I got a warranty on my Camry Xse when I bought it from these guys it's been year and 7months and the bettery is not Gud I called the service department they said I don't have warranty I will call you the next day to let you know. It's sat and I'm tryna get in touch with them I callled 7 times already and they haven't answered my phone. Yall are open from 9am to 8pm what's is going on yall?

When we asked the reason why it has no warranty Tony said all of the cars have warranty. We don't know what to believe.

The worst experience you can have ever! The customer service is terrible. Tony was the one "helping" me look around for cars but he was really rude and disrespectful, he didn't give me any options at all and everyone there told me lies about giving my information and not being affected my credit score because it did affected it and I asked twice and they said no. What pissed me off was that I showed them the features of the car I am looking for and then they said they couldn't do anything , and they couldn't go to the next step if I didn't have a car in mind. I immediately told them I was so disappointed since the person that called me told me to get an appointment without any compromising just to look around and I drove a long distance not to waste my time. They had cero interest and effort in showing me cars. And after they saw I was really mad they ended up just showing me 3 cars but with the worst attitude. At the end, when we went to say that we were leaving they had the nerve to ask us the reason why we didn't get any of the cars, when Tony literally told me that if I didn't have any rush for looking for cars, when I get back there I wouldn't find the car. Please don't waste your time with these people.

Armrest broken

I'm really disappointed with the service department. My wife has had a broken arm rest for weeks. We finally took it to the dealer and asked them to look at it, after two hours their suggestion was to use gorilla glue. I took it home opened the armrest to determine that the manufactured bolts that was holding the armrest to the chassis of the vehicle was in adequate and cheaply made. The dealer said that the warranty would not cover this and that they've never seen that happen before. If they would have taken just a few moments to actually open it up and look they would've clearly seen what was wrong. I went to Lowe's and purchase four screws with washers and reattached it, works perfectly now. This goes to show you that they will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to buy a car, but when you take your car to them for service this is the type of service you get, so sad

10/26/19 Met Carlos at Auto Kings yesterday. I met him talking to my wife after getting some pictures of the lay out. My wife's car needed to have some recalls repaired and while we were there, we checked out the Mitsubishi Outlander 2020. The SUV drove smoothly and was very quiet when on the road. I didn't hear any outside noises as we drove on the back roads to Denny's. We arrived at Drnny's which is quite close to Manassas Mall. I also saw the back way road to the mall I have been to from another direction. We decided th o drive back there later on. I don't think Carlos would have gotten in trouble if he had joined us, but we didn't take that chance. I learned that before he was sales man, he use to be a supervisor at a fast food restaurant. He saw a hig driving a car that looked out of place to Carlos and the guy about it. The guy explained he sells cars for Auto Giants and that he should stop by. A day later when Carlos did not stop by, Carlos ended up seeing the guy again. The guy said " I didn't see you yesterday, I expect to see you at the store today." The guy turn out to be the manager of Auto Giants at the time. Carl oi s ended up joining the team and what a great team from what I have seen. I did not feel pushed into anything and the environment was warm and friendly. We did not go for the Mitsubishi 2020 Outlander yesterday, but we might look into it a a later date. I got the head manager's card and added Carlo's name to it. We will be asking for him when we return.

We messaged last night to be sure they still had it and received an immediate response. We called this morning just to be sure. Our salesman, Raj was fantastic. Not only did he pull it up front ready and waiting, he took a video and sent it to us as we're were getting on the road (proof of life - lol). No bait and switch here! Raj and the sales Manager Haben worked hand in hand to help us and sped the process up. In fact everyone we encountered at the dealership was super friendly and helpful. We got a great deal from a fantastic dealership - nothing slimy feeling like other dealers. The building is really cool - lots of vintage VW artwork and vehicles! Our daughter's 2017 Golf had an a/c blower motor fail and when I asked for an estimate they said it would be almost 1300 dollars to replace it. Now that was after their 180$ diagnostic charge so closer to 1500. I was actually considering this when I decided to check out YouTube and see how complex it might be to swap the part out. Imagine my surprise when I saw the this was at most a 5 minute job. Two quick release fasteners to remove the foam cover, one wire plug to disconnect and then push a tab while turning the whole assembly and it literally just drops out. After seeing that I ordered a brand new part for 80$ on Amazon and swapped it out myself in maybe 5 minutes. I've owned probably 20 cars in my life and I can't think of a better example of trying to rip a customer off. To say I will not be returning is an understatement. I thought I should mention the service rep was friendly but the fact they were in the process of trying to basically steal from me makes think, hmm, not so nice. I almost forgot the safety inspection they did. Technician stated air filter needed to be replaced when in fact I'd just replaced it. There was literally no trash or dirt in the filter. They also wanted about 100$ to replace this 15$ part that required removing maybe 6 screws and no more than three minutes.

The majority of my sale/process was done online. While the experience itself was generally…read morestraightforward and the staff were friendly, I'm giving 1 star for the following reasons: 1. Estimated lease payment based on the parameters I gave on their website was not offered after credit check and I had the satisfactory required credit score and could not be explained. Was offered $100/mo more originally. Sales person tried to explain it as needing the required down payment but my calculation was first month payment only. It took unnecessary negotiation/prying for them to magically get closer to that monthly price, but still off $20-30/mo. 2. It was not disclosed until after the credit check and agreed upon numbers that it was a demo vehicle (4500 miles) used by the GM that nobody seemed to be aware of until the sale. Very convenient. It was not shown on the listing as a demo vehicle and showed "5 mi" on said listing. It's a lease so I don't care that much but feel like I should have been given an even better offer because it's technically used, moreso because the better number they gave was BEFORE "realizing" it was a GM loaner. 3. Spent 2 hours waiting for the vehicle to be cleaned/ready despite being told to show up whenever the next day. My intent was to avoid all of the unnecessary waiting at the dealership. 4. Post sale nobody (i.e. sales rep) wants to electronically answer a relatively simple question about a possible missing accessory.
