Folks, it's bad. First they changed my appointment time. That's fine, I get it. We arrive and there's no where to park, so we park on the next street over. Cars are randomly scattered on their lot like discarded mahjong tiles. We go in, the desk lady is yelling at some old guy that he needs an attitude adjustment. She tells him, "According to this, you mumbled something and hung up without making an appointment." Half the people ahead of us in line are told, "We don't have your parts, you'll have to make another appointment." She then tells me, "We don't have your parts and your account is on HOLD." "What does that mean?" She reads from her screen, "It says your voice faded and call ended." "Yeah, I was cut off, but I called right back." "Then," she asked, "who did you talk to?" As if that matters? As if that's some gotcha! She tells me that we'll have to make another appointment. No thanks, I tell her. I don't blame the desk lady; she's part of a broken system. I have to say, this place has bad feng shui, the worst. That front office is brutal. Usually, I'm not one to complain, really I'm not. But they have documentation of when I was cut off, but not when I called back? Come on! read more

The lady I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and was able to get me scheduled for a windshield replacement. She originally offered me an appointment that same week, but I wasn't available, so we scheduled it for the following Friday at 3:00 PM. During the week leading up to my appointment, I received multiple text and email reminders confirming my 3:00 PM Friday appointment. My wife and I drove 1.5 hours to Springfield for the appointment and arrived at approximately 2:20 PM. When we checked in, we were told they would not be replacing my windshield because they only work on a first-come, first-served basis for customers who drop their vehicles off before 2:00 PM. I was told I would have to reschedule for another day, drop the vehicle off, and wait in line. I explained that I had a confirmed 3:00 PM appointment and had received multiple reminders. The employee told me that the booking agent sometimes gets confused and schedules appointments incorrectly. Unfortunately, this meant taking time off work and making a 3-hour round trip for nothing. Because of the inconvenience, I chose to schedule the replacement with Safelite instead, even though it cost more. I understand that mistakes can happen, but if your company does not accept afternoon appointments for windshield replacements, your scheduling system should not allow them to be booked. terrible experience that I have had with this company! I had an appointment for a month and made it after our bad hail storm that came in! They were awesome at first and the day before my appointment which was yesterday they were sending me messages about how they have a technician assigned to my car and everything! they then proceeded to tell us as my car shows up that they're full and that they changed their protocols to first come first serve ! very frustrating! Well I had appointment but one day then you tell me to come back the next day because the glass didn't come in then I did I sat there hour or so before the lady said hey your glass didn't come in I took and Uber there and back left my car then they called me again today the glass didn't come in told me 5 to 7 days so I think you got poor communication skills poor customer service they never apologize or either compensated me a discount or anything by the way I spent $24 there and back on the Uber second time I left my car read more

From looking at the pictures and reading the reviews I can see some of them are not actually at this location. Front desk girl is very condensing. Says shes the manager. As stated in other reviews they charge you to reschedule yet I sat their for 2 hrs past my appointment and they never started on my car. Then expect me to pay to reschedule. They new I was driving in from 45 miles away and had to sit with the car. So they waisted 2hrs of my time. They are not the cheapest either not even close . They wanted over 800$ for the mobile repair or 650 at their shop . I found another company that is doing it for 525.00 and coming to me . When I attempted to just purchase the glass as I couldn't sit and wait any longer the girl aka manager went into the shop yelling " hes refusing to let us do the F cking car now but wants to buy the glass . I spoke to another customer while waiting that said he was on his 3rd windshield in 2 months from them that the shield kept cracking. Just food for thought. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Our son had an accident and his windshield was needing to be replaced immediately. We have always used Safelite, in the past. However their earliest opening was in 24 days.... That was just not acceptable.... We called Auto Glass Now and they could get us in within 2 1/2 hour. The receptionist was so very friendly and a delight to talk to. She called me 1 hour after I dropped the car off saying it was ready. They did an amazing job and I feel good about my son driving his car. Auto Glass Now was also about $200.00 less than Safelite. Did not reattach the windshield washing fluid wires. Cost me $150 to figure that out. When I came back to them to share what was an obvious mistake by their team, they said sorry and sent me packing without attempting to right the wrong. They're not obligated to accept an error when someone else finds it but in such an obvious case, it would be customary to make it right, not tell the customer to go scratch. The measly $150 cost them hundreds of dollars of future work and a poor review. Hope it was worth it. read more

