Once got there, mind you I live 45 min away, my dad who lives in Manassas met me there. I'm met with small talk from the manager who told me that the car was not there but on a demo drive, but we could take a look at my trade in. NO. How was the car not there? I came here to have some repair work due to a recall. Truth is that it was closer for me to go to Ourisman Mitsubishi but the service there is so awful that I would rather be punched in the face by Mike Tyson wearing brass knuckles than go there. The service at Auto Giants was far different. The folks at the desk were quick to ask what I needed and pointed me in the right direction. I was there early and the arriving employees were very nice (though I wish they were a tad bit more careful with their COVID protocols). I left my vehicle with Auto Giants and went to walk around the strip mall next to them (the staff even suggested I go to the deli). After finding some interesting places to buy stuff I didn't need, I received my vehicle and they even put air in my tires. They messed up my title by putting my hyphenated last name on my paperwork in which I showed them my current court documents stating otherwise and they reassured me the title was only in my current last name. Well the car was totaled in a car accident in April 2022 and guess what? They messed it up and I had to have a discussion with my insurance carrier about how irresponsible this car company is. The current issue with that car being totaled is again a nightmare dealing with Auto Giants of Manassas. They are withholding my GAP insurance refund check hostage and they are constantly making petty excuses and we are playing the "he said, she said" game. GAP ins company states they do not ISSUE ANY CHECKS only sends out an email to the dealer to say for them to issue a refund check to me. This started in April and in beginning of May I called Kim C. in accounting and I was told that the GAP ins co. mailed a check and it would take 2 weeks for them to receive it and 2 weeks for someone in the dealer to sign it...WOW...really?? 2 weeks for the dealer to sign...but ok...here we are and tomorrow is July 1st and no contact from dealer or their accounting dept. either. Philip Koudellou, the GM there showed an effort to get to the bottom of why I had not heard from anyone and then again, a week later and nothing from anyone. I now realize why he "tried to act like he cared". First when we got there they said he didn't need a co-signer but now they are saying he does and that they want $1000 more. We have expired paper tags. I'm really disappointed with the service department. My wife has had a broken arm rest for weeks. We finally took it to the dealer and asked them to look at it, after two hours their suggestion was to use gorilla glue. I took it home opened the armrest to determine that the manufactured bolts that was holding the armrest to the chassis of the vehicle was in adequate and cheaply made. The dealer said that the warranty would not cover this and that they've never seen that happen before. If they would have taken just a few moments to actually open it up and look they would've clearly seen what was wrong. I went to Lowe's and purchase four screws with washers and reattached it, works perfectly now. This goes to show you that they will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to buy a car, but when you take your car to them for service this is the type of service you get, so sad read more

The worst experience you can have ever! The customer service is terrible. Tony was the one "helping" me look around for cars but he was really rude and disrespectful, he didn't give me any options at all and everyone there told me lies about giving my information and not being affected my credit score because it did affected it and I asked twice and they said no. What pissed me off was that I showed them the features of the car I am looking for and then they said they couldn't do anything , and they couldn't go to the next step if I didn't have a car in mind. 10/26/19 Met Carlos at Auto Kings yesterday. I met him talking to my wife after getting some pictures of the lay out. My wife's car needed to have some recalls repaired and while we were there, we checked out the Mitsubishi Outlander 2020. The SUV drove smoothly and was very quiet when on the road. I didn't hear any outside noises as we drove on the back roads to Denny's. We arrived at Drnny's which is quite close to Manassas Mall. I also saw the back way road to the mall I have been to from another direction. We decided th o drive back there later on. I don't think Carlos would have gotten in trouble if he had joined us, but we didn't take that chance. I learned that before he was sales man, he use to be a supervisor at a fast food restaurant. He saw a hig driving a car that looked out of place to Carlos and the guy about it. The guy explained he sells cars for Auto Giants and that he should stop by. A day later when Carlos did not stop by, Carlos ended up seeing the guy again. The guy said " I didn't see you yesterday, I expect to see you at the store today." The guy turn out to be the manager of Auto Giants at the time. Carl oi s ended up joining the team and what a great team from what I have seen. I did not feel pushed into anything and the environment was warm and friendly. We did not go for the Mitsubishi 2020 Outlander yesterday, but we might look into it a a later date. so I will begin this whole process with, I knew it was going to be difficult because my credit is in rebuild mode. I had been all over the place just looking and test driving and talking numbers and looking at my budget and how much for a down payment. once you start looking online - your phone number ends up everywhere - I got a phone call from a man named Stefon who said he was with the dealer in Manassas and he could get me approved blah blah. it was Thursday night at 7:45pm. they close at 8pm so we agreed to meet the next morning , I would just go to work late- I just didn't want to waste my time walked in to the Building only to learn the guy Stefon was online guy only not a sales person- just a person who calls over and over and says whatever you want to hear to get you in the building. my salesman was David nice enough, but I said what I needed and where I needed to stay for my budget- and that kept getting pushed and pushed I don't want to get approved for a car to only have it repoed a month later. I now what I have that I can spend monthly and I can't go over that not even by a $1.00 anyway. David gives us three choices of 2024 cars- wasn't even looking for that I was looking at 2000/2008 /2012 cars but the up-sale is real- no problem if the payment will be where I need it to be. yeah yeah. it's good. let's drive it. so the car was for my daughter - who now has her heart set on this car - because she has been giving choices and because she was told we will leave with a Car she was over the MOON- well until they said we need more money down- we need a co signer I didn't have more to put down- and I am too old to call my MOMMY to co-sign - I knew my screw up with my credit- so hirer Interest but whatever- 6 months to 1 year- on time payments go refinance. no big deal- no pressing for $3000 down instead of the $2000.00 I had with me and could use. the ending- no car but the prize I did get was with a heart broken teenager who went to looking at very old cars to then sitting in a 2024 car and dreaming of all her adventures and talking about them with our salesman - laughing and joking- and leaving crying and sobbing- THANKFULLY ANOTHER DEALERSHIP CALLED and she has a car - she is over the moon happy I wasn't going to even leave a review- until this dealership wanted to start blowing up my phone this morning- I did not even answer the first time - but when it rang 2 minutes later- I answered - I was just trying to say- just leave me a lone- but no you can't even do that - you gotta blurt out YOU'RE APPROVED !!!! just $3500.00 down -- not sure what part of I only have $2000. 