They do great work for a very reasonable price. Had some damage to the driver's side door and side view mirror fixed and was very satisfied with the results. There where a few other things that I needed to get painted because of chips and fading. FIRST OFF, words are not enough to express my humble gratitude for what Noro/"Nick" and his team have done for me and my car after a very unfortunate accident (being broadsided from someone making an illegal U-Turn). The right side of my baby was completely smashed! When I first came in to inquire and get an estimate, I was greeted with warm hospitality, understanding, professionalism, and empathy especially during such a difficult situation--emotions and frustrations being so elevated at the time. Thankfully, Noro constantly reassured me that my car would be in great hands... (Which it was) Throughout the entire process, I was constantly notified throughout the car's progression, and Noro took care of dealing with the insurance and rental car company for me, making the transitions as smooth as possible. If you're ever involved in an accident, most insurance companies will suggest a "preferred auto body shop" by them, but I do not recommend their shops because those auto shops work WITH the insurance, therefore potentially ripping off the customer and doing a "half-a**-job" with shortcuts so both parties can get a share of the pie. So if you're doing your homework, I'm glad you're reading this review. Always choose your OWN preferred shop with someone you trust. And as Noro stated to me, "I don't work for the insurance companies. I work for my customers." 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Unfortunately to driving experience I came across couple months ago here and crashing my cars front bumper start looking for a bodyshop close to my commute especially lately I'm driving to Palmdale every other day for business purposes.
