Not skilled at tinting. After 4 times taking my car for air bubbles, this is what is left. A noticeable bubble that can be seen from far away, it looks like a window crack. Yes!!! This tint shop is it!!! It took them 2 hours to do two windows as a random walk in client. The guy in the front of the shop was so nice and walked outside to give me the best recommendation for my new BMW . I didn't want something super dark but I didn't want to be so seen. Haha. They have a waiting area in case you don't have a ride. But I left and came back and my car was so nice!!! They have all levels of quality tints you can choose from. Love this spot. Well unfortunately, along with the rest of the negative reviews I have to agree. - I brought a brand new car (off the lot temp tags and all) to be tinted and unfortunately received a damaged car in return. There are two scratches on it in places I have absolutely no idea how or why they happened. One near the drivers side door and the other on the rear view mirror. Both places clearly in my eyesight, I noticed the defects as soon as I left. I also knew I was their last customer of the day they were closed, so I called and left a voicemail. When I did not receive a call back the next day, I called and they said I could bring the car by. I immediately met with a rude and combative manager, who clearly had no interest in the time or money I had just given them. He wanted to continuously argue with me that there's no way it could've happened with them and then proceeded to look inside of my car and tell me how many defects it has coming from the dealership and all the problems new cars have. I can promise you I went over this vehicle with a fine tooth comb before it was picked up and observed anything that needs to be fixed by the dealership. He offered for me to take it to their upholstery guy to "see how it happened" because he kept saying there's no way it could've happened with them. I told him that he was the expert and I would like to know what happened with my vehicle. That I would've been less disappointed if somebody would've just told me about the damage instead of ignoring it. He kept offering their guy but very clearly no matter what the upholstery service said, the cards would be their favor. I then offered to take it to my upholstery service and he said if they could tell them how it was done maybe they could come to "some kind of understanding". How would the upholstery services know how the damage was if they were not there while the car was being worked on? I would be happy to take it to both their upholstery service, and mine. At the same time, why waste my time? There were other excuses, he tried to make such as "I've been driving the car around all day and they didn't know about it." I told him they should listen to their voicemail because I called them on my way home. It was obvious that no matter what was said that they had no interest in taking responsibility. They do also have you signed the paperwork before you get your keys back to your vehicle. If I would've seen this damage, I would've let them take the tint right off and never would've utilize their services. Make sure you look it over before you sign anything. There were so few bad reviews for this place that I really thought it was worth it to use a small business, but I was most definitely in the wrong. I have no interest in arguing with their manager, no matter how much he tried to argue with me. I will never bring another vehicle there or recommend this shop to anyone. If it's even worth mentioning, the front tint does not match the back. The back windows are much darker. If I'm correct as most businesses do, there will be some reply to this on how I didn't take up their offer to take it to the upholstery shop. In the end, nothing will be done to fix the damage. The least I can do is warn everyone else that if you have a vehicle that you worked really hard for and want to keep in good condition, take it anywhere else. read more

Excellent choice for my tinting needs! I was at the Jiffy Lube next door getting the oil in my wife's Expedition changed. I decided to walk next door to see if it was possible to get the windows tinted while I was in the area. I was planning to make an appointment on another day if it was necessary as it was late on a Saturday afternoon and probably couldn't get in at that time. To my surprise, I was told they could fit me in after the oil change next door. They quoted me a very fair price and accommodated my schedule and performed quality workmanship! Had my Tesla Model 3 tinted here. The work is good. But be very clear with them on what you will and will not get. I told them I want the tint in the rear to go all the way to the cross bar in the middle of the car. They charged me an extra $150 (for the cheapest carbon tint) for the rear windshield. I asked the guy twice (once was in the phone). Will I see the line? He said no. Turns out, I see the line. The tint only goes half way up the rear windshield, which looks really bad. In fact, this shouldn't even be an option and they should just quote once price to the tint all the way to top. They proceed to tell me that the $150 is an extra surcharge because the rear windshield is bigger than standard. But if you look at where the line goes to (that's where the tint ends), it's not that different than any other windshield I really can't stand the look and To redo it, they quoted me a prohibitively expensive price. A lot more than to redo the tint on the whole car. Disappointing. read more

