    -Warning to those with children or who care for their cars- Handful of scratches and dings, 400 miles unaccounted for, a bottle of urine, several bottles of alcohol, several lighters, cigarettes, and women's lingerie. ^^^That is what you have to look forward to if you plan on doing business at Farrish. We leased our brand new Jeep from Farrish and took it in for tire replacements (which they also FAILED at doing correctly) and now somehow find ourselves in the following situation. In February we purchased 2 tires from Farrish without incident. On April 5th, we purchased two more tires: they were not balanced or inflated properly. Tire grease was left all over rear wheels and tires, the aluminum weights were haphazardly glued in obvious places on the open face rims (do we understand the point of these rims?) and the previous weights were scraped off sloppily and, in a fashion, causing gouges to the finish of the rims. There were other issues but I won't bore you with those details. Farrish offered to have the tire weights repositioned, the rims cleaned/touched up and the car detailed. We accepted not knowing they would keep my car for a MONTH. Upon pick-up, the rims were destroyed but that is now one of the least concerning variables. When we opened the door to our Jeep, the first thing noticed was the smell of cigarette smoke. Upon opening the rear hatch a water bottle full of urine and cigarette butts, two containers of alcohol (a canned mojito and a fireball shot mini), a package of cigarette lighters and some sort of fishnet paraphernalia was found. Then, in the backseat, in the pocket behind the passenger seat, another cigarette lighter and another piece of lingerie was found. This is where a child sits in the vehicle! *skipping the details on the body damage to the car as this is long and I don't want to bore you* And, as if all of this isn't enough. We have now realized there are about 400 miles unaccounted for during the month the vehicle was in Farrish's possession. Oh, and our mats were stolen out of the car. Farrish's response you might ask? One supervisor admitted it was either their servicemen or a third-party, and another blamed a homeless person. Their solution? To replace our mats and offer another detail... seriously?! How tone deaf can one get. Bottom line, RUN! This place is garbage and the staff are beyond incompetent.

    This is very disheartening My truck sat for a week just to be told that a part I had replaced at the same shop had gone bad again. I asked if that was typical for a "new" Part only to be given the answer of it could have been bad gas or something else Mind you I had it replaced three years prior. then an additional 4k plus of work done to my truck there is no way the truck should have any issues. oh not to mention they quoted me @ 2600$ for the same exact work to be done . Good thing they didn't unplug my camera because I got a lot of good footage of my truck just sitting. I'm excited to go through all the footage. Please Please get second opinions this shop will rob you blind. I was told one time when I mentioned to one of the reps that I found the part online for 200 dollars cheaper the person asked me where I showed him and he proceeded to say our people have to get paid also. OH I FORGOT TO MENTION THE BEST PART AS I WALKED UP TO THE SERVICE AREA I WAS GREETED WITH A YOUNG GUY PUTTING UP HIS FIST LIKE HE WAS GOING TO FIGHT ME.

    On my second Jeep Grand Cherokee from Farrish and they are hands down the best in the area for customer service. I will continue to be a loyal customer unless I decide to switch cars altogether. My only woe is that I meet the nicest folks here that get me in my exact car that I a looking for with my price and then when I come back to upgrade my car they are no longer at Farrish & I have to start all over again. I just recently found out my last sales person as well as the manager are both gone & this is second time this has happened. I hope next year when I go back that I will again be fortunate enough to have the same great service. Until we meet again... lol.

    Basem Saleh was awesome! He's easy to deal with, kind even when you're not buying, & courteous throughout the car buying process. I found Farrish through a few ways: Jeep's site inventory being spot on, social media forum reputation being supreme, and proximity to my home. Financing through victor who has years of experience in the DC area will be easy. He frames numbers how u need them to make the best decision for your family. Plus, he gave me helpful hints that are worth their weight in gold! I left there with 7 year extended warrant, maintenance and the 3-in-1 deal. I knew I wanted all that from my past exp w Jeep windshields, paint chipping, potholes, etc. it helps! Do not forget to cancel all this stuff if ur car gets totaled prior to expiration. And finally, none of this would've happened it if weren't for the sales manager Vinnie who is a Jeep guy. Knows his products. And knows that your time is extremely valuable avoiding the time suck that is usually the all day back and forth sales process. I was in and out, legit, 2 hours max. And in all fairness, most of that was me asking victor run numbers a few ways. I highly recommend Farrish and the sales team there. Contact me if you want more info.

    Would not recommend they lack communication skills and I had to pay $300 diagnostic fee and they didn't fix the problems

Eight-hour wait while they repeatedly tested the battery, which was already dead when I arrived (required jumpstart to get here). Multiple communication failures: The service phone number routes to unanswered voicemail. Had to contact through sales to get a service rep to the phone. Promised three callback updates about repairs and costs--received none. The text message system for customer questions doesn't work--fails every time. The online service status never updates and still shows maintenance is due when it isn't. Previous visit: Dealership lost my key. Took an hour to find it, and I had to search the lot myself since staff couldn't locate it. Only to find it unlocked in an open lot. This is my fourth visit. For a simple warranty repair, the service has been consistently disappointing.

I would like to personally thank Mr. Laszlo Babos, my service advisor, for his sincere attention to me and my BMWs. Laszlo has treated me like family on my regular maitenance visits, my wife and I each own a BMW. Recently I needed a part which had to be ordered. He kept me updated on the arrival of the part, set my appointment over the phone, and met me at the door the morning I brought my car in. He immediately took over, directed me to the waiting area and accompanied the car to the mechanic in charge. Laszlo returned with the time required to replace the part and added from the mechanic's inspection two items that also need attention. Everything went like clockwork. Laszlo has also provided me with guidance and advice on my new X5 50e Hybrid, it is my first hybrid/electric car and I had many questions.
