Love my new car. It was missing the spare tire and Jack, but they are ordering me one. Very friendly and family owned. Nice vehicles. I did not sit there all day. It was best experience I ever had at a car lot.

Several Toyota team members stood out and have convinced me this is the best dealership in the Las Vegas area. Firstly, Alejandro Marquez, sales representative, was excellent. Also, the sales manager, Alex Paz, was tough, honest, and made the perfect deal for me. Plus, there was Salvatore Tucci, who helped me set up the car with my phone and made many adjustments to suit my preferences. Shakra, from Customer Service, was very helpful with my DMV registration. Since I had many other options for buying my new Toyota, this team stands out for their honesty and great service. I will recommend this dealership and will be back for my next Toyota.

The full KBB price was not given as promised, they just added $4000 to trade in and added it to the sticker I never saw. Again, without my knowledge. Now there's a problem with the financing numbers, well yeah!! They have failed to call Bach for pre scheduled calls twice. Are not calling me back when I leave messages. I've bought cards there before, probably 15 Toyotas in my lifetime. I even contacted the General Manager. No response. I have to say that their service dept is amazing!!! The sales and finance departing need lessons from Service!! Very very disappointed!!!

You never know what kind of experience you'll get when going to any dealership, but I am happy to…read moresay that overall, the Findlay Chevrolet experience was pretty solid. Our salesman Johnny was very patient, listened to my requests and really did work to make the deal happen. Each time we counteroffered, he did come back with a better deal that was closer to what I wanted. I really didn't have an expectation to buy or not buy when I entered the dealership. I was in the market for another vehicle, but not pressured to have to get another one. This helped me also be patient with the process since I didn't have to do any deal at the end of the day and still have my car to keep rolling in. As the dealership was starting to close, the sales manager did come with a final deal that really did suit what I wanted. I signed for the truck. The finance portion went smooth and was straightforward. As it was night time, I did return on another day to actually inspect the car. During the inspection/on boarding we noticed a few things that needed correction. The PPF on the door panels were already peeling and there was a scratch, paint flaws and a misaligned door. We asked for the corrections. I also found that even though the window sticker says ceramic coated, upon self washing the truck, it really appears to be a lackluster job on the ceramic coat. The water completely sticks to the car and there's no beading action as a ceramic coated vehicle should have. I do have to say I like their coffee and hot beverage bar a lot. It's nice to go in there and to make a beverage as you're waiting for or working with a team member. All in all - the sales and finance process was very good. The correction of flaws took longer than I expected.

After they took in my truck they told me that it would take 2-3 days to diagnose the problem. I waited the asked period and never heard from them. I called and did not get a call back. I texted and still did not get a response back. Finally I took an Uber to the dealership to talk to the service advisor after 5 days of them having the vehicle. When I spoke to the service advisor she explained that they could not work on the vehicle because I have aftermarket brake rotors. I asked to speak to the Service Manager and as he tried to explain the reason for the delay he brought the service technician. The service technician explained that with out OEM brake pads that he could not verify that my brakes would be safe. That is when I turned to the Service Manager and said "the only reason you won't work on my truck is a policy and not a mechnical reason?" he said "Yes". There are many people who use aftermarket parts becasue they work better than OEM parts and I saw this as a very short sighted policy that they have. They wasted several days of my time and the lack of communication by the service advisor was just unacceptable and the Service Manager was just unwilling to compromise and help me get my truck back on the road. I had it towed to another shop this morning and I had to pay their "diagnostic fee" to get them to release my truck. Very unprofessional shop and will never do business again with this dealership.

Sergio helped me out from start to finish and made the whole process way smoother than I thought it would be. No pressure, no weird games just straight communication and actually trying to make a deal work. I came in with a situation and a number in mind, and he really worked it out. Got me into a Honda I actually wanted, with a payment that made sense for me. Everything was explained clearly, no confusion, no surprises at the end. That alone already puts this experience above most places. Big respect to Sergio he did his job right. Also shoutout to Findlay Honda overall, the whole process felt organized and professional. Definitely recommend if you want someone who actually works with you, not against you

I recently accompanied my 82-year-old mother to purchase a new Honda and handled most of the conversation and negotiation on her behalf. Alex Shmidt, our sales representative, was the first person we met when we walked through the door, and we couldn't have asked for anyone better. One of my favorite sayings is, "Everyone wants to buy, but nobody wants to be sold," and Alex put that mantra into action. At no point did we feel pressured. He was kind, well-spoken, patient, and gave my mom all the time she needed to make the right decision. We test drove several vehicles, and Alex walked us around the lot looking at other options, which was no small task considering it was 112° outside! In the end, my mom actually bought the very first car she saw. But because of Alex's patience, we never felt rushed or like we were being a bother for wanting to explore all of our options first. My mom has owned Hondas for more than 25 years, so we already had confidence in the brand. But when you're helping an elderly parent make a major purchase, you want someone who treats them with patience and respect while also respecting the person helping them through the process. Alex did exactly that. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alex or the dealership to anyone looking for a Honda. This is how buying a car should feel.

Fixing those problems doesn't even come close to making this car a bad deal. I am still many thousands of dollars ahead. Everything else about the car is rock solid/great. A wonderful investment. It was also great meeting people who know their jobs (selling cars in this case). I was paying cash and Nay (an extremely impressive young lady) did an absolutely wonderful job working with me. She arrived with the objective of selling a car (not arguing over price, not delaying, talking to management, etc.). I have seen total chaos and game playing at much bigger dealerships. Elite Motors is very committed to selling cars and will work with you. They still know their job is to sell cars instead of arguing over prices (Nay agreed to sell me the car without needing to call anyone). Their Listed Price is also much cheaper than you will find anywhere. Their cars might not be perfect but you can get amazing deals that more than make up for whatever defects you may find. Have a trusted mechanic look at it first (they might tell you it is a bad deal and then buy it themselves later!), buy good makes/models, buy newer so you don't need DMV inspection (fix error codes later when you have the time/money), try to have the cost of repairs taken off the price, etc. Always protect yourself but also give them a chance (they really want to sell cars). Start with short comparisons about their List prices compared to the rest of the city and you will see the difference in culture (compared to the large dealerships).
