Best shop for me they did a great job on my 2005 SE-R VSpec Nissan Sentra I need to go back get my radiator fixed

Tricky and fake deals!

Beware of there Brake Fluid groupon deal. 1. You will end up paying $180 to have the Brake fluid completely drained. You will pay around $80 to Groupon thinking that they will drain the whole Brake Fluid BUT this is not the case, when I contacted them, they asked for additional $100 to completely drain the Brake Fluid. They said the Groupon deal is only to drain the reservoir! 2. You can get the brake fluid flush anywhere else for $120 instead of $180 and your brake fluid will be completely drained from the calibers with no air leaks!

How much does a smog check cost?

In need of a new transmission and my buddy recommended the company, would I have to find a transmission for my car or would you guys be able to help with that? Thank you!

Yes we can help you with that. What year and what kind of vehicle do you have?

Then I come on a Monday and He wasn't here but his "buddies" were drunk there and as I was asking to speak to frank to get my truck and my money back because I was going to take my business else. His buddy already drunk began to get mad at me when he doesn't even work there or had no business there. He was offering me a beer to relax and after I denied, I continued to ignore him and then he later told me that he was going to charge me for trespassing. Moral of the story, take your business somewhere else and not here!!! When I asked for a discount for the things that I had to go through to get my truck, he got mad at me and starting calling me names. Take your business somewhere else, not here!

I got my transmission rebuilt, paid for the transmission fluids to be drained and refilled. After getting my car back I had an oil change done within a few weeks after getting my car back. Upon arrival for my oil change the mechanic alerted me that there was a dangerous level of transmission fluid in my car. The dipstick was barely wet with fluid at the very tip. I explained that it had been less than month since I had just paid to have brand new transmission fluid added. The fact that there was little to none left indicated that it was never done at Frank's Transmissions. My rebuilt transmission was now probably damaged. So I warn you to please check the work that you pay for.

ABSOLUTE SCAM (Must read) TLDR at the end if you want to…read moreskip the details. I would give less than 1 star if I could, but unfortunately Yelp doesn't allow it. Took my truck in today (10/7/2023) and there were 3 gentlemen "working." Had a loud squeaking sound coming from the front passenger side of the suspension assembly. They told me to leave it with them and they'll look at it so i said no problem and waited in the lobby for about 30 minutes. I parked my truck at a very specific angel with the wheel turned 3/4th of a full rotation towards driver side. (This is very important.) After the 30 minutes it took them to allegedly inspect the car, the same guy came out to the lobby still chewing on food and said that both of my control arms and ball joints are completely broken and need to be replaced. This alone would have made the car literally impossible to drive. he also seemed very nervous, was tapping on the desk rapidly and nervously, would not look me in the eyes, and had a nervous shaking voice. He then told me everything would cost about $1800 and that they conveniently had the parts on hand and would be able to get it done in less than an hour. I obviously told him nope and thanks for looking at it but that's completely BS, which he looked nervous and shameful. He then offered to do it for 1600 and explained the parts are really expensive (Both control arms are $212 for the highest quality ones on 1A Auto, and the ball joints are $86 for the nice set on most websites) I told him I don't want them touching my car and I'll go do it myself and asked for my keys. He hesitated, then slowly pulled them from his pocket and handed them over. When I walked back to my car, it had been parked at the same exact spot in the same exact angel and the same exact wheel articulation as when i had walked away. Absolute muppets they are. TLDR: Mechanic ate lunch while "looking at my car", didn't touch my car, and offered to replace perfect parts for $1800. I fixed it myself by greasing the ball joints.
