Review Update: I have changed my review to 5 stars. After a couple days of owning the car and Marty calling me a couple days later to make sure I was still happy with my purchase, he made me feel as if I was not just a car sold but actually valued as a customer. Marty has went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I was happy and valued. Thank you Marty! You truly were the best part of my experience and helped to make a stressful situation as easy as possible. I really do appreciate all of your hard work and taking the time out of your busy day to make me feel important and not just another number. :) I love my new jeep! The ads for this place all said 399 down and drive today! No matter the credit. Well of course this is not exactly true. Depending on credit and who will finance you they will require a bigger down payment. They will though work with you on the downpayment if you do not have all of it that day. I had seen a couple cars online that I was interested in and wanted to look at. When I got there though I wasnt really given the option to look at cars was just told that I needed to see if I could get approved first. I was like ok then. Mind you I had told them I had the 399 down that they had advertised. After about 45 mins waiting to be approved my sales man came back ( I wish I could remember his name ) and said I have a car that we can get you financed for. He showed me a 2010 Jeep Liberty. I said ok, do I have any other options? And I pointed out the 2 cars I was originally interested in. He goes well this car is way better. Its drives nice. And those cars are not ready to be sold. If I wanted to wait a week or more they could try to get me approved for one of them. I was like ok well they are listed on your website so I dont understand why they are listed if they are not available to buy. I then asked if I had any other options then this just one vehicle. He said, ' ya if you want to get an even older vehicle in bad shape.' I then asked him the price of the Jeep. He said that he didnt know that information. Hold up, you mean to tell me your trying to sell me this car but you don't even know the price of it!?!?!? Maybe if I knew the price I could then see if I had any other options?!?!?!? I did end up financing the jeep liberty. It is in good condition and they are going to change my oil for free. In conclusion the advertised price of 399 down and drive today is a lie. If your credit is bad they will need more from you than 399 unless u want a pos, but they will work with you to make the down payment if you do not have all of it. Also do not think that you'll be able to choose your vehicle, they pretty much choose it for you. The sales people also pretty much have no info on the vehicle that they put you in. Oh and also even if the vehicle is listed on the website or is on the lot does not mean that it's ready to be financed. I would only come here if your credit is horrible and you have no other options. But my vehicle is in good working condition and I do like it even though it was not my first choice. read more

Luckily I found a lawyer to help me get all my hard earned money back they had sold me at their old dealership named motor queens or queen motors bs where they now rent cars. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE If I could I would give it 0 stars. I purchased my first car from this place. They set me up with a car nice on the day I came in to look for one. They approved me and I was only supposed to come in the next day fill out paper work and drive away. Well they ended up giving me a car that was not the one I originally looked at or got approved for. Then never gave me any info about the car so I was unaware of the cars whereabouts. Had no clue that the car was a rental from another state and had been in multiple accidents. The car had horrible electrical issues and would completely shut off on me while driving. Well I informed the sales manager and he basically told me there was nothing he could do and I would have to continue paying for a car I could not drive. Long story short it's 5 years later and the bank they used to loan me the car is now garnishing my wages. It's all good because I'm about to file for chapter 7 and 13 so they won't get any more money from and I'm also going to sue the dealership for putting my life in danger and selling me a car I was never approved for. read more

I regret the day I walked into this place. Greeted by an overconfident smart ass '' dealer'' lol!! Who kept rushing us to fill out our application and was turned away within minutes because of our credit history and didn't even try to work it out when it says on their ad that they will work on bad credit, poor credit blah blah blah.. we're asked for a $4000 downpayment and we said no, nevermind. We found an in house financing dealer and got our new car with a $1000 downpayment. We wasted our gas and time coming here but also very glad they turned us down because I can't imagine myself getting a car with these clowns. This place is a joke. What are you talking about??? Oh how I wish there were honest and reliable car dealerships (salesman) in Las Vegas. I was speaking to a representative for two days on Offer Up regarding a white four door Audi A6. How excited I was! He told me what I needed to bring in, I told him I could make it in, that day, so he told me to ask for him, Kam. I called a couple hours later just to make sure (I did my best) I wasn't going to be wasting my time. I told the guy on the phone (Kam was unavailable) about that specific Audi and he was aware I was arriving shortly. When I arrived I headed to the front entrance, walked right passed a couple salesmen outside assisting fellow car searchers, yet they didn't even acknowledge me. There went that gut feeling. I waited in the tiny garage like feeling sales room for about 20 mins before I was finally greeted. Good ol' Marty I've read about in reviews approached me. I explained who I spoke with prior to and the car I was there for. This dude says Kam is an outside Marketer who responds to the sales messages, but he doesn't know which cars they've sold nor what's not ready to be sold and it's been an issues they're trying to fix. The A6 is next door at the mechanic shop and won't be ready for approximately another week. WHHHAAAT?! Lol, I can't even explain how I was feeling once I heard him utter that mess. I expressed my frustrations with some grunts and sighs then I walked out. The salesperson approved us taking the 2013 Chevy Sonic in July 2020 to our mechanic prior to purchasing, so I arranged a same-day appointment with the mechanic. When we arrived to take the car to the appointment, the owner told us it was not allowed. There was no warranty, but if we had any problems with the car later, their shop would fix the problems for the cost of parts. Two months later we're having transmission problems and have been quoted over $4k of major repairs on a $5k car. We were given the intake and inspection reports that said everything was fine. I wanted to shed some light on what feels like a bait and switch scheme that some of these sub-prime auto lenders engage with. Most recently I contacted this dealership and spoke to a Kevin and a Louie Montero. I contacted them to attempt to purchase a car and finance my auto through Credit Acceptance Corp which they are signed on to work with. A couple background facts before I dive in: 1. Credit Acceptance Corp normally charges state max APR and they DO NOT REQUIRE PERIOD any amount of down payment. The down payment is 100% set by the dealership and for the most part, the down payment any CAC customer puts down, is profit for the dealership. CAC will only fund a contract for the value of the vehicle, not for the dealership markup. So this dealership told me I needed over $2500 down and that it was "required by CAC" when if fact the truth is, CAC did not say that nor is it ACTUALLY REQUIRED in order for the deal to work. The TRUTH is that this dealership will refuse to work with customers if it means they cannot extort the customer out of a large UNREQUIRED down payment. Essentially, this dealership states that they will accept those with collections, charge-offs, bankruptcy, repo etc because Credit Acceptance Corp allows all of those customers to use them for finance, however dealers tend to use that against customers by pricing up vehicles, they will also price up the APR, require a large down payment, pocket that money as a dealership profit, then they will help. This should be investigated by the FBI and the state of Nevada. They are clearly falsely advertising what they can/will do in order to bait and switch customers for further profit. They CAN get me into a vehicle and not lose any money, but choose not to because I will not fall for their down payment scam. read more

