She made one stop then tried to start the car and it wouldn't start. 4-5 months ago she got a new battery and starter and had NO ISSUES with the car starting. It seems like too much of a coincidence that all of sudden the car won't start. I called and they refused to double check their work or to see what they made have done wrong or on accident in order for her to have this problem. Also, they were very rude to my girlfriend during the process of taking her car in. I have little sisters and female friends that I WOULD NEVER want them to experience something like this or deal with the anxiety of this type of situation. The worst experience I ever had with a trans. shop. They had my car for 8 days and did nothing…read more They wouldn't even answer the phone or call back when I left a message. Finally they answered and said they did a diagnostic test without removing the trans, which is impossible as any reputable mechanic will tell you. Then they tried to bill me for the test they never did. I refused, of course. Then they put some additional quarts of trans. fluid in to my already full (and pink fluid, not brown or burnt) tranny! Who would do such a thing? I had it towed to another shop immediately. And I know a lot about cars, I've been working on them since I was 16, and I'm now 77, just never worked on automatic tranny's. Years ago they had a good reputation. Not anymore.

We had to come back for additional problems, and again they had the car for days. Now we're going back a third time for a warranty repair after learning that our continued vehicle problems come from the fact that they forgot to re-attach the motor mounts to our car! I can forgive a long repair delay for electrical problems or a heavy workload, but these guys seriously damaged our car because they didn't do the work correctly. I have misgivings about sending the car to them again, but I have to because of the warranty. I wouldn't take it to them by choice, and I don't think you should either.

They also told me the price if I paid cash and then told me to add 4% of I paid by credit card. I couldn't believe they were going to charge me to use a credit card. I confronted the owner about why I wasn't told about this fee and he said I have the right to go to the bank and get cash. So I had to take time off of work to get to a bank and get cash before the bank closes which I did the next day, but before I could get in to get the car they call me and tell me that I will be charged $20 a day after today for storage fees. This company doesn't have a clue how to take care of customer. I will never go there again.
