I had water leaking in through the area of the rear view mirror of my Honda Civic, and decided to replace the front windshield since it already had a crack at the base of the front windshield. I explained the leak to the technician when they arrived, and he explained that the last front windshield installer used a knife to remove the glass, which cut through the paint down to the metal, which allowed rust to start, which caused the water leak. He said he would sand and prime the area of the rust, and this would stop the water leak for 5 to 7 years (until it rusts again). No extra charge for the sanding and priming the metal. They finished in about 30 minutes at my house. The front windshield looks good, and that stopped the water leak so far. $249 for everything. read more

The worst nightmare come true, the technician changed the windshield , the sealant is popping out on the sides, and in the process he broke air went next to the window-after telling him that he has to replace it -he promptly denied, saying that is not him, quoted-What , do you want me to change whole car for you? My car is 2014 Mercedes Glk 350,no one drives it except me, not a scratch on it, and now I have a sloppy windshield replacement, broken air went,580$ out of my pocket, and feeling that I was so stupid to use the services of that company!Be aware!!! read more

I had called them on Sunday and they sent someone out Monday morning with the wrong window side. The technician didn't even have my full number for his records and I gave him my number. He told me he would come back at 12pm with the correct side but never showed up, no phone call whatsoever. I tried called them multiple times and no one answered or returned my voicemail. I was confident they would come back because they were right on time the first time. Worst of all was that it was pouring rain later on in the evening and the interior of my car got wet even with plastic around the window. I'm so upset at this company. read more

IF I CAN GIVE THEM A ZERO I WOULD. As they were installing my window in the broke my window modulator. Now knowing that they really had no reason to tamper with it. Claiming that when someone tried to break my car window they damaged it. But if that was the case it would be broken when they got here to replace my window. They would not be able to roll my window up and down when they first got here. Not only that my window would have just dropped. Then want me to pay to replace it. I have pictures on how they react when they broke it because they paused and looked at one another. Talked to one another in their own language (I guess to figure out what to say to me) and tell me it was already broken. Please save yourself the time and headache and avoid this company.
