The workmanship was excellent, and the car came out clean. Unfortunately, I later got a rock crack in my windshield. Frank was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He responded quickly to messages, answered all of questions, and worked with me to keep the cost down. He gave a very fair price on a new windshield, recalibration, and reapplying the XPEL XR Plus windshield tint. What stood out most was the staffs professionalism, transparency, and customer service. Frank was upfront about all options, explained the difference between OEM and aftermarket glass without any pressure, and it was very easy to make the decision that made the most sense. It's hard to find a shop that genuinely cares about taking care of its customers, and Faith Auto Glass has earned my business. They completed the repair and I just assumed it was done correctly. When I needed to use it, all buttons on the drivers side window were badly messed up when they weren't before. Nothing was set back together correctly or something is broken. I reached back out and their response is "Hello okay so I spoke to oscar and he said that witch him what he fixed it does not connect to the buttons " This makes no sense. Adhesive application was perfect. Other than a different glass label, it looked factory on all three vehicles. One vehicle had HUD and whatever the sensors are at the rear view mirror. The HUD was clear and all of the sensors worked as they should. Then I even asked about a price for a windshield for a vehicle I didn't own. Elise helped do a bit of detective work based on the license plate. I can't recommend this company enough. They are my go-to. Thank you.
