I have a 2006 Mercedes SLK 350 and was researching to upgrade my front door speakers sonce they are blown. These at Harmon Kardon 6.5 inch low profile speakers and are no longer made for my year vehicle. Teo suggested I try EBay for the exact OEM speakers. The other audio shop I went too wanted to upsale me on some speakers and wasn't sure they would be the exact fit. After my search incurred no results, I returned to Teo for more professional help. I decided to have some front speakers replaced at the same time. The work was done very well. Teo replaced a bunch of broken panel clips that were preexisting, basically leaving my vehicle better than it was when I brought it in. Very pleased with service and quality of workmanship. You went to their location next to Main St cafe we are on the corner of orange and mission. Now we know you had a bad experience with them but if you want we can take a look at what they did FREE of charge and see what can be done. I have a feeling its an "easy" fix. Main Street, Fallbrook I'm 77 years old and have never given anyone a negative report before; however, our experience with Fallbrook Car Stereo and tinting has been so horrendous that I feel I must tell our friends and neighbors to be very cautious when dealing with this business. Feb.13, 2016, we took our car and RV in to have navigation systems installed and added SiriusXM equipment and antennas'. The navigational system and SiriusXM on the car works; however, instead of installing the system flush with the dash, it was installed so far back in the dash that you cannot use the knobs on the radio. When I questioned them about this, I was told that it was "installed correctly and that's just the way it is". On the RV, SiriusXM kept malfunctioning and only playing intermittingly. When we returned from a three week trip, I explained this to the owner, Nado, and he said all of their work had been done correctly and the problem was SiriusXM. I spoke to SiriusXM and they did testing and stated that it defiantly was the installation. When we returned from the next trip I went to Nado and explained the situation. He said even though I had reported the problem within three weeks of the installation, the warranty was no longer valid because the time period had expired. The receipt said the warranty was good for one year. Finally Nado said to bring the RV in and he would look at it. My husband took the RV to him and they said it was the antenna, so they changed it. The problem was the same, they then replaced another part, still no change. They then told my husband that the original antenna had damaged the navigational system because he had tried, on the second trip, after the problem had been reported, to extend the antenna, to no avail. When my husband said he would not purchase another unit from them, they checked something else, Gene didn't know what it was, but SURPRISE the unit worked. They then told Gene he owned them $131.28. He paid them. When he came home and told me I went to get the money refunded since the work was under warranty. Nado refused to return the money and I told him that I thought he was a dishonest business man. He started shouting and pounding on a certificate on his wall from Pastor Joel Osteen, saying "I know you don't do what I do !! I give $1,500 a month to his ministry and I gave a $1,500,000 property to Saddleback Church and feed thousands of orphans, you don't do that!!!" Okay. True. I love local business and this place has mine. I needed some expert help upgrading and running my system wires. They had everything I needed in store and ready to go. Fishing the 0 gage was no easy feet but they got it done in no time. All wires are perfectly hidden and in place to drop my system in. They tapped into the stock system for my RCAs to keep my stock dash screen and navigation intact. I'll be back for all my other stereo needs. They started to move wires and panels before we even started to talk about price. Once he found the problem we started to talk about price. He didn't charge me an arm and a leg.