00 for the down payment he missed yesterday- but nothing changed in 24 hours with what money I had available.. This dealership was the closest to me that had an appointment available within the next two weeks. It's about a 40-60 minute drive from my house to get here and I was given a 2:30 PM appointment over the phone from a pleasant service worker. That was my only pleasant experience with this company. I arrived about five minutes early and was told I was going to have to wait another 2 to 2 1/2 hours for my service. For reference I was only needing an oil change and inspection (an hour job at most) and had an appointment scheduled where I was never told before hand of any waits like this. I would understand if I was a walk-in, but to have an appointment absolutely disregarded is disgusting. I asked to reschedule and the man said "well even if you reschedule our average wait time is still 1.5-2 hours every single day" I had him clarify, even for appointments? Even for appointments. Every day. 1) that is absolutely ridiculous. 2) I most certainly should have been notified over the phone so that at the very least I could have found someone to follow me there so I wouldn't have to wait at the dealership OR come prepared for that wait time. AND I had left my dog in his kennel at home and try not to be gone for too long. This dealership acknowledged that they knew they were one of the only dealers in the area and still failed to inform me of these important wait time details. If Jiffy Lube can honor my appointments and get me in and out in 15 minutes (while having a heavy customer base of walk-in appointments) then a dealership with a primarily appointment based service department should be able to work MUCH faster. So I will begin by saying that I am credit challenged and had to go to this dealership to get a car. I am stuck in a terrible deal and will never get out . The only car that they said I could get financed for was a 2019 Chevy Equinox Premier. Check engine light went on and I immediately called the dealer because I knew I got a warranty and they said to bring it in . The earliest I could make an appointment was for 9/27/23 , four days after the check engine light came on . During those 4 days the check engine light turned off but I did go get a diagnostic from Auto Zone before the light went off. Showed up to my appointment on time , told a Albert Sanchez that the light was off . He first acted like I committed a crime cause the light was off . He than didn't want to deal with it cause it was a Chevrolet and the are a Mitsubishi dealer . I bought the car from their location, so they should be able to work on the car. So after some other guy, didn't get his name, said we will look at it. Of course because the check engine light went off , they had to charge me 150 for a diagnostic check . Came back and said they had to start with replacing the spark plugs for $500 and that might be the answer or it might not . Oh by the way the warranty that I made sure I had and paid for when I bought the car, doesn't cover any of this . Albert was rude , condescending and not great to deal with . After speaking to Alexis and Christina they told me that I am guaranteed to walk out with a car. I explained to them that I don't have a car and I would have to Uber to the Woodbridge location. Then he came back and told me that they don't have the car on the lot and they have to get it from another dealership. I asked David if he can't give me something else within the same price range and he rudely said NO. He said that when they get the car I will have to come back. So I left WITHOUT A CAR spend another 20.00 to get home and I have to spend another 20.00 to go back. If they don't take your car away then you will wind up with a year old car that has 55,000 miles, major issues due to an accident, and a non-valid warranty since they slip in a "as is" form. This is a new dealership that opened up in Manassas off Liberia and Euclid. I decided to check it out since it was Memorial Day weekend and I was in the area. The dealership was busy, but I was greeted quickly by a salesman. I just wanted to take a look around and I thought they had a great inventory of used cars in an affordable price range. Unlike most dealerships I've been to, the salesman was not pushy and patient as I test drove a car. I didn't purchase the car, but I think I will definitely be back in the future to get a vehicle from them. They also mentioned that they have a Finance Department, if I needed to finance a purchase in the future. They mentioned that in the future they will be opening up a Service Department. Manassas has tons of dealerships, but I think the folks who worked here were very professional and friendly compared to other dealerships in the area. "Mike" sat down and said he was told what we were looking for and then proceeded to lecture us on the possible issues of buying a car for that price and how it would be smarter to put the money down on a "newer, lower mileage car." I then explained to him that we were just looking for something for about $3500 that would last for a couple years and he could quickly and easily pay me back for, so my brother could get settled up here in his new job and then use that car as a trade in for a newer car later. It was as if Mike had stuck his fingers in his ears and completely zoned me out. Because he just went right back into the lecture, bragging about his "30 years of car sales experience" and his big solution for our "problem" was for me to put the $3500 down on my credit card, the then co-sign for my brother (he has no credit cause he has always just paid with cash) to get a car loan for a newer car. Are you kidding me!?! You want me to put $3500 on my credit card, then help my bro finance a more expensive car!?! So my bro would have to pay a payment to me and a creditor!?!!! What a crock of Sh*t! We told him we needed to talk about it and when he got up, we just walked out. He tried to chase us down, but we just told him we were going elsewhere and left. Seriously the worst experience I've ever had buying a car. All we wanted to do was get a cheaper car and instead of listening, Mike just acted like a stereotypical car salesmen and tried to way upsell us and try to get my brother into a situation he couldn't afford or would have trouble dealing with. Stay away from Auto Giants and especially Michael Wyrick!! On a happy note: After we left we went to Absolute Motors in Woodbridge and we're in and out in less that an hour with a nice 2002 Toyota Corolla with low mileage that looks good and runs great!