I financed a 2016 Chevy Impala from Auto Mart February 2021 ($2100 down payment) and was assisted by Tony Blue. I was happy with my vehicle initially -she was pretty & sleek and drove like a dream! Unfortunately, after 2 weeks, my driver's side headlight went out. They (repair shop next door) replaced it-no charge. Then a week later, my XM radio, controls and screen started to malfunction on occasion, then it would act accordingly. One day, at the end of March (2021) while attempting to park in a stall at an apartment complex, instead of braking, while I'm pressing the brake to park, the car accelerated thru a retaining wall. Luckily, my passenger nor myself were injured; however the car was severely damaged. After filing a claim with my insurance, my claim adjuster advised that the vehicle was deemed a total loss and that it SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN FINANCED! The vehicle had been thru major structural damage, was purchased at an auction and should have had a salvage title. (You cant finance a salvage titled vehicle-I'm a former licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Producer). I advised the Finance Company they hooked me up with (CIG Financial); in which they stated they would wipe the remaining balance of the vehicle (over $2500 left to be paid out of pocket, Geico deemed the vehicle at a little over $13K at time of loss, vehicle was a little over $17K at purchase). So, I ended up out $2100, no vehicle and thank God we didn't die nor did I have to pay the remaining balance...Despicable, Deplorable and Disgusting. read more

This place is a sham. Purchased a vehicle 2012 Jaguar XF Portfolio from them that was what I thought was a deal of a lifetime that turned out to be complete trash. Started with them telling me all was well and in less than 2 weeks needed brand new tires. Was told by the salesman well that's what happens when you buy a used car. And on the 3rd month of having the car ( with only putting 3k miles on it)fuel line blows and then the engine gave out. Attempted to go back to them and tell them what's going on and low and behold they have disappeared??? No longer!?? Stuck with a vehicle that had a repair of $850 for the fuel line to $10k for a whole new engine! Wtf. They don't even deserve 1 star rating. read more

This place is disappointing at best. We bought a car in April of 2014 and within 1 week the car was broken. It took 5 months just for them to send the information to the DMV and we ended up owing fines like crazy because of their negligence. They were so pumped about the sale that they also did not disclose all the fees and taxes up front. Per the contract you must try to resolve any issues with them before seeking outside council. I have called this company, emailed this company and fought with them tooth and nail just to speak to the owner Tina who is never ever around. Tina said she would meet me half way on the fees and repairs and then went MIA after I paid for everything. I took down my posts as promised thinking it would help resolve the issue and we could work things out but now it is obvious they had no intentions to resolve anything and just cared about their social media rating. Deanna and all other phone attendants will tell you anything to get you to the dealership. They claim to work with you on down payment but that's not true and they need to be specific if otherwise. They also say no matter your situation you should be able to qualify for something. I asked could I do my application first and they insist you come in just to tell you no we don't have anything for you and Deanna is only a phone attendant she doesn't work sales. That's ridiculous. Just be upfront, real, and do pre approvals via phone and ask questions to see if ppl qualify instead of lying. Better business that way. They had three people next to me that was lied too as well. Big frauds. They were very friendly on the phone and when you first walk in. Once they feel like you don't have a big down payment or you don't qualify the customer service goes down terribly. They leave you high and dry. Just a warning for people who fall for the $399 down. read more
