I bought a 2013 Ford F350 from Arianna Motors on New Year's Eve and it has been nothing but problems since day one. The truck has serious mechanical issues including coolant leaks, oil mixing with coolant (possible blown head gaskets), and extreme death wobble while driving. These are not small issues -- these are major problems that should never have been present on a vehicle being sold. I brought the truck back to Arianna Motors so they could "fix it." After they supposedly repaired it and gave it back to me, the truck was actually worse than before. Now I'm stuck with a truck that is unreliable and dangerous to drive. This dealership sold me a vehicle with major issues and did not properly fix the problems when given the chance. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way this has been handled. I would strongly recommend anyone thinking about buying a vehicle from Arianna Motors to be very careful and have any vehicle thoroughly inspected before purchasing. RED FLAG #1- the advertised price is wrong. they add $1000 to that for EVERY CAR ON THE LOT and claim it says this on the website stating it's a "reconditioning fee" RED FLAG #2- Salespeople are aggressive and pushy to the point of insulting you or challenging how much you know about cars vs how much they know. RED FLAG #3- Deceptive practice of selling cars with rebuilt or salvage titles without disclosing the downsides of 1) hard to insure a salvage vehicle 2) next to impossible to finance 3) financing is at higher rates 4) false claims of it passing inspection by a certified mechanic (theirs) RED FLAG #4- forget about coming in pre-approved from your own lender- they will only deal with a small handful of finance companies- one being Westlake Financial Services- whom they receive kickbacks from and who charge YOU higher rates. Within 2 months of purchasing a 2018 vehicle, I have had to replace 1) the engine gasket seal ($271), 2) all 4 tires ($800) and 3) struts and mounts $1200 RED FLAG #5 - When I went back JUST TO GET A SECOND OPINION on the repairs, they would not even LOOK at my vehicle. Arianna review DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE !!! I purchased a 2008 Chevy Silverado from this dealership just a couple of weeks ago and have already had a complete nightmare experience. Even before the truck broke down, a week or two after I put money down, Mike was repeatedly calling me saying the deal wasn't going through and that the bank wasn't going to approve it. It felt like a classic yo-yo scam attempt. After those calls, I contacted the bank myself to check what was going on, and they told me everything was good and moving forward. Yet Mike kept telling me everything was not good. After the deal finally did get approved, he never called me to let me know that everything was okay. Then the truck -- a flex-fuel model -- had its fuel pump fail within two weeks while using flex fuel as designed. They agreed to fix the fuel level issue, but the fuel level sender is tied to the fuel pump. I offered to pay for a better flex-fuel compatible pump instead of the cheap one they originally wanted to install (which wasn't even flex fuel compatible). I ended up paying $150 extra out of my own pocket for the better pump. To top it off, they ordered the wrong pump. I specifically sent Mike the correct part number and everything, but he still ordered an incompatible EFG 1058. When I pointed out it was the wrong pump, he told me I would have to pay an extra $35 for the correct one -- even though I had already sent him the part number. Instead of handling it properly, they tried installing a cheap non-flex-fuel pump first, which failed almost immediately, leaving me stranded. Last Sunday, I had to have the truck towed with my four-year-old daughter and my wife getting towed in the heat, and I paid $126 out of my own pocket to get it towed back to my house. The truck is now sitting in my driveway, completely undrivable and blocking me from getting in and out of my garage. I've been waiting almost a week for the replacement fuel pump with no real progress. Mike lied multiple times during this process. He claimed that AutoZone said they didn't want to do business with the dealership anymore because I called them to ask for an update on the part I purchased. He also claimed that the manager did not want to help me and wanted to charge me the $35. Yet when the manager pulled me into the office, he said that I didn't have to pay anything and that AutoZone would never stop doing business with them just because a customer calls -- he cannot control what a customer does. They keep saying the part is coming, but it feels like nothing but runaround and excuses. I've called repeatedly trying to speak with Mike. Most calls go unanswered. When someone picks up, they say he's busy or helping other customers. When I've gone in person for updates, Mike made me feel like I was the bad guy just for asking what was going on with my truck. He got aggressive and defensive to the point where the manager had to step in and take over the conversation. I'm the customer who paid a $4,000 down payment -- I haven't even made my first payment yet -- and I'm being treated like the problem for simply wanting my truck fixed. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and stressful. I expected honesty, reliable service, and basic respect after buying from them. Instead, I've gotten questionable parts, poor communication, extra costs I shouldn't have had to pay ($150 for the pump + $126 for the tow + attempted $35), aggressive treatment, blatant lies, and what felt like a possible yo-yo scam attempt early on. Potential buyers should know exactly what they're getting into here. I'd strongly advise looking elsewhere for a used truck. This dealership has left me with a broken vehicle blocking my driveway, wasted time and money, and a lot of unnecessary stress. read more

Drove from CA to buy this car. Less than 24 hours after purchase, the fog light trim fell off and I found a piece of spray painted TAPE holding the light in place! Car began to overheat, battery light came on as well. After having car towed back to the dealer and staying an extra WEEK in Vegas, the trim fell off again and they refused to fix the issue which was the actual light housing unit was broken. This 2020 car with low mileage ended up needed a new coolant sensor, new thermostat housing unit, new battery, and new fog light and trim! SOLD ME A CAR WITH A KEY THAT DOESN'T WORK Bought my car from them a year ago. Battery died while on vacation. I pulled my key out of the key FOB to unlock the door and was unpleasantly surprised to find out my key didn't open my door. I called Ariana Motors, and the service manager said the key was likely a spare that was cut improperly. Their solution? To not call me back. here's a new little update of what some rain yesterday did to my poorly pieced together hack job of a car that they sold me less than 10 months ago. So far in less than a year: the bumper fell off and had to be taped on, the fuel pump went out, the gas gauge broke, the tires are over five years old and need to be replaced, the windshield cracked due to chips and bad part replacement, the car turned half yellow over the summer with the sh*t paint job and part replacements, and NOW a little rain has caused all of the yellow to start peeling off. That did not cut off the light and when I informed the seller they continued to say that it is not their problem and that I need to go to a tire shop to have the sensor replaced. we recently purchased a 2014 Mercedes SUV . From the time we drove it off the lot and for the entire first month , the car overheated due to loss of coolant . We had the car towed there for repairs . Each time they said it's fixed but it was not . They wasted the first month of warranty they had offered by delaying the repairs . The car was never fixed and it ended up costing over $1500 to fix . There was a crack in a heater coolant inlet that they had not repaired. thry were dishonest in their representation of the car and neglect in fixing the leak . Don't buy any cars here, I bought mercedes CLA 250 the beginning of this month and has had a lot of problems. They showed me a clean carfax record but the car was leaking a lot of oil and one day it even started shaking, when I'd accelerate the car at 10 mph the whole car would shake like crazy and the engine light came on. I understood that maybe they made mistake checking the car so I gave them a chance to fix it. 1 week in repair for the oil leak, i picked up the car and not even 2 hours went by and the car was still leaking oil.