This place does a bunch of tints for all vehicles and the owner Jose is on-site to work and supervise. It's not the cheapest but it may be worth it. There are many choices of tint to choose and the prices correspond to the type. You just don't know what is on the vehicle if you choose the cheapest or the most expensive. The waiting room is acceptable but you can't see the vehicles being worked on. I've had four cars done here and so far it's good quality. I'm glad they changed the front desk person from a few years ago, a service issue that hopefully has been fixed. read more

*Lackluster warranty aimed so you don't use it, no attention to detail, avoid this place* Got my BMW tinted here, and am not impressed. I've tinted my windows before, but wanted a more "professional" application. The windows are very easy but the rear windshield can be a pain. The top of the window tint isn't even to the window, and there is a slice of window that they missed in the rear quarter panel. There's no excuse for that really. I saw a couple creases as soon as they did it, I get it happens but it goes to show the quality and attention to detail, very minimal. There is noticeable and audible peeling at the corner of the window within a couple months. It has been a total of 6 months now and it's getting worse, it's noticeable a good distance from outside of the vehicle. I waited a week for it to set, even though they recommended 3 days. Warranty only covers week days M-Thursday, and not even Friday so it's impossible if you work. They seemed to have took minimal preventative care to not get the soapy water all over the doors. I received my car with drip marks all over the doors. The door lock coincidentally has been giving me issues ever since. It's a shame, but I'm currently looking elsewhere for my other tinting needs. Overall, the quality is not great. I cannot recommend this place if you care about what you pay for. read more

Great local shop and it appears to be family owned. I was a walk in customer and the guy at the counter was friendly and very knowledgeable about tints. Bringing Cash gives discounts which is awesome. After picking up, the tints look good....but not great. After waiting 3 weeks for full drying there are still some areas with visible streaks. I took the car for a detail prior to my walk in. So the windows were flawless from the inside. Not sure what went wrong during the installation. Another issue was the installer scuffed my passenger door edge. The car was parked next to this large white pillar that advertises the surrounding businesses. I'm almost certain this was where the the door was scuffed. It's a sporty car with long doors so it happens when people aren't careful. It's kind of a bummer but it's an old car. I wanted tints done fast on a Friday. I went to two places before this and they either tried to get me to come another day OR tried to get me to drop my car off and pick up SEVERAL HOURS LATER! I called this place and the guy promised me on the phone no more than 90 minutes. From drop off to pick up it was 65 minutes. Also--there's plenty of places to eat lunch or get coffee across the street. The other guys' locations were grim industrial parks. Once we miserably failed our MD car inspection, we were referred by several body shops to the Tint Shop for quick and easy tint removal in order to pass. He even stated my model asking if it was a suv from mercedes. Told me to drop off the car next day at 9am, drove 40mins in the morning to get there and my friend as well to bring me to work. Got here and another guy quotes me 60 dollars more. Then he says he'll do it for $450.00 and then goes back and quotes $583.00. My husband and I went to this shop Saturday afternoon to have my two front windows and a brow of my Santa Fe Sport done and my husband got all his windows on the WRX tinted. The price for both cars was around $350 and that's with one of the higher tint levels. They Tint Shop team did a pretty good job. They finished both cars in a reasonable amount of time, even with all the other customers they were serving. The guy was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the material/product which made me feel I was in a great place for my service. I'm very pleased with the timing it was done as well they quoted me 2-3 hours it was done in under two, especially due to Covid a lot of different shops were only doing appointments only and booked very far in the future but here, they told me to come as soon as they open and they will get it done in a matter of a few hours, so they did.
