was looing for. Having a few in the past, we've always like Mercedes Benz. we took the GLA out for a spin on a cloudy but nice winter day. Drove great as expected. So we looked into the purchase and the price was OK. This is where it started. Always check your dealer Add-On prices, fees etc. these were 2,000.00 more. So we purchase the GLA. on we went. On they way home in the dark the car rode well. the next day a storm hit. well the wipers were so bad we couldn't see and had to pull over. I had to order the blades. Another $60.00 dollars. The next day the sun was out, had the car washed. As the dusk came around, the sun hit the windshield and the glass looked like a million diamonds imbedded in it. The glass was so full of stone nicks that when the sun hit it at dusk you could not see, but you didn't realize this until the sun hit it just at the this time. So I took it to the inspection station for PA inspection. They said the window should be changed due to the safety issue. I contacted Auto Gallery and of course, there was nothing they could do or offer. to add on top of that, the right rear tire had a side wall cut that was a fail for PA inspection as well. So. there we were $600.00 for windshield and another $700 plus for tires on a new car we purchased. All 4 needed to be changed because it's all wheel drive (4 Matic). I didn't know when the oil was changed, the tag was unclear, so I had that done also. Fair warning to those stepping on the grounds of this place. My fault for not having the vehicle inspected by another garage prior to purchase. could have saved some aggravation. Liars and scammers. Naishley and Eric tried selling me a junk car. She told me the car had zero accidents and it would be ready the next day for pickup bc it needed to pass inspected. 2 weeks go by and they finally get the car back. Everytime I called to see what was taking so long no one cared enough to pick up the phone or respond to messages. When they finally call me to come pick up the car I ask for the car fax. The car went from zero accidents which Naishley told me on the first day, to now one accident, which she claims she didn't see. So she sends over a link for the car fax that won't load the car fax. When I tell her to send it again I see on the first page it clearly states 2 accidents!! Not zero like she first lied about, or one like she again lied about. When I go to page five to read about the accident, of course she didn't scan that page so I would miss it. Then when I tell her send it over she tries telling me that it's the same one accident, even though the car fax states 2 accidents, they were two years apart, and one was front damage and the other was rear damage. I bought a 2020 mustang GT and from the start they lied to me. I asked if the car was ever in an accident and 2 of the employees told me know. I asked for the car fax over 4 times and after like 6 hrs of being at the dealer they told me it was with the papers of the car. I was so tired that I decided to check once I got home. Once I got home I went through the papers and realized they gave me the wrong car fax. That was one red flag, I called and they told me they must've given me the wrong one. In the morning I got the right one and there it was, the car was in a accident. Now it's day light and I can notice everything that's wrong with the car. There was a sensor hanging from the back of the car, the car lock wasn't working and now the airbag light turned on. After 3 days the car has a bad noise coming from the right front of the car. It's been in the dealer over 7 times that even Ford can't find what's wrong with it. I started going through the car and noticed so many missing parts and paint splashes in the window and inside of the car. They did a half fast job putting this car together. On 11/22/2018 we traveled from Boston to New York by bus and visited the place after saw my favorite car with reasonable price on their website, with clean title as well. [First Lie]. We worked with Brandon Duncan. We came there and first thing we knew that our favorite car was not at the lot. He then introduced me to a different car, same series, and answered my questions about the car with hesitation; however, when it comes to put on a $3000 deposit, he was very quick and decisive. He also stated that the money is always refundable and If I didn't put on the deposit, he would not hold the car for me. [Second Lie]. We were very tired after the 5 hours trip and agreed on that. 2 days later we return to the place, he gave us other cars that we never picked. We decided that we were not buying and requested a refund, he said the accountant had left; therefore, he couldn't do anything until Monday, that was on Saturday, November 24th, 2018. We came back to Boston with nothing but frustration. Until now, I tried to call them, email and text. Josh and Mark were the ones who picked up and all they response is "We already have done". I also attached an email of Brandon Duncan replied to me on on December 2nd, 2018; he stated that "The money will be available within 24 hours.". Until now, I never received anything from them! After settling on the price (including the "dealer fees" which I was aware of ahead of time because I always ask) - they ran my credit and all of a sudden came back saying they made a mistake in the price and the car is actually 2k more (on top of the incorrectly advertised price not including their bogus 2k "dealer fee"). Since I have extremely good credit (which means my APR is lower) - and they make money off of the lenders you go through (aka "kickbacks") I'm assuming they wouldn't be making as much off me - as such they lied and increased the price of the car.
