For over 25 years, every vehicle I have ever owned I have always put a windshield visor/ sun shield to block off the sun's rays but with doing so, you lose a good portion of visibility. For the first time ever, I've decided to get the top strip off my windshield tinted. After seeing reviews on Yelp for Wiseguys Tinting with a few reviews I recognize from my local people from my area, I decided to go with them. I called, Wiseguys Tinting a few days ago and spoke to Shane. He sounded super friendly and excited to do business with me, which is usually a good sign someone loves/ enjoys their job. He's gave me a few dates and time shots that would work with my schedule and we booked it for today (2 days from calling him). I asked him how much it would cost and what forms of payments he accepted? He told me it would cost $100 and all forms of payments were accepted but cash was always greatly appreciated. I got to the shop around 1345, 15 minutes early from my 1400 appt. Shane came out and introduced himself and thanked me for choosing home to tint my car. We talked it over on what percentage to go with on the windshield visor strip and decided on a 5% tint! He took the car and got to working in it. I only waited 25 minutes and the job was done. And I paid in cash and he was very appreciative! I am very pleased with the overall experience working with Shane and his Associate and would definitely go back for future tint jobs! read more

Unfortunately my windshield broke and I had to replace it so I called Wiseguys and they were able to get me in a couple days later and helped me with my new windshield. It is rare these days to find people who actually care about the quality of work they put out. It seems most places are ok at just being mediocre at what they do. Just ok doing the bare minimum. Not the family at WiseGuys Window Tinting . From start to finish i felt like they cared about the quality and performance of my window tinting. Karen ( Mom) was able to completely explain the differences in the modern tinting films they offered and after demonstrating how much heat the ceramic film blocked i was sold. I was actually concerned that they would not be able to remove the old tint as it was so old and appeared permanently on there but Shane (son) assured me that with Karen's patience it shouldn't be a problem, and he was right. The final product was absolutely beautiful. The quality and craftsmen ship was second to none and done ahead of schedule.. Although the price we agreed upon did not include applying the sun visor strip on the front windshield (as my budget would not allow) shane thru it in anyway. Almost like it was more important to finish the job right even at his expense. The whole experience was more like meeting new friends than a business transaction. The store is not much to look at, but he has the different levels of tinting posted on the wall, so you can more easily visualize what the intensity of the tint would look like. He also carries a lot of decals. Shane is very personable and customer oriented. He did an excellent job on both my Veloster and my wife's Sentra. No visible bubbles or defects. I shared that we were going to be moving to Maryland and Shane looked up Maryland tint laws to ensure the tint levels for our car would be legal. I don't know what the prices are for other tint shops but I feel comfortable that I am getting an ok and fair deal with Wiseguys. They have everything you'd need to get the kind of tinting you'd want. In addition to getting 35% tint on all my windows (the legal limit in MD) I decided to go for the 70 windshield tint as well since it blocks out UV rays better and keeps the car cooler which is a must since my husband and I go on long road trips.
