Blue star called me and gave me a quote for $360, he explained that most businesses use the camera recalibration as an excuse to up charge and that he wouldn't be disconnecting any wires when replacing my windshield. I was a bit skeptical at first, I was worried I would have to go get my camera recalibrated. (I have a 2022 Honda Accord). It's been 2 and a half weeks since I had it replaced and I've had no issues, camera still works just as good! The young lady thought it was a good idea to start texting again. I asked her to stop texting me, again just trying to not go back and forth for no reason, her response was "I cancelled your appointment". This young lady needs to learn some compassion and restraint when speaking to customers.
