The alignment was slightly off at first, but they told me to bring it back and got it dialed in perfectly the following day. They stand behind their work and even told me to come back if anything needed to be re-torqued after the suspension settled. The results came out great. The stance looks much better with the factory rake reduced, and the ride quality still feels smooth and OEM-like. No noises, vibrations, or issues afterward. The vehicle drives straight and handles great. Professional service, quality work, and solid communication throughout the process. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a clean leveling spacer install done right.

From quote to finish the service is top shelf and the owner and his staff go out of the way to make it happen. I got scammed by car detailers who did more damage to my car than already existed so I was hyper-sensitive about sticking my neck out again, but Aces was highly recommended by my brother so I knew I was in the loop. I don't live so close, so Mauricio arranged to meet me on a Sat. closer to my home to do intake for a quote. He spent over an hour with me going over the process that would be required to make my repairs. The quote was professionally broken down btwn labor and materials and was reasonable in comparison to another quote I received which was written on the back of a biz card! My car looks great and they even threw in some extras like scratch touch ups and detailing. Sam graciously accommodated me by coming to the shop on a Sat. when I wanted to pick up my car. And Eli took time out of his biz sked to give me a ride to the metro station after I dropped the car off. Aces earned my trust and I would highly recommend them. These thieves took my vintage car EIGHT years ago for a restoration. I've paid every single time that they've asked for payment. For SEVEN years I've been asking when it would be done. Every time they lie cheat and steal more. They held my car hostage for the payment of a bill they never presented to me. I finally called the California Bureau of Automotive Repair. They conducted an investigation and I just found out that the owner of Aces, Eli, fraudulently liened my car and sold the car to himself personally. He stole my car. I've already hired a lawyer but this is a $20,000 theft! Eli is a snake. You can't trust a word that filthy guy says. He's a convicted felon that got released from prison. I don't know what he did to end up behind bars but I feel bad for his victims. He should be behind bars again. Worst of all, he doesn't seem to care. It's his business and his customers that are suffering. Well, the internet is a big place and reviews like this will hopefully end your terrorism of customers - because you won't have any. .I spoke to Bernie at the shop about getting a dent removed in the quarter panel of my car. The particular area was attached to the entire car body so I already knew it was going to be expensive. I got quotes from other shops, but Bernie gave me the best price. I also added two bumper replacement jobs, and a polish. A few days later, when I went to pick up my car, it was like seeing a brand new vehicle. It was shiny. He had shaved off a thin layer of 10 year old paint, and cleaned up the fresh layer of paint that was hidden underneath it. He told me to touch the car, and I did, and just as he said, it was like butter. The car was so smooth I couldn't believe it was mine. Which almost had me forget about the dent. I saw the quarter panel and I couldn't even recall where the dent was. That portion wasn't replaced so I was even more surprised at how flush the whole car looked. The bumpers looked like chickens with metal claws were dancing all over it, but now that the bumpers are replaced, it only added to the i-cant-believe-this-is-my-car feeling that I had all week long. read more

My friend recommended Aces Auto Body to me and I called in for an estimate. A young girl answered and mentioned that they would give me a FREE estimate if I took a picture of the damage or what kind of work I wanted to get done on my car. To my surprise, they replied instantly! I wanted to get a new paint job to make it look like this certain car. Bernie, the man in charge, told me to get that certain car look, a vinyl car wrap would suit it much nicer as well as keep it from devaluing my car. He also mentioned that, unfortunately, he didn't offer that service there. Normally people would want me to have my job done at their shop .. right? I took the risk anyways and asked for the paint job. For a reasonable price, in about a week my car looked AMAZING. They also gave me a little extra for no charge at all! Today started off horribly. After dropping my daughter off at summer day camp and on my way into work, I was side swiped by an idiot who drove off. Thankfully I was not hurt but the rear driver side had a small dent and horrible paint damage. I did not want to go through my insurance company and have to pay a deductible for a tiny dent. I called around and was getting frustrated. I emailed Aces for a quote, came in and explained that I just wanted some cosmetic touch up, painting. Eli was awesome, buffed out the scratches, touched up the paint and did not charge me anything. I would recommend this shop to anyone, I came in with no appointment 5 minutes before they were getting ready to close. I will be recommending Aces to all of my friends and family. The clips were never replaced. The owner Eli keeps him harassing me telling me to take the post down. You need to stop otherwise I will report you to the Better Business Bureau. I brought the issue across you like I mentioned I call you multiple times you never answer. You acted like you didn't know Well was talking about And then you rented a car from you're shop the car smell like weed never been clean and for you to have a business like that I have a three year old and I had a Lysol my whole can in the vehicle so it wouldn't smell . I love Bernie, he's a really nice guy, he's very understanding, and a really concerned person. I've never had an auto body person that's been as concerned as he is. Brought my 66 Shelby Cobra to these guys to take a look at the power train. Everyone knows the Shelby can have a differential slip now and again and I could feel it whenever I shifted into 4th gear. The owners were familiar with the engine and made me feel comfortable letting them put their hands on my baby. I took about the power train apart and couldn't find the malfunction. He also connected me through enterprise to get a rental car and got me a great deal as well. He went above and beyond for me, and even put the hold on his own credit card as another girl was supposed to pay for my rental. I also had cracks on my back bumper that were not part of the job I asked him for but he patched them up anyway for me for free ! Very kind man, honest work. In my case for example the insurance sent an aftermarket head light that did not fully work with my Lexus and James my project manager from Autobahn made sure that I got a Lexus OEM part. Also I like that you get your car back fully detailed so it has a nice touch when you get your vehicle back after an accident.
