Always preferring a local business, I asked about to find one. Repeatedly, Chad's name was brought up as THE place to go! Okiedokie! Immediately, Chad's easy way of handling business made me feel that he was going to take care of what needed to be done. We scheduled an appointment at his workshop nearby for the next week. He assisted me to manage the ridiculous paperwork necessary to replace the windshield, and did so without problem. I would recommend Chad without reserve! He even likes good "man cave" decor to ogle while waiting!

He showed up did like he said and it all seemed ok. A couple months later I turn on the heat on my car on a cold day and I watch a horizontal crack form across my new windshield. I wasn't worried he talked about his high level of customer service so I called him and all I got was attitude and told there were no warranties on auto glass and how must have some damage it despite not single chip on the windshield. I was also schooled about all his wonderful years of knowledge and experience. I offered to bring my car down to his shop to show him personally so he could point out exactly where my windshield had been hit by an object...and he told me didn't have time for that i ask him if he had another appointment he said no but he was about to leave for the gym! I could say more things but I won't. I will also will never business again with this individual or company. You make your own decision.

The technician who completed my windshield installed my windshield wipers wrong and now it's impossible to drive when it snows or rains due to the 16 inches it doesn't cover on the drivers side. Contacting the repair shop is nearly impossible and when scheduling with safelite the soonest they have to fix their mistake is 14 days later. They want you to wait 14 days for poor work causing a safety issue with your vehicle? I've just switched insurance companies to ensure I never have to deal with safelite again. Anyone forced to use safelite, may the odds be ever in your favor. If you choose safelite, you deserve what you get.