Consumer be ware, Avoid at all cost. Front office secretary is rude and very uneducated when it comes to glass and today's electronics. I had my 2022 Pathfinder with all the monitoring electronics in for a front windshield replacement. Front windshield was replaced, went to pick up my vehicle, paid the 1100 dollar bill got into the car only to find my heads up display was blurry and off center, hadn't left the lot and immediately went back in and informed the secretary about my findings. She went to the back and came back and told me its because my front window is no longer tinted, I told her it had nothing to do with tint. She went to the back again and when she returned this time with a glass tech, would be my guess, we all went out and he looked at my concern and then told her I should have had OEM, factory, glass. We all went back in and she worked on the computer called Nissan and informed me she didn't now when she could get OEM glass as it was on back order and it would be an additional 500 to replace glass. I was dumbfounded, additional money, don't know when the glass would arrive. I came to, what I thought was a auto glass shop, why wasn't I informed up front of the need for factory glass instead of aftermarket glass due to my electronics? I came to the professionals, I thought they would know and be informed and educated. I thought wrong. I even reached out to corporate, I got back SORRY, but if you want it right you'll have to pay the additional cost and wait for the glass to come in. I have a nice vehicle with a shitastic heads up display and an auto glass company that doesn't care about a happy customer, they only care about the $$$$ Everyone avoid at all cost, GO TO SAFELITE or CARSTENS , pay the little extra to have it done right. I had my windshield replaced, but now my molding looks like someone took a dull butter knife to it... The worst part was being treated so rudely when I returned the next morning to show them the damage that was not there prior to their repair! Their invoice clearly has a section for notes and they had my phone number, neither were used to inform me of any issue with my molding! The mechanic was very animated when the office manager went out to speak to him. They both came out to my car and made nothing but excuses as they rudely walked away leaving me stand there with no resolution at all! They stated the molding is cosmetic only and doesn't have an function. The only thing below that gasket is my windshield wiper motor. Called around and these guys flat beat the other places on price. It was my work car so wasn't worried about the glass brand so I gave them a shot. I won't go anywhere else. Not only was the job done quickly and was done when they said they would the brand of glass matched my factory glass. All the tints and defrost matched and worked perfectly. Never received service but deserving of a comment. I drove by one day and called when I saw their phone number and was surprised they could replace my windshield for $129. However in order to get this price, I had to wait for them to bring the glass down from KC. The woman on the phone stated that I could schedule early because their shipments are overnight. Ok cool, so I scheduled for 0930 the following morning. The next day I reluctantly get out of bed to make the appointment and skip the gym to get this done. On my way in, the lady calls me to tell me that the shipment didn't arrive due to bad driving conditions on the road. Ummmm it was 8 degrees but there wasn't any snow or ice...but whatever. So now, I could either wait another day or pay an extra $25 for a local shipment of glass. I was annoyed and paid the extra money to go somewhere else in town. I Called around nobody could beat there price. the installer broke 4 of 7 clips that secured my cowl down. i ask if he would replace them. ten the installer put interior trim screw to the cow cowl in place. i said that would not do. the next step the installer was taking them out with a razor knife cut the head off of the screw. the second screw he cut about 2 inches into my cover. i told him to stop before he does anymore damage. i ask to replace the OEM clips. they would have to call the district manager. the next the DM, said he would replace the clips not the cowl cover since my car is old. DAMAGE is DAMAGE no matter how old your personal car is. it has been over a week i have not any heard a phone call from this place. the installer should have not try to take the clips out with a box knife. he should have used a phillips and a trim tool. if i would have known this would have happen i would have went to a glass place that has been in business in long time in this area i lived all my live. shame on me for trying to save a few dollars read more
