Buyer beware... Was quoted $3500 on the telephone I get there thankful to God a day before they pick up my classic... Just to see quality of work, which seemed mediocre at best for the price! Carlos kept my wife and I in the waiting in the waiting room for over 45 minutes to where he can give us a tour and see the vehicles that were painted already... Then he tells me it'll cost $35,000 for the job... (FOR A PAINT JOB) STANDARD BLACK PAINT WITH A GLOSS yes, $35K. (would you really keep some people who you thought was suckers waiting for 45 minutes?) Also he added it can go higher than that... seems like he'll quote you something... And then give you 100X price when job is finished... Perhaps maybe to steal your car type of scam? Don't know, but I will not be doing business here... and either should you unless you're loaded with millions and need have no sense of money... From making an appointment, to dropping the vehicle off, to picking it up, the process was so smooth and effortless. Jackie has horrible customer service. She makes it difficult for customers to communicate and come to reasonable solutions when trying to pick up their cars. As a "manager" it is your job to make it right or at least attempt to. Based on this experience alone, I would not recommend this business and will not be returning. read more

I left my car here about a month ago for a few days they didn't end up fixing it but that didn't stop them from opening my trunk and looking through it and throwing things into my back seat. What was in the trunk was my daughter brand new baby things as I was moving but never once though they would open my trunk as it had no damage. I had 2 little boxes with sandals and under those there were some earrings that had came from Mexico they had sentimental value as the person that brought them for me passed away. My point with this post is go else where the people here are dishonest and the lady I spoke to on the phone basically called me a liar and said all here people were honest obviously not if not my daughters earrings would still be there. Progressive recommended I take my car here. I did. And Paradise Auto Body did a great job. I ran over some junk on the way to Vegas and it tore a good chunk of my car off. Turbos gone, radiator hit, buncha wires torn, tire damaged, body panels gone and more. I'm surprised I made it to Vegas after looking at the damage during the day. Paradise did the estimate and dealt with Progressive directly. No need to wait for checks or inspections to send over. I just gave Carlos the keys and they took care of the rest. The repairs are all guaranteed lifetime. And you know what they detailed the inside of my minivan... Was rear ended and had minor bumper damage in fact $135 worth of parts according to their quote. Apparently it took them a charged 29 hours worth of labor to fix that damage bringing the total to over $2,000 dollars. Took over a week to get the car back and The kicker is when we showed up the bumper still had damage and when we brought this up they said they put it on wrong and that they needed to repaint it and put it on correctly. Would not recommend their service ever. read more

Anthony and Carlos at Paradise Auto Body are absolutely amazing. They took in my brother's 1995 Lexus Sc400 and totally refurbished it expertly. They fixed an electrical wiring problem that nobody elsewhere could fix, they found an original radio to replace the one that no longer worked, they reupholstered the seats coverings, and then did the most unbelievably excellent repainting of the entire car, restoring it to its original new car color. I was a victim of a personal crime of the sum of $15 taking from my vehicle. My Dodge Charger was being repaired on a Progressive insurance claim. I filed a police report, spoke with Progressive insurance and called Paradise Auto Shop. While speaking to Paradise over the matter, it was a victim blame game, my fault I left cash in my car. Yes I signed a waiver over lost, stolen and damages. But I never signed a waiver of personal violation of self.
