Paid $800 to repair the headliner. The sunshade wasn't put back in correctly and broke upon the first use. The sunshade is $1600 plus labor. This shop didn't stand by their work and caused damage that will end up costing me an additional $2k. Buyer beware. read more

Hello I'm writing a review on this company john o auto interiors because i feel absolutely taken advantage and would like to warn others what a dirty trick john pulls price wise i called to have my headliner installed johns attitude was not so great but thats besides the point i dropped my vehicle off with no problems when i picked it up many of my interior trim pieces were damaged and scuffed! totally unprofessional when i confronted these issues he simply responded it was brought in like that, totally untrue! now listen to this when i went to pay which was 632$ for headliner install! he added a labor tax as well just to make things better, PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH or pay the price with your vehicle. read more

John O really knows auto interiors. My 1986 928s had a tear in the drivers seat and John O found the correct Porsche seat cover/slip and installed it like the original. The liner in my car was falling down so I took it to the Upholstery Man in Margate. BIG mistake. My sun roof pull, and a visor fell off. The liner looked cheap. It was just the liner and the car was 5 years old so I just lived with it. My husband needed an arm of the bucket seat. They chewed up the inside door. Then we found John. He immediately looked over the problems, gave me the best and worst case scenario at a very fair price. The final repairs looked as good as the original manufacturer's detail. He replaced a white vinyl top on my Lincoln, when I picked it up I asked him if he had done the stitching. He said no, he had sent it out to have it done. A year & a half later mold spots started developing all over the top despite the fact I had been using marine grade vinyl protector. I took it back to him & he wouldn't stand behind the work. He said he would paint it for $110 but it might not even last a month. Like I'm going to give him more money. I'm off to Prospect RD. read more
