Then when I show up they have the wrong glass due their online questions. The manger acted like I was wasting his time. So, we call Presby Auto Glass. They couldn't have been any nicer and went above and beyond to help us get our replacement windshield. Their price was much better than Safelite. More importantly they treated us like a valued customer. I had an appointment immediately. I dropped off the car and a few short hours later the replacement was complete. The job was done neatly and perfectly. I encourage everyone to visit the smaller local businesses. They go that extra mile with personal service and about making their customers happy.
